Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have yet to visit a Chipotle location that actually has decent service where you walk in and see smiling faces. Only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the male employee at the cash register was friendly. They are not rude, just not as friendly like most establishments that serve food. Reminds me of why I don’t come here often.

So me and my homegirl Claudia came to this Chipotle after the gym and we were being real extra and the people here were super patient and nice to us, especially the cashier Edgar. He not only was super sweet but he provided us with great customer service! And to top it all off, he gives us a buy one get one free coupon!
I came back a second time with my two best friends, and again he was super sweet and gave me another coupon! Definitely recommend this location!

We have all heard negative news about Chipotle, but I just say I was shocked when I visited here. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean.

I love chipotle but since it’s recent incident I’ve steered clear. Though it hasn’t been 24hrs yet I feel pretty healthy. I purchase a chicken burrito with extra chicken (if your gonna die might as well have 2 scopes). The lettuce was fresh and the customer service was great. The location was very clean no sign of 2319 (monster inc reference). I walk on the wild side I laugh in the face of danger. :)

This location is still fairly new but great. It is located on a block full of other establishments such as la fitness, yoshinoya, mc Donald’s, Starbucks, and I’m not sure what else lol
The employees are great and it’s typically empty.
Parking is never usually an issue and food is great.

I decided to give Chipotle another try after avoiding it for the last few months due to the E. coli outbreak. I figured that they were probably safer than they have ever been with all of the extra attention. I should have left after I saw the vegetables, beans and meat that looked like they had been there for 10 – 20 years. I was short on time and very hungry so I proceeded with my order. I chose my meal not based on what I wanted but based on what looked semi-​fresh. What a giant disappointment!!! Although the service was very fast (no line since most people apparently knew better) and very friendly, the food tasted like 3-​day old leftovers that had been left on a counter. A truly disgusting disgusting meal!!!

Very STINGY! when it comes to the scoop serving. I will be spending my burrito money at another location that does not leave me feeling hungry and gypped out of my hard earned money… Glad to see El Polo Loco open across the street

My favorite Chipolte everrrr! The GM is the coolest guy ever and workers here get you in and out in no time! Thank you guys! Food is always fresh trust me I can tell! I love it!

One star; $ 14 for a bland soupy poor sad mexican food mess.

Went yesterday, the one that was putting my burrito yesterday didn’t know how to roll it perfectly, she messed up a couple of times & had to ask for help. I was only a little upset at that, but the food was as great as always!

Not all Chipotles are created equal. This is my favorite location by far. The interior has been hand crafted and tailored to fit a very modern clean look. I love the staff here, not only do they truly follow Chipotle’s health code, they do it with a smile too. The downfall would have to be the parking at this location. There’s a Starbucks next door with a drive thru, so if you park just know that the Drive Thru line at Starbucks can get long and potentially lock your car up in a spot.
Luckily I have never been caught up in the lunch or dinner rush at Chipotle, but I’ve seen it get pretty busy here. I somehow manage to get here right before or after the rush and walk right up every time.
True, it is a chain restaurant. True, it’s New American Mexican style food and not authentic… consider this a life saver though if you are incredibly hungry, tied up on time and hot. I know Chipotle isn’t authentic Mexican, it never will be, I accept it, and I appreciate it for being Chipotle. Their hours are consistent, the service is consistent, paying $ 7 for a giant burrito that will fill you up plenty is more than justified… and living in Chatsworth, it gets really really hot… the Air Conditioning in here will cool you off, it’s so worth it.
Tips: You can sample their meats, I love the barbacoa… so good. It’s possible to get half and half on a burrito. Their guacamole is awesome!

I never understood how people can say one chain restaurant location was better than another. Until I came here.
I came here before the busy dinner rush, and found that they were out of almost all of the meats. They were also practically out of the grilled veggies. I didn’t want to wait, so I just had them scoop up the last bits of steak & veggies and make my burrito. When I had gotten home, just a few blocks away, I took my first bite to find out that the burrito was lukewarm. Also, when they scooped up the meat, the also scooped up a bunch of the juices because the tortilla was completely soggy and falling apart. It was the messiest burrito I’ve ever had from anywhere. Such a disappointment.
I love Chipotle. I’ll definitely continue to eat there. Just not at this location.

I came to this location for lunch and the services was great. I like good and fast service specially when I’m in a hurry and they delivered.
Good food too. I got the chicken bowl with guacamole. :)

Probably not one of the fastest chipotle with always 3 people ahead of me. (Around 2pm Monday-​Friday) The customer service is pretty much on point at times, not always.
Overpriced for NOT BEING AUTHENTIC Mexican food. I still love chipolte though!
They give you about 10 pieces of meat, or should I say a scoop of meat?! The portions are so small now and of course a sight increase on the prices. For being fast food, its not!

I don’t know why this Chipotle has such bad reviews! I’ve placed two large-​ish (4 – 8 item) orders online and they were 100% correct and ready at the designated time. In fact, I even received a call from the guy who made the last order just checking in to see if everything was alright. I was really impressed with their customer service!
The online ordering system is also super cool. Instead of going around and asking everyone for their order, you can invite people to order online via email and you will receive a confirmation email once everyone has placed their order. Then you can check it for accuracy (make sure no one ordered 5 burritos for the rest of the week!) and place the order. Then just go pick it up! I also like how the food and the invoice are clearly labelled which it easy to see how much each person owes.
I’m honestly not a crazy Chipotle fanatic (I only eat here a couple times a year), but I’ve been very impressed with them! The salty, lime-​y chips are crazy addictive and I love a good burrito bowl. Will be back again!

This is most definitely my least favorite Chipotle. I was so excited when they opened one up really close to home and work, but it figures it would not be that great. The food is never anything to write home about. I have have had undercooked rice, burnt steak, and a lot of the food from here seems to have much less flavor than at other locations. The portions sizes are always smaller than at other locations as well. WHY THEY GOTTA BE SO STINGY WITH THE FOOD THO???
Anyway, I think it has a lot to do with the fact that this location is down the street from a high school so it probably, well definitely has a young employee with high turnover rate thing going on which leads to not many people being well– trained. I have yet to have some horrible food here, but i most definitely haven’t had any really good, quality, what-​you-​would-​expect from-​a-​Chipotle food.
That being said, the location is super convenient so I think a lot of people, like myself, put up with everything because it’s the closest one and we want our Chipotle fix. So, it is really busy around lunch and dinner time.
One thing I found interesting was the last time I ordered food for pickup and brought it back to work, I received a call a couple hours later from Ryan (who had taken my order) making sure that the food was alright. So, that is kind of nice.
SO, to sum up. It’s a Chipotle. If you can go to another location… do that! If, like me, you are craving some Chipotle and this is the closest location to you then come here but just don’t expect too much.

They’re lucky that I was hungry. Manager Marissa didn’t even come out in a customer request. I asked for nachos which is on their secret menu. Servers freaked the hell out when I said «NACHOS» all they had to do was pour the chips into the bowl and ingredients on top. Charge me for a bowl and chips and I’m happy. There wasn’t a line behind me so I don’t see why that extra request was denied.
Manager never came out. Luckily her servers were respectful otherwise Ms hulk would’ve came out.
Food was OK. Chips over cooked. No lemons.

It’s another Chipotle, I know. My experiences have been pretty similar from one to the next, but I’ll review this one since it’s the one I frequent the most.
Pricing, I can get more food for less at McDonald’s next door, but there’s a time and a place for that. When I get Chipotle, I know Im forking over more than fast food but less than sit down restaurant prices and I accept that.
I usually get a burrito bowl and a bag of chips — I add guac to the bowl and then YAY — I’ve got awesome nachos! I’ve also had the tacos. Every meal I’ve had from there has been made as ordered, picked up warm and handed off with a friendly smile. I usually order online and pay online, that way I don’t have to really look for parking (often crowded lot) or wait in line. My food is warm, my drink is cold and I get in, get out. Plus I go between 12 – 1, so it helps to avoid standing around in the lunch rush.
The employees have always been friendly to me, and one time I even got a call from Ryan, who’d made my food, to make sure I was satisfied. It was a bit weird, but when I hung up I thought, «huh, that was kinda cool!» It was a nice touch.
I haven’t had any issue with any of the flavors, they’re all flavorful (I’ve actually grown to prefer the sofritas over meat lately) and the salsa I prefer is just spicy enough. (For reference, I like spice to add flavor, not heat.)

I seriously love chipotle have always been a fan of their food but today @ 5:00pm I head to get chipotle and there’s a hand written sign that says its «temporarily closed» yet there’s a group of people inside eating an staff inside.
When I tried to figure out what’s going on all they did was point at the sign! So rude never returning to this location

Who in Los Angeles hasn’t already been to Chipotle? I mean, generally speaking, at most Chipotles (like Starbucks or McDonalds) you know exactly what you’re going to get.
However, in this case, I felt that it was worth it to leave a review. While the food is always awesome and fresh AND CORRECT (in the case of an order over the phone), its the service that made me decide to write a review. It’s outstanding! They’re friendly, accommodating, and I almost always leave there with a smile on my face. Love this Chipotle!
