I mean it is a fast food join but. This is my second time here they give me my order missing about $ 20 in food loll. Never going back to this location

this place fucked up all my orders !!
their day crew is the worst & only the night crew seems to get everything RIGHT ! I asked for 2 beef burritos & they didn’t give them to me at all ! I also asked for a Mexican pizza with NO tomato & NO pizza sauce, they still got it wrong ! they also didn’t give me a receipt for my food, I was so disappointed with this taco bell ! I’ll NEVER come here during the day, they ALWAYS get everything wrong !!

I got ripped off. I ordered a Grand Scrambler.
They ask me if I want steak, bacon or sausage. I told them all three and I only got steak
Technically that’s theft! I’m very mad at this Taco Bell it’s my first time at this place and my last. Plus it’s so Ghetto. No napkins available for customers. Employees that hate their jobs. Just horrible.

Can’t get orders right EVER!!! Every time I say NO cheese and NO sour cream they add extra cheese and sour cream instead! I called this last time to let them know they made a mistake and the girl said they have been busy… Not only was I the only person to pull through the drive thru but there was only 2 or 3 cars parked in the parking lot. Oh well, shouldn’t expect anything more at a fast food place. Not coming to this one ever again tho!!!

I can see what most people meant here by the length of time spent during the drive thru, I decided to time how long it takes me from the point of pulling up to order till I left. ~10 minutes and there was no one ahead of me, before leaving there was about 5 cars behind me so who knows how long they waited. However, the food wasn’t horrible with all the adjustments I had requested for, plus the chef guy was actually kinda hot, wish I could’ve ordered his burrito.

Of course I love taco bell cause the food is bomb but waiting in line for there drive through sucks. Don’t even try coming here late at night, one night I spent 25 minutes in the drive through line and couldn’t leave because I had one person in front of me and one person behind me. They should hire more people at night if they cant handle it.

I would give one star if the food wasn’t so good. But CESAR is extremely rude. And whoever hired him is stupid.
He is the most rude employee I’ve ever encountered. He did not say hello as we came up to order, he was not helpful when i asked him a question about the combo.
then the sodas weren’t working, 3 sodas tasted super flat. i asked him about it and he responded so f-​ing rudely.
the ladies in the kitchen were smiling more than him. its funny because i am a really nice person, and i applied at this taco bell and never got a response. People just hire any loser off the street these days. Oh and you’re supposed to wear your nametags people– i had to check the receipt to find out his name.

Longest wait ever for our food (really!), they didn’t fill up the nacho cheese container (less than halfway full), we asked for no sour cream and they put extra sour cream, they only gave us 2 napkins… all of this wasn’t noticed u til we got home from their drive-​thru.

I got a crunch wrap supreme with minimal (if any?) nacho cheese and my actual nachos were only half covered in toppings. The people working there were sweet though and gave me plenty of hot sauce so that counts for something!

run by children without supervision! ordered take out three times, three times received items not what i ordered… this time even after asking cashier to verify my order, which she did, but when i got home it was wrong again… three strikes, from this place, i’m done…
there will not be a fourth time…

Oredered mexican pizza and by far the worse tasting mexican piza ive ever had tasted like the beef was beyond bad tomatoes tasted rotten never will i buy a single thing from this taco bell

After working a 10 hour shift last night and not taking a lunch I was hungry as fuck. As I was driving along the lovely city of Sun Valley I came across this Taco Bell. The line was kind of long and it was moving slow as shit. I ordered one of those new stuffed nacho things and it was pretty tasty. Not hungry as fuck anymore… BOOM!

Reliably good food at crazy hours. Love this place. They’ve never once screwed up my order, and I always order special substitutions. The staff are always friendly and smiley, nice to see. Happy hour (3pm-​5pm) rocks, love the new Freezes flavors.

Service sucked mananger was a Dick. When my number was called I went up and waited like 10 mins for m food because it wasnt out yet mananger didnt bother to care. It was dirty insiide and bathroom was diagusting. I will NEVER come to this resturant again

Alright I had a midnight craving so this was the only thing I could think of… I know how pathetic. I ended up getting nachos since I am watching what I am eating and I have to say I was satisfied, but wasn’t what I was looking for. There was barley any chicken in the nachos… Disappointed on that count. Place was clean service was whatever? I can tell that the person wasn’t happy to be there but just collecting a paycheck. I agree with him as life has became exactly that now a days. We are working where we don’t want to but because of our situation we are stuck not following our dreams but following the governments dream. To slave and work to pay them. Sorry I turned this into a political thing… Now back to Taco Bell: Nachos were good but not great. Maybe next time.

I didnt order 4 taco supremes. I ordered 4 regular crunchy tacos add tomatoes. I didnt want the sour cream and I am very well aware that the regular tacos do not come with tomatoes and the taco supreme with sour cream ones do come with tomatoes.
What made you think I wanted taco supremes? Did you just say to yourself «4 tacos add tomatoes… hmmmm. I bet this dummy doesnt know that those are called Taco Supremes… Ill just make that adjustment for him and save the day»…
AndI told you I wanted HOT sauce, not MILD. Do you think I would benefit from a more mild in heat, sauce since you probably assumed that I couldnt take the HOT sauce? Fools, I eat jalapenos all the time… I enjoy the spice.
Why do you ask me what I want to eat and what kind of sauce I prefer, if you are just going to give me whatever you think is best???
Imbeciles!!! Do your F’n jobs. Its not rocket science. Pay attention and do your job right. Stop being so F’n lazy.
I cant wait until the owner sees these reviews because apparently, its not just today that you guys have been imbeciles… never going to this Taco Bell again. Ever.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-​thru with only 3 cars ahead of me, for what?!? Bland tasteless burritos and tacos! Even the hot sauce sucked!80% Beef??? Is the word Beef their equivalent of «Smurf»? Where anything can be called Beef?
They need to invent an emergency exit for the Drive-​thru lane!

Yummmmm. i had the fresco chicken soft taco. added cheese, sour cream and some kind of salsa. it was pretty goood =)

* I also tried the new black jack taco: it’s ok. i don’t like the thought of black food coloring on the shells, but the sauce is good. Not bad for .89, but I probably won’t be ordering that again. Also, tried the fried potato taco (w/​little tiny hopes if it tasting like the fried potato tacos at señor fish!) — not so much & what the heck was I thinking?!
Service: Inconsistent.
Last week I would’ve given them a 2. I ordered a Mexican Pizza w/​NO beef, not NO beans! and why don’t they put green onions on the pizza — at this location? grrrr!
BUT, come yesterday — the cashier was super courteous and friendly! High 5! I wish all workers had his super jolly attitude.
BTW: for those interested in «healthy eating,» they have a new Fresco Menu now — «less fat, more taste.» No cheese? no waaaaaay!
