I went to papa johns for the first time yesterday around 7:30pm And it seemed pricey So the Cashier offered me some of her specials & she had a great deal so I accepted. I then told her I refused to pay for the pizza until I seen it because I’ve gone to other places & the pizza’s look terrible! She smiled and said«Okay give me about 15 minutes & I’ll have it ready for you» Once it was ready, She then called my name & presented me my pizza. She was so kind & never gave me an attitude. Of course I accepted my pizza & paid for it. I will be coming back! Great customer service here, very sweet girl.

I bought 2 large pizzas to eat with my family. We ended up getting food poisoning.

Doesn’t carry the cinnapie OR the cinnamon knots anymore. Very disappointed since now no papa johns in the area carries them anymore.

This place sucks… I have given them chances too. Ordered pizza at the end of Super Bowl Sunday, my pizza was almost paper thin… LITERALLY. I issued a complaint and the owner called me and said he would inform the store that my next meal is FREE. Well it was NOT free, I paid for it. Don’t care, I was hungry. Pizza was mediocre, again. Than i order a medium pizza tonight because my bbq had a flare up and burnt my chicken. I send in the order online and request that it be WELLDONE… NOPE, it looks like every single other pizza, cheese looks half cooked and it’s sub par at best. Only reason I even try with these people is because I live across the street, but I AMDONE. Never going back to this Papa Johns AGAIN. Ordered pizza from this location when the pizza arrived everything wasn’t even on the pizza all the toppings where on the side of the pizza will most likely not order from papa johns in general anymore. The pizza isn’t even edible at this point unless I just want to eat bread. Called the store we are not getting anything for the pizza coming this way be careful before ordering from here

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pizza from this location on New Year’s Eve. Didn’t have any cash on me, put it on my Amex, which I hadn’t used for close to a month. I noticed 2 weeks later that unauthorized charges had been made on January 3rd. Amex of course is doing an investigation and reversing the charges. Shady people at this location, pay with cash!

I ordered 6 pizza for a party, when I arrived the door was locked and no one was at the front. A few minutes later someone from the back came up front… strange, but other than that the food was ready and hot.

They are fast and deliver what they promise… sadly this isn’t the best pizza you can get, but it might be the best place to get it in less than 30 minutes.

Horrible customer service, first girl that answered my call stayed silent when I asked her about a coupon I had and went to get another guy to assist, that guy gets on the line and is very unprofessional, I felt like he didn’t want to help anyone or do anything. I wanted to order the 3 topping pizza I had a coupon for for $ 8.99 but this guy said they only had a promo for a 2 topping even after I gave him the coupon info and told him the offer started today. He then tells me it will be $ 14.99 to deliver a ten dollar pizza!!! What a joke this location is, I hope they go out of business and I will never try ordering from papa johns again!!! EVER! I told them to forget it, that makes no sense and I hung up, so now your employees can continue to be useless and rude and not have to help anyone. These people don’t deserve the jobs they have! This occurred on 6⁄21 at 1:30 pm, so please talk to the idiots working that shift!

Out of sheer desperation we ordered with them– everyone else was closed… Anyhow they sucked again! They boast fresh ingredients, etc… But the food is cheap quality and tastes horribly processed… Oh an did I mention they are STINGY with their crap ingredients? I remember when papa johns was the best pizza around– it’s cheap and gross now I’m so sad! I love me n eds but they aren’t open all the time…

Last time I’ll order from here. Ordered a large«The Works», weds night at 8pm, with extra sauce and regular crust. 14 bux with coupon. I understand if that pizza had a lot of ingredients, too much even, but that crust was as thin as a menu thin, not cooked completely, and had no drop off extra sauce. The pizza was hard to eat, fell apart and to top it off found a CURLYBLACKHAIR on the last slice. Disgusting

Never had the issues some of their other patrons have had. The two times I’ve gone here, they’ve had plates for me. The pizza wasn’t bad… same quality as the other PJ locations I’ve been to. yeah, they skimp a bit on toppings. Oh well. I will be back.

I usually order from this place when we’re craving pizza at work. Although they are a little more expensive then most of the other delivery places(dominos, pizzahut, etc.) you really pay for the difference in quality. Their pizza is always made with fresh ingredients(like they say on their commercials ahaha) and the quality is hard to beat. I haven’t had any problems with their service and I would recommend this place is my friends.

I tried their on-line ordering system for the first time! It was great & I’m happy to be earning points toward a free pizza. I also got a text message advertising a special that would give me 33% off my total order. Great! Used it & I’m a happy camper. We ordered for Carry-out, but we wanted to eat at an outside table they provide(they have about two with a few chairs). I had hoped they would have plates & eating utensils for those choosing to do the same thing, but apparently they don’t have those. So, lesson learned… will bring our own plates & utensils the next time(still it’s weird they don’t just automatically provide this). Showing our flexibility, my family ate on napkins(luckily they do have those on hand). The cashier on duty was not very customer service friendly. It’s not like she was particularly rude, just lacking in a little bit of personality. It’s like she just wanted to hurry up & complete the order… no need for chit chat. I guess not every business establishment can be a «Trader Joe’s». I love their Parmesan Bread sticks. Really soft & flavorful. I also enjoy the sauces they provide especially the Garlic dipping sauce that comes with the Pizza. I just love garlic! I also ordered the Honey Chipotle Wings which I really enjoyed. The sauce is delicious & the chicken is flavorful & not tough to eat. I might step on a lot of toes for saying this, but I dare say it gives Wing Stop a run for its money! This is a chain pizza joint, so it’s typical of that kind of establishment. But it’s good… or in Unilocal language, «A-ok».

Papa John’s is advertising an extra large pizza with 3 toppings for $ 13.99. This resolved one of my preexisting PJ’s gripes: usually, their prices are WAY out of line(as in illogically expensive). However, after eating our extra large mushroom, olive, and green pepper pizza, I quickly remembered my other gripes about PJ’s. 1. Where are the toppings? Oh, they’re half buried under the cheese and you need a microscope to see them. Those mushrooms, olives, and green peppers were few and far between. 2. Wait, how many pieces did I just eat? It’s hard to tell because I don’t feel very full after consuming these flimsy, thin pieces of pizza. 3. The crust is completely unmemorable and may as well not even exist. How on EARTH does this place manage to stay in business AND sponsor a college football bowl game every year?
