I went to the drive thru place my order. They completely screwed my order. They forgot my order of corn my drinks were water down. The lady that help us was rude rolled her eyes and had a attitude problem .I ask her for honey she made it seem that it was a bother for her. Awful customer service and to top it off. I ask for a original bowl I had 5 pieces of chicken. Worst experience. Won’t be coming back at all 12-​14-​2015

OK first thing, this place needs to change their hours on yet cuz the close at 9 or 10pm not 1am. Aside from that this place is quite decent. It’s small and kinda dark but it really doesn’t matter if you only get food to go. The chicken was great! juicy, crispy and tender. Very rare to find that at other KFC’s. Can’t say much about the bathroom cuz it was out of order when I went inside. I’ll be back if I have fried chicken needs.

I’ve been here several times now and it’s time to write a review. It’s a great and convenient location for me and I especially love that each time I came by, I was quickly accommodated even when I had to change my order. The staff tends to have a high turnover and staffed by teens, but they have all been positive and friendly and my order has come out accurate each time. What can I say, it’s a KFC not a gourmet chicken place but for what it is, they have been good and I can feed my family for less on short notice

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. We visited this store on Friday Oct 2, 2015. 8:45pm. First the bathroom is out of order, so where does the staff wash their hands. 2nd Mario who was at the front and greeted us was rude and unattentive to us. 3rd the restaurant closes at 10:00pm but at 8:45 on a Friday night they were out of chicken. 4th the lobby was nasty/​gross, the tables were peeling, the chairs were unstable and the trash was full.
I am putting this in my do not bother to visit this restaurant list
I only gave it one star because Unilocal does not allow you to give them ZERO.

While going through the drive threw window the worker could not speak English well and was very rude to me when I didn’t understand what he was saying. I’ve grown up in Southern California were I’ve met people I’ve had difficulty communicating with but we’ve still been very polite to each other. This man was very unnecessarily rude.

Employees here have always had excellent customer service, this location has several different specials for 1 person or an entire family, you can ask for mix crispy and original chicken with any meal, the place is always kept neat, clean including the parking lot and the surrounding area.

That’s ridiculous!!! 2 weeks ago I called them 3 times, no answer. I came in and had to wait for my to go order more than 15 mins. And they were not busy. And that happened to me again. The worst thing is that they are not busy, no customer was there. They just don’t care. Terrible service

I decided to stop here to get a little bite to eat before going to work. Oh my goodness this place only was so filthy. I watch person after person sit down to dirty tables. There definitely was not very much pride showing in this establishment. Hell I didn’t even get a thank you after purchasing my meal.

This is the second time I came to this place. The place sucks. The manager sucks. I asked for a refund because I don’t want to waste my money. I ordered 2-​buckets of crispy chicken and made me wait (without letting me know I will wait long) and they have served 3-​customers after me and I am still waiting wondering what’s going on with nobody telling me I will have to wait. I don’t mind waiting but they should tell me and when I asked why, they just told me it’s getting ready but I don’t see anything getting ready. I love KFC but I will never come back to this place again. 2x they screw me up.

Place is always filthy. Management should have more pride and clean their disgusting tables and floors. I’ve been here twice and was amazed by the scumminess — wonder what the kitchen looks like.

2.5 stars Got the original recipe this time — better and juicy but salty. Maybe my taste buds have changed. I think what I thought were old Colonel’s potatoes is just the consistency of Potato Buds.
