Food is fine. Service is absolutely horrendous. Rude workers who are running all over the place.

Edith bad service and bad attitude the restaurant had flies all over the food and when we told her about it she said if you don’t like it call the health department… Disgusting

Ok, this is one of the crappier subways I’ve been to and I’ve been to several. The food is your typical subway food so no issue there. The main issue here is the attitude and service. The employees don’t seem happy working there and the man I believe is either the manager or owner has an attitude problem and doesn’t know what good customer service. I believe it was the manager or owner who rang me up. I said it’s to eat in. He puts my sandwich and cup on tray with one napkin. I nicely ask him for more napkins because I know my hand get messy eating their sandwiches. Ok, so he puts exactly one more. I nicely said I needed a couple more so then in a rude manner says «well how many you need?» I said well a couple would be great. Grudgingly he gave me two more. I commented that he was rationing the napkins. In a snobby and rude manner he said it’s only one napkin her sandwich. Really, you ration out one napkin a sandwich? That’s ridicules! Every other subway or any other eatery will give you what you request within reason. Between his attitude and napkin rationing I will not go back to this location. To make this even better, he says to me in snobby way, see you again, see you tomorrow. Not only am I not going back tomorrow but I will never walk foot in the subway again. That place is a joke and I suggest you all don’t go there either.

Worst subway experience of my life!
They put way too much cheese on my pizza and the manager had the audacity to charge me for extra cheese when I didn’t want it. When I corrected him he rudely told me to stop talking as he scolded his employee for not telling him it was extra cheese. And then insinuated that I was a lier and it was ok this once. I was furious. My friend refuses to go there because of an issue with the same manager.
Also I’ve been there a handful of times before and Spanish music is always playing so loud you can’t even hear yourself. The worst subway I’ve ever been to. Never again
AVOID and go to any other subway!!!

This place usually has fresh white bread. The other types of bread can sometimes be a tad stale.
The sandwich making can be inconsistent, e.g. overloading the veggies, veggies not distributed properly, morning egg sandwiches watery. But they listen to you if you have special requests or preference as to how you want your sandwich.
The staff is super friendly and always welcoming.
Best deal is the $ 3 breakfast sandwich and coffee or soda special before 11 am daily.
Parking is sometimes tough but I usually can find a metered spot on the cross street near the newsstand.

I’ve been going to subway for years, but the quality just doesn’t cut it anymore. The tuna is drenched in mayo and the chicken tastes like rubber. I know its a healthy alternative to fast food, but it doesn’t compare to Jersey Mike’s and other fresh deli sandwiches.

Went in today for my usual sandwich. place is empty… the girl behind the counter asks for my order… as I gave it I witnessed her just plonking on the ingredients as if she was angry, I asked for onions and bell pepper… she gave me a handful of onions and 4 small pieces of bell pepper… I asked for a little lettuce and she stuffs the bread with lettuce .I asked her to thin it out and she practically emptied the lettuce. we get to the end where I ask for a small amount of chipotle… she squeezes a Dollop, I ask for a little more… evenly spread and she proceeds to drown the thing with sauce … Looked her square in the face and said forget it… you eat your sandwich because you didn’t listen to anything I asked you. It was so annoying… and I was hungry… I will be back. coz this is the very first time this has ever happened here… I will also keep walking out until it’s done correctly. She was alone at the time… perhaps that was why she was so heavy handed?

Tiny location. But cleanish mostly. The employees did their job, but didn’t seem happy, then again if I was working at a Subway I probably wouldn’t be beyond bubbly. I would do my job and go home.

I love a good ol’ Subway sandwich. I know it’s not gourmet. I know that going in.obviously. But there is something about a Subway sandwich that I like and I probably get 1 at least once a week. I normally do not go to this one since it isn’t convenient to my work or home but I was driving by and stopped in. I give this Subway 5 stars because of the stellar service I received. The manager or owner-I’m not sure which-​was working the register. He made a point of greeting people as they came in the shop (it was lunch rush hour and it was very crowded but he still made this effort). I had a weird request and he graciously helped me. The line moved fast, everyone seemed happy and I was happy! I am going to try to visit this Subway more often just because of the amazing service.

Just bad

Though I’ve already reviewed another Subway, in my quest to review all the restaurants I visit, I figure that each Subway restaurant is different and the experience is different. This particular restaurant was excellent.
I ordered a subway club sandwich — black forest ham, roast beef and turkey breast. I got a footlong on wheat bread with my usual subway fare — lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, avocado, mustard. The portion was generous. I was extremely full and it made for a good dinner.
What really sticks out about this place is the excellent service. The server behind the counter was all smiles the whole time and was really nice and made ordering very pleasant.
This place is sort of easy to miss (it’s on the corner of a small street on the busy Pico Blvd) and the parking situation isn’t that great — i honestly lucked out when I found an empty metered parking spot.
All in all, though, this is a great subway location!

Don Roberto, his sons, and his staff are very helpful. They are cool and will sometimes hook you up with extra like cookies, chips or drinks.

Here I am telling my friend that I was really in the mood for hummus, then we begin to drive around after leaving our hotel on S.Robertson. We are amazed since we found ourselves in a complete Kosher neighborhood.
We loved it! Everything from Kosher delis to markets and restaurants. Unfortunately for us we had very little time so we said we would come back later and let’s just stop at Subways.
Well…we were thrilled to find that this Subway was a Kosher Deli!!! How appropriate in this neighborhood. My friend ordered the Kosher ham sandwich, and I had the chicken schwarma wrap with HUMMUS adn tahini!!! I got my hummus on afterall!
Great service, and yummy food, I think if they add pita bread or unleavened bread, who knows they may have some… it would ROCK! Great place come and eat here! Oh and watch for the little price sticker they place on the sandwiches, it’s in Hebrew!!!
