Worst fucking drinks got a smoothie and shake both were vary watery and the inside was closed, the line was insane .! I complained. To simply remake it and the Manager was rude insted of fixing it they just brought out my money!!! so disappointed. They made my husband and i both upset because we know how its supposed to taste and look. !!! Such a bootleg McDonald’s!!!

This is by far the rudest McDonald’s that I have ever been. Seeing how I work customer service I was on my 6^th day of work when I went to the drive thru and I got the worst service ever. I got one please no I take that back I got one thank you throughout my whole transaction and that was from taking my order to receiving my food I will never eat at this McDonald’s again

This has got to be the worst place for food in the area. The food is stale, cold, and just plain sad looking.
How does someone forget to add sausage in a Sausage McMuffin «without cheese» and add cheese instead, four times in a row? They gave 2 incorrect sandwiches, twice! Also, good luck getting a refund with the idiot high school students that work the registers and cannot even count to 12 correctly.
I decided to leave, robbed of my time and I urge people to avoid this particular McDonald’s business until they replace the high school idiots that work on the weekend.
With children like this, the human race is doomed to live a life similar to those lead by humans in the movie Idiocracy.

I went there to get a quick bite on my way to a meeting. I thought, «McDonalds is fast — I’ll just be in and out in a few minutes». It was 6:30 PM but they had their «Breakfast all day» sign up, so I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal with coffee. Got the coffee right away, but the guy at the window said «we’re just waiting for the egg now». Waited a couple more minutes, and he came back and apologized and asked me to pull into the take out parking space. I expected to wait only a couple minutes in that parking space, but after 5 minutes passed, I was getting annoyed. Finally, after waiting about 7 minutes in the parking space (plus the 2 at the window), an employee (looked like the manager) came sauntering out with a small bag. He was in no hurry to get my food to me, and when he did, he made no apologies and didn’t offer any compensation (such as a free side order). Talk about a poor customer experience! I’m not likely to go back there anytime soon. Recently I went to Little Caesar’s Pizza Express, and when I had an unreasonably long wait (due to some snafu), they compensated me with a free pizza! No such service at this McDonalds.

The service is quick and with great service. The drive tru employee was helpful and nice. He Greeted us with a smile!

Good to know im not the only one with problems at this location.
STAY THE F**K AWAY from this place!
I was here with my mom about a month ago, and we both ordered coffee… thats it, just coffee…
The guy behind us ALSO ordered *just* coffee, but somehow got served his coffee before we did.
10 minutes later, we’re still waiting FOR TWO LARGE COFFEES…
My mom takes the receipt, and asks where our coffee is, since we’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. The person behind the counter looks at her with a blank expression and says (in very broken english) «Coffee? Just coffee? You no receive it yet?»…uh, no you idiot, haven’t received it yet, why the hell do you think shes asking for it?
We FINALLY get our coffee and we went on our way… dude, i know this aint starbucks or peets coffee, but 10 minutes for JUST COFFEE is a bit exessive… never again am I coming here. With almost 20 PEOPLE on staff, service should be a hell of alot faster.

It’s early on a Saturday. I don’t feel like making breakfast because: 1) I’m on a tight time table and don’t feel like waking up an hour early on a SATURDAY when I usually have the day off and 2) it’s early enough where I can catch breakfast, which is about the only thing McD’s does best (but you can only get breakfast stuff during breakfast hours).
Since the power windows in my poor 12 year old Saturn don’t work, I have to walk in. Suits me fine, the drive-​thru is several cars deep. Short wait to place my order and a bit longer for pick up. Sausage McMuffin with egg and a bacon/​egg/​cheese biscuit and I’m on my way.
You have to ask for pepper because the only thing that their condiment station is ketcup with the corresponding TINY wax cups. They also have the «additional sauces are extra» sign.

I went there to try there new sirloin and when I went to purchase my order my card was frozen and I couldn’t complete my purchase. As I was leaving they came out to give me my food for free. That’s what you call amazing customer service!

This McDonald’s take so fucking long to get my nuggets. When is toasty I need my fucking nuggets

I’m not usually a fan of McDonalds but I’m a fan of this one. Food is fast with the service to match. The workers are friendly and this is a great place to grab a bit if your short on time and didn’t plan ahead when you’re on your 30min lunch break. When I come during the lunch rush the place is packed but the service is quick. That’s all you can ask for and the place is pretty clean compared to other McDonalds.

The employees here aren’t just rude, they’re mean. Everything from their wan, false smiles to their unwillingness to meet the eyes of the people they shove food orders at speaks to their absolute distaste for working at this place.
And let’s be honest, I’m not coming to McD’s for the customer service. But, go figure, they often get my order wrong or leave something out. There’s probably another McDonald’s nearby that you can go to instead, and I would recommend doing so.

Terrible service, terrible people, terrible everything. The place itself is nice, but the people that work in it suck.

On special occations I enjoy a sausage biscuit with coffee. Today my server, Dolly, made my day. Thank you Mc Donalds, and Dolly.

I actually enjoy coming to this Mikey D. Every morning, I get off on the Katella Ave exist and drive by this place.
Usually the before work crowd, getting a little breakfast. I find the service to be fast considering the 10 cars ahead of me. All the staff members are nice, and upon leaving-​they tell you to have an awesome day!

Its 730pm place has a few people in line. One register is open. about 6 diners eating in or just plugged in to use the free wifi. I lean on counter after I ordered notice that its kinda not clean sticky like. I get order sit down
this time really few people come in and out. Lobby some what clean. Dining area could use a wipe down. over all its just ok. plenty of family seating. I did not like the lil fllies flying around when I was trying to eat.

I didnt have any of those bad experience. Everytime i came here, it usually has quiet envrionment. The staffs are nice. I love it. I will definitely come here more. Close to my school (CSULB) and workplace in Aneheim.

ZERO STARS FOR YOU!!! Worst McDonald’s EVER!!! The manager acted like she was god’s gift to man. Newsflash… You’re not!!! Don’t take your job too seriously; just in case you haven’t noticed, you work at McDonald’s idiot!

This is literally THE WORST of McDonalds. I live about two minutes away and I really enjoy their iced Mochas. EVERY TIME I have come to this one I have had an issue. They have given me Carmel instead of mocha, they are always covered in whipped cream or spilled all over the outside of the cup and instead of taking two seconds to wipe it off they handed it to me spilling the drink all over my work clothes. Most recently my fiancé sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for two drinks after ordering in the drive through. The parking lot was empty as was the drive through so naturally I was a little upset; especially since they had 14 people working that I could count. When I confronted the manager about this issue she responded with «what do you want me to do about it?» I’d be happy to drive out of my way in any other direction instead of coming here.

This McDonald’s is one of the better ones I’ve been to in a while.
Unfortunately for me, my son loves McDonald’s so we’ve been to a few of them and this one is a lot cleaner and has much friendlier staff than most. The food wasn’t over or under cooked and service was speedy. I got a kids meal for myself and the cashier even offered me a larger size drink cup for my meal since the child’s size is small.
Very surprised we had such a good experience.
Five stars because for a McDonald’s this is as good as it gets.

I’ll glad it’s not just me, this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The staff lacks training, common sense, and my drive thru orders are almost always wrong.
A few highlights:
Car in front of me asks «what fruit is in the oatmeal?» Response — «regular.» Huh?
Came by on a Saturday with my child & some friends. We ordered deluxe breakfasts for the 4 kids. All the eggs were runny. The cashier said «that’s how they always are.» Ok, I’m not 8, I’ve eaten at a McDonald’s a few times in my life, and the eggs at any other location are not runny. Gross.
Went on a Friday night, ate inside, and all 3 people that ordered before us came back to the counter because their orders were wrong: missing drinks, another missing apples in happy meals, another missing food items. I myself was never given the cups for our drinks, and when I asked for them, I got an attitude, «oh, I didn’t give them to you already?» No dumb ass, if you did, why would I be back here?
On another trip, the cashier proceeded to put my food on a tray that was soaking wet — not just wet, you could tip it side 2 side & watch the water run. I asked her to stop & get out another tray, I didn’t want my food all wet (and who knows how clean that water was), and she looked at me like I was crazy.
Same trip as above — I ordered Chipotle BBQ snack wrap. She stared at the cash register forever, then said, «uh, we don’t have BBQ.» Shouldn’t the employees be familiar with the menu? Just a thought.
**The only one there that knows what she’s doing is a blonde girl with a high voice. I didn’t want to lump her in with the rest of the group. :)
