I always thought ’ Mcdonal’s can’t be that bad. ’ I guess we all think like that. But !!! If you visit this mcdonal’s it will change your mind. Their french fries amazingly BAD. It is really amazing. I’ve never had this bad fries anywhere in the world. Every single time when I visit here(I try not to but it is close location to my home) I always ask them please give me frsh fries. Guess what. I always get cold soggy fries. EVERYSINGLETIME !!! And why they dont mix my mcflurry ??? Don’t you know how to make it? Put that plastic spoon on the muchine than it will mix it for you !! I ordered mcflurry not oreocookies on top of icecream !!!

We’ve been to this Mc Donald’s several times and I have to say what a disappointment. A couple of times they have gotten my order wrong and the wait time is long. Today, I had ordered a happy meal for my son & a coffee. They had no coffee stirrers and gave me a straw to stir my coffee. I was appalled at the recommendation. A straw!!! Why not a spoon at least. While we were driving & after we had left, we discovered that they had forgotten to put the chocolate milk in my don’t happy meal. I had to drive all the way back and after I told the person at the counter, they said that had run out of chocolate milk. I told them they should have told me at the time I had orders and before I had left the restaurant as I could have ordered a different drink. They also barely apologized for their error or for inconveniencing me. I hope this review helps others. I wax speaking to my friend and she said they make mistakes all the time and she drives up a couple of blocks further to a different Mc Donald’s.

Very bad customer service!!! I asked for ketchup and the drive thru cashier told me I don’t have any on me right now and closed the drive thru window on me. True story! Decided to go back and give it another chance & just my stupid luck. I got the same cashier and he was rude again! I ask to speak to the manager & she was like: «oh okay I’ll talk to him» Apparently they ran out of ketchup around 1pm and the managers do not care! They don’t even have the decency to apologize! Managers these days! :/

They really need to take the name McDonald’s off the building. I come here to get ice cream literally takes more than 10 minutes in drive thru. There’s a car at the window which has probably ordered a really big order but they don’t move them into a staging area like all other McDonald’s. I just sit and wait and wait for them to get their food. Please McDonald’s, if you read this, do something about your drive thru service so we can come back. There is nothing about fast. in this fast food restaurant.

I’m not a huge fan of McDonalds. Especially their breakfast which my wife was begging for when we came here. But wow. I was impressed! This doesn’t feel like your average American McD’s. I say that because I used to travel abroad & would often go into McDonald’s for an order of fries for a taste of home. This location feels very European. It even borderlines sit down restaurant feelings! They definitely stepped up their game with this one. I honestly wouldn’t mind coming back here. At least you can tell it’s kept clean! As mentioned, I did dine in here. I can see that since this is in a small location, things could get very messy when busy & when there is a long drive thru line. Just keep that in mind if you’re on the hunt for a Big Mac.

When it comes to McDonald’s I always have mixed reviews. I must say this location served my 9me the hottest freshest meals I have ever had. My order came out pretty quick and was so hot I had to wait for it to cool down which I love. The only problem I had was the guy in the dining room gave me the wrong order first nd would not stop talking to me when I was eating. Besides that it was a good experience

The parking lot was pretty full at 1pm, but there was plenty of tables and chairs… Retro 50’s style. The service and order was fairly fast… The chicken wrap was consistent with other places and the fries were cooked perfectly! The only bad thing is they forgot to salt the fries. And the Diet Coke was out of one soda dispensing machine, but luckily they had two machines. The customer next to me was complaining they didn’t have wi fi again. So he guy was going to find out from the manager. Their music in the store was nice and the lighting inside was bright but not too bright. I noticed they had a new style of burger that you can order the style, bun, etc. the pictures and descriptions could’ve been larger on the menu sign. The guy still hasn’t come back about the wifi …

Okay I must agree with previous Unilocalers of this location from months/year back that service and order accuracy was very bad. There was one occasion it was completely closed(drive thru, so I went in but was told they were closed… never heard of Mc Donalds that was closed). Anyway, in 2015, I gave them another try and there has definitely been a change. I notice new management/staff and food better than other locations. I normally go through drive thru and maybe dined in 2x. Location is clean and service at least in drive thru, fast, efficient and friendly. I like that the staff smiles and tells you thank you/have a nice day on occasion. They also make my order the way I want it, without attitude. I guess there was an obvious learning curve when any place opens up… so Unilocalers try this location again.

I go to this McDonalds because its close to a starbucks i frequent, within the last 2 months they have messed up my order, the first time i was given a egg McMuffin when i ordered a sausage and egg one, i went onto the website that was listed on the receipt and requested to be contacted about the mix up as of this date i have not been contacted by anyone at the company or anyone at the store, today i went back to the store and ordered 2 kids happy meals when we got home we found out that they had not put the toys in the happy meal. I guess the lesson here is if you use the drive-thru check your order before you pull away from the window no matter how much it holds up the line and if you have a complaint dont write and complain go complain in person if you want a reply.

I occasionally stop by this location because it’s so close to my house. I like to think I’m patient and I find folks second or third chances, etc. But I finally have given up on their drive through. They have never once gotten an order right, even when dining in of taking out. At least, when ordering from the counter, I can catch the error. So why keep going there? It’s conveniently close. But I’m finding ways to avoid it more and more.

They forgot my drink(again) today, only this time I wasn’t in the position to go back. Normally I don’t post fast food reviews because, well, it’s fast food. Their job is fast paced, accidents can happen, I understand that, normally. This particular McDonald’s: Daytime crew usually gets the food right and the drink wrong; while nighttime crew gets the drinks right and food wrong. No biggie. Normally I can swing around and go back through the drive thru. I should have seen it, too, I guess. There was a slight rush, and she handed me the bags, said«Have a great day!», and walked off. Didn’t notice there was no drink until I was already a good 5 minutes out. Couldn’t turn around at that point, as my child had an appointment. Check everything thoroughly before you leave. It might annoy them(you’ll see an eye roll from the morning crew especially), but it will save you the inevitable drive back. Definitely triple checking every time now. Just is a pain.

I’ve stopped at this McDonalds about five times now in the past month and a half and I’ve yet to encounter a problem. The times I’ve stopped have been weekdays around 6:30 and the two ladies at the drive thru are very pleasant, happy, knowledgeable and fast.(Yes, it’s a McDonalds review). This particular joint beats the one on Desoto and Vanowen hands down, if you were to compare the two. I was a regular at the Vanowen/Desoto, but they don’t treat their customers as customers, but rather as an inconvenience. With that being said, I’ll be a stickler to this one, as they do make you feel worthy of your business.

This is just about the morning drive-thru… This McD’s is on my way to work but any time I’ve come here in there morning, it’s been no less than ten minutes to get through, usually 15 minutes, like right now as I’m sitting here waiting. I can’t fathom how it takes that long every morning. I have yet to get through quickly so they know there’s a backlog every morning so why hasn’t this lack of efficiency been addressed by management? Today, as I was sitting there trapped in the horseshoe(I pulled in, was about to pull out but another car whipped in and I got stuck), the sidedoor opened up and the manager and another worker came out and looked at the line. The manager gave him a, «Holy shhh…» look. So, he knows how bad it is. Anyway… The food’s always good and the workers are super nice… but the wait is unbearable. When I skip them, I just commute in then swing by the McD’s by my work in Hollywood(Vine and Delongpre) and, when you get there, the line sometimes is as long as this McD’s but they chop it down quickly… I’ve never waited over five minutes. It can be done with the same volume of cars… so, this location needs to step it up.

Stopped through the drive thru on Sunday. My order was wrong & they forgot to give me the orange juice I ordered. Was weird when I visited Mexico my husband & I both agreed the food tasted much better at the location in Puerta Vallarata. However, the ones in America are down right awful. Customer service is bad & the food taste like garbage. The sausage burrito I ordered was cold by the time I drove the 3 blocks home & the mc muffin was just not up to par. I won’t visit this one anymore. Id rather drive to the one on Topanga Canyon.
