Applebee’s

Waiter was very nice. We ordered spinach artichoke dip and ate all the chips but weren’t asked for a refill for our dip — which we had plenty left. My chicken strip meal was less tasty than Whataburger or Dairy Queen. My mom and grandfather ordered baked potatoes but the waiter came back and told them baked potatoes would take about 30 minutes to wait on and that they could have mashed potatoes instead in order to have our meals come out faster. My grandmothers shrimp breading was tasteless. The cookie sundae was not what I was expecting. The cookie tasted like one out of a package and was cold, not hot or warm like I was hoping. Lastly, we heard about 3 employees and some other side conversations about Britney. The manager With blonde hair was picking up trash from the table behind us and said Britney was arguing and that she was going to write her up or something for insubordination. Please keep your drama in the kitchen in the kitchen. I would hope if you’re a boss you would speak to that person personally rather than to other staff and in front of your customers. Will not be back.

We really enjoyed ourselves here tonight. Great to use a tablet to order another drink. Service and food was great.

It was pretty good. Server wasn’t very friendly or attentive. My steak was cooked perfectly but they don’t serve baked potatoes until after 4… But it’s not written anywhere on the menu.

I always get terrible service when I come here. Half of the time I don’t even stay because no one comes to the front to greet or sit me. The drinks and food take forever to get even when there isn’t a rush and my food is usually wrong.

Pretty straight forward. Went late afternoon so I missed both the lunch and dinner rush. Service was quick and the server was polite. New menu looked good. Gives me a reason to come back. Nothing either really bad or really good stood out.

Beyond filthy. I wanted to leave before I was seated, but couldn’t without upsetting my family so I attempted to not look at ANYTHING. (I wasn’t successful.) The entire floor was sticky, the carpet is frayed, there are splatter spots on the window blinds, and our table had crumbs on it. I could go on. I have a rule: if I can SEE filth, I don’t want to even think about the kitchen that I cannot see. The food tasted ok, nothing special. I was too creeped out to eat more than a few bites though. The service was ho-​hum. Waiter came quick but never checked on us except to ask if we wanted dessert. Other waitstaff wouldn’t even step out of the way as I went to the restroom. Their station is right at the corner on the way to the restroom and they were just leaning on the station on their phones. I think I was hampering their texting…

Lunch–
Not so much. Sat at the bar but DID NOT DRINK! It was lunch and I had to return to work.
Really, the bartender was more worried about getting people to fill out surveys on their smart phone than actually earning the score. So the service wasn’t good, pretty bad actually.
Food– I had the lo-​cal chicken and port mushrooms. Greasy. How can that be greasy? Stopped about half through.
Low tippage ($$$)
Now I remember why we call it Crapplebee’s.

No big deal here. Good service and good drinks all within a good time frame.

Not so great. Came early for dinner, alone.
Hostess seated me in the middle of kid-​central. I asked the server to relocate, did,
then it took 30 mins just to get a drink. Frustrating as they weren’t at all busy.

Fabulous lunch; quick, friendly service. Waitstaff even fixed us our lunch drinks to go!

Great food and service. The atmosphere of a sports bar but still a good place to go with your kids. 5 stars includes the reasonable prices.
