The WORST Pollo Loco in the area! Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra miles to the topanga and roscoe location! This place is a mess! Employees are lazy, rude, and really have no clue what they are doing! Spoke to the manager once before and he said he had just taken over to improve the store but nothing has changed! Really disappointing!

Worst location ever. This location almost always gets our order wrong. The managers do not seem to care about the continuous order mistakes. They actually seem bothered that we come back to tell them they got our order incorrect. I ordered a chicken tostada today and they gave me a shrimp tostada. Some people would be ok with this particular mistake but I am allergic to Sea Food.

Come on LOCO staff this place is a mess, 5 staff members are sitting at a table discussing something. Maybe a new plan on how to keep this place CLEAN… Salsa bar is a mess as well as the drink area… Floors are full of food… Where is the shift manager!

I came to the drive thru during my lunch just to waste 30 minutes of my work time to be disappointed and receive my order wrong. I ordered a SHRIMP burrito and then the drive thru sales person repeated my order but mentioned a chicken burrito so i told her«shrimp» and she corrected the order. When i got to the window i asked if i can get the green avocado sauce and she said they ran out but that i could get some inside at the salsa bar… (There’s a reason why i decided to order through drive thru so i wont have to get out of the car) I get to work and surprise surprise its a chicken burrito! They charged me for the shrimp which is more money so I called them max 10x and no response. Horrible service!!!

My family and I have been to this location 3 times since it has opened and they messe up our order each time. The last time we visited we went through the drive through and they forgot the salad dressing and chicken for my salad and the taco shell for my husband’s.

We got the 12 piece family meal mixed and the chicken was over cooked to the point that we could not eat it. The mix should include white meat but we could not tell if we got white meat due to it being over cooked. My daughter loves EPL mac n cheese but this one was so oily she could not eat it.

Been here about 6 times since it opened and literally 3 of those times they told me they don’t have any chicken. I am not joking… The place where chicken is the main component on almost everything they sell consistently doesn’t have any chicken. They only have the burritos and salads available.

I came drive thru and ordered tostada salads. After they served me I noticed they forgot the cilantro dressing. The guy then tells me they are out of cilantro dressing! I said ok, give me some red salsa. The guy says WEAREOUTOFSALSA! How does El Pollo Loco run out of salsa?! That’s what they are known for. Guy didn’t tell me until after I ordered and paid. So I had a dry tostada salad. Thanks El Pollo Loco!
