I was visiting for the weekend with a larger (and newer) car than usual, so I was pretty concerned about parking on the street. $ 17/​day, and if someone isn’t at the booth they will be 24⁄7 if you call — I dropped off around 10 pm and picked up on a holiday, and just called when I was a few minutes away. I’ll park there again next time I visit.

I moved to NY a few months ago and was really not looking forward to keeping a car in the city for reasons such as finding street parking. I have absolutely no patience and still am not the best at parallel parking. Then I came across PV Parking, and have never looked back since. The price for monthly parking is very reasonable and the owner and employees are really nice. After a few days, they all know who you are, what car you own, and bring the car to you promptly. Unlike some parking garages, you don’t have to call ahead of time be serviced promptly. One time on my way to work, I had a punctured tire on the Queensboro Bridge, quickly turned back around to the garage, and one of the employees even helped me switch to the spare tire I had! Highly recommend this place, and I plan to tip them a lot this holiday season!
