McDonald’s

I hate doing this to Mc Donald’s but what an insult this location is to the name. I have been here a few times because it is close to work but after seeing the employees sitting around texting, playing on their phones and eating while the 2 homeless men are spooning and making the booth their own bedroom with all their filthy bags on the tables and the employees do nothing, makes you wonder. The one homeless guy was in his underwear and the employees could care less. Just downright disgusting

McDonald’s is a fast-​food restaurant that serves burgers, french fries, shakes, and so much more. They have recently added the personalized burger option where you can customize your own burger. McDonald’s has continued to be a family favorite and I recommend just a plain double cheeseburger (meat, cheese, bun).

I downloaded the app and there’s a coupon for a free regular sandwich that expires ¹²⁄₃₁. I went to redeem it and the lady said they’re not participating. First off, I used a coupon from the app at this location a couple weeks ago. Second, the app specifically says this location is participating.
That’s terrible customer service. Most places would accept an expired coupon, let alone one that was valid.
Won’t be coming here anymore.

Worse mcdonalds I’ve been to the cashier lady jus stands there while the line backs up and she just talks her ass away. On top of it she let’s people cut the line and doesn’t say anything about it. I waited almost 20 min. Jus to order a drink. smh get some better service!

Really disappointed on the lady that takes the orders for drive through I was there a few minutes with my family for a quick breakfast and she rudely answered my mom. Working at a restaurant and to be dealing with customers I believe employees should be patient and have a way to talk to the customers. Aka I saw a for help sign up that said looking for kind people, look for people who will treat your customers with manners and patients.

NOT ACCEPTING MC’D PHONE APP COUPONS/​OFFERS.
I was just at this location two hours ago as I didn’t have time to eat before leaving the house. I ordered the 2 for 1 egg white delight offer from the phone app, but the register would not scan the coupon nor accept the coupon code. A manager came over and I showed her my phone which listed the valid date and showed this actual Pico location as participating, but she refused to honor it. She said this happened last week too. Wow, really? And nobody has fixed this issue or put up a sign warning customers?
This review is not so much for the manager or cashier (who was standing there with my egg delights in a bag in her hands the entire time) who I assume were just trying to do their jobs. I just don’t want any Unilocalers wasting their time like I did.

oi mates dis is ya boi back for another review. let me start off by saying while me mates behind the drive thru window was not the cheekiest at this maccos, their ledge mcnuggies made up for it.
bit of a backstory for u lil wankers. my bruva mr. meeksees was planning on avin a jolly good time in boston for his studies and was leavin his boys in l.a. so i says «oi meeks, lets stop by maccos for a quick nuggies and chips, waddya said ol boi?» meeksees is not one to turn down a cheeky maccos wit his bois so we head down the block inna town for one last go before muh boi lefts us alls. while the hosts and hostesses were not as handsome as blue stove, i still rubbed one out propa on the toilet seat, a bit of my inner wanker showin if ya know what i mean mate! anyway i orda the macflurry wit the little m&ms and mcdonalds finks dey gettin fookin cheeky w/​the little candies in my dessert loike who in the fooks sake do you think you is mate? willy wanker? well good on you mates, i fooked wit the m&ms heavy, but dont be going soft on juju now y’ear o’else imma have to call muh bois to make sure you neva add sweets to ya mcflurry eva again, ya hear me?
drive thru was top notch as well, made me think about me days as a lad in QLD. cashier was a mighty good sport and was quite a good lookin gal, wouldnt mind seeing lassie again ova some newcastles or a fosters at the pub ;] she had no regard for my little boi at home howeva, who is the ripe old age of 3 and bulking now. Despite my 2 star review i still frequent this mcdonalds alot unfortunatly since its conveniently located down the street from me. The food is the same as any mcdonalds but the reason for my 2 stars is that they forget something from my order EVERY time i go there. Always check ur drive thru orders. Especially the kids meals, they leave something out EVERY time. Ive never had them hand me a complete kids meal.

I normally enjoy going through drive thru McDonalds. Not sure why it was so bad today. The food was uncooked, the cheese was cold and tasted like cardboard. Maybe I will rethink my next drivethrough experience

Stopped by to grab a coffee. Went to ladies room first, where a employee with name tag, «Alessandra», was exiting toilet stall without washing her hands!!! Yuck!!! I immediately walked out to make sure she wasn’t reporting to kitchen, nope, she put her apron on to go fix up some good olé McDonald’s food. Walked to counter to report her, saw manager, Aracely, hard at work so I exited and tried calling twice to report this and phone rang more than 10 times each time with no answer. So I’m Unilocaling to helping all you mc“d” lovers beware. Bön appetite!

I mean, it’s McDonald’s. It’s not that good. It’s been the same for a number of years. Everything is fried. There are 1000s of other burger places you can eat with better quality at a similar price point. In-​n-​out anyone?

One of worst experiences at any McDonald’s. Service was awful and even the beloved french fries were cold! I will not be stopping here again.

Slowest drive-​thru in the world.
If you have anywhere to be in the near or distant future, you’d be better off driving to a farm, butchering a cow, and cooking your own food there.
The only positive about their drive-​thru is that you have a better chance of dying of old-​age waiting for the line to move than you do of contracting one or many of the myriad of health problems associated with their shitty food.

Lousy attitude from the cashier (and she wants $ 15/​hour?) on order #290. And salty, salty, salty fries.

Walked over at 9:15 am went inside line moved very fast … ordered the McGriddle. Sandwich… it’s a production line… ate in… cashier put food in tray other guy made coffe waited 40 seconds to get my food after ordering … coffee is very very hot … sandwich was good moist and cheese perfect on my sandwich something about their cheese just gives every burger or sandwich a great flavor … any who … i sat down and enjoyed my food …

There chicken nuggets sucks it’s microwave never coming back there ever worst experience.

Made one simply order of a meal, but tried to make 2 separate orders for my and my friend, but the drive thru cashier told me that she wasn’t able to cancel the order so I had to pay for the whole thing. She wasn’t able to cancel an order? seriously? is she stupid? its as simple as deleting the items or starting the order all over. It’s not that hard. How lazy can they be?

Your pretty standard McDonald’s location, but it’s seen a decent update over the years because this location has been around for as long as I can remember. It definitely looks nicer now, although it maintains some of its older interior. There are not too many McDonald’s in this area, and this one has been pretty decent for the most part. Sometimes their drive through lines tend to be a little long, especially during meal times like breakfast and lunch.
Like a lot of many other McDonald’s that you visit, I would also suggest inspecting the order that you get especially at drive throughs because they do mess up orders from time to time. If you stop down, there is a small parking lot, but maneuvering around can be tricky sometimes, especially because of the way that the drive through line wraps around the place.

What can I say, it’s McDonalds. Every now and then I like to slum it (or maybe I’m just keeping it real??), and get the ice cream cone and/​or decaf coffee, thats my routine. If it’s night time maybe I’ll get chicken nuggets. A guilty pleasure.
But I don’t really like get burgers here. If I want a fast good burger its usually going to be carls jr or in-​n-​out with a possible slight edge to the carls jr superstar, although animal style fries are always a good idea — minus the acid reflux/​heartburn.
So me personally, I stick to nuggets, coffee, and ice cream at mcdonalds. Oh I almost forgot, their fries are actually quite good, while they’re hot.
