McDonald’s is more important than ever try not to be like their competition now they have table service now you can make your own burger. You got more better deals everything is better and better at McDonalds so what else Scooby Doo and I love their flavors

This McDonalds is the worst. They allow a guy who can barely speak english make special orders that McDonanalds cannot fill. It last at least 10 minutes and just keeps going on and on. One cash register open. I tried to get them to open up another one. They would not. Lines forming behind me. I gave up and left. This McDonalds has been problematic for me in the past. Nothing remedied.Through with them

Drive thru operator just told me she couldn’t handle 2 orders at once. And they want $ 15 an hour

Careful with drive thru. They automatically upsell you the larger size without asking.

everytime i come here to order my grilled chicken snack wrap… they always f*** up my order by giving me a cripsy chicken snack wrap. seriously mcdonalds!!! how hard is it to get it right, i am so tired of having to come back to fix it. get your shit together! because this ain’t the first time at this location… AND IT WASN’T EVEN BUSY!!!

Went to see if they had the new breakfast bowls, and of course they didn’t. I ordered a number 1 combo with a small drink. The two staff people putting the caps that were in pink water, on the drink machine were taking their sweet time and leaving water everywhere. They went behind the counter and the female started serving food without washing her hands. The cashier was calling out orders by saying” your order sir, your order mam”, and walks away instead of calling out the customer number like all McDonald’s do. How would the people know who’s order belong to who? They are very slow with service. This place is dirty, homeless people hang out in front, the exterior is gross and smells of u****. The staff needs training in customer service. I would give no stars if allowed.

Very poor customer service. I don’t know weather it’s due to the surroundings or what but I placed a number four order with a regular sized orange juice and after I finished my meal I asked if I could get a refill of soda in my cup and I was denied a refill after I purchased a orange juice that costs 2.97 and mind you the large soda cup costs 1.07 already with tax. I will forever torment the managers of this establishment! THE PLACE SUCKS

The service here needs a lot of improvement. My drive-​thru experience took too long. All I ordered was a McDouble and some chicken nuggets. But then again, this might be the fault of the customer I front of me. I’ve been inside and the soda station is always a mess. Straws and lids are strewn all about and the employees don’t seem to care about it. It’s fast food right, oh well.

This McDonalds Sucks!.. Order wrong and when I called the Manager was very Unprofessional illiterate and Couldn’t Comprehend the Simplest Shit I was Saying. My Freaking Orders Wrong!. Luckily I was on my way to work. I will be calling bk to Complain. Flat out Poor CS!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a good amount of times to know the overall quality. I know it’s McDonald’s food, but for some reason here it is of far lower in quality of food.
Not to mention I once ordered a Sausage & Egg McMuffin, and was extremely sick within 2 hours. I had to leave school and was back and forth between my bed and the toilet 14 times in one day.
I tried to complain to management and they gave me some paperwork, the manager talked to me a little but was still not helpful. I was supposed to receive a call from McDonald’s HQ but never did. I just dropped the whole thing because I have more important things to do.
Basically, I’m never going to any McDonald’s (espec this one) again, unless I’m really drunk and want soft serve ice cream.

This place I can’t believe is still in business. The staff at the seem spaced out. I went in and ordered the nugget combo and they tried to charge me for the sauce. Apparently they had a shortage and were limited to the amount they could hand out. So if you order the 20 piece expect only one of them packets and they will try to charge you 50 cent for extras. I told the manager, can you eat 20 dry nuggets? He said no I would ask for extras EXACTLY!!! so I told them to cancel my order and I went to Jack In The Box instead

Seriously, they can never get an order correct. Last 4 times we’ve been there, the drive-​through has screwed up 100% of the time. My boyfriend can’t eat cheese and we consistently order hamburgers only to drive home and realize they’ve given us cheeseburgers. They’ve also forgotten our drink orders the last 3 times, never giving us soda. When we point out that they forgot or messed up our order, they don’t even apologize. How hard is it?! It’s not like we are order cheeseburgers and say «no cheese» to make it confusing. We’re ordering HAMBURGERS, which is an entirely separate item on the menu.

Best McDonalds customer service I’ve ever had.

Pains me to write a 2star review for McD’s, but this place is a victim of it’s surroundings. Avoid. Actually, avoid everything around here. The Carls Jr. across the street is just as bad. That goes for the El Pollo Loco and Taco Bell across Long Beach Blvd. You’re better off starving.

Didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Certainly had value, but something was missing. It was nice on a warm day but it just didn’t POP!
Also, I really like the female cashiers they have there. They offer great service in an area where people can be nasty just because. Not a slam on the guys… I’ve never had a guy cashier.

Ok so I’m eating one of their hamburgers right now. Is it just me or have they gotten smaller? My hamburger never comes with more than one pickle and they hardly put any mustard. Crazy. They’re really penny pinching here.

OMG… this place is such a madhouse on the weekend… even the drive thru takes forever… but then again… people are probably so happy to get such a bargain while sitting in the comfort of their own cars… who would seriously wanna get out of their car… especially at this location (where vagrants have set up camp on the sidewalk and in the parking lot)
The service is hit or miss… sometimes they’re super nice but most of the time, they act like they have something better to do with their time at work than help you (hello? you’re hourly right and isn’t it your job to help me?)
They have repeatedly gotten my order wrong (my grandma is really picky and will literally send it back if it’s not the way she ordered it)…so please get the order right… otherwise I have to either eat the cost of your overpriced hamburger or complain to get the issue rectified… ARGH!

Allow me to let you y’all in a little secret. But don’t tell anyone everyone you know. Or I’s gonna feel like you betrayed me. and that. aint. right.
Anyways, order the double cheeseburgur from the dollar menu and ask them to add lettuce and Big Mac sauce. And yo, check this, they still only charge you like $ 1.
So what did i just create, you ask yourselves? man, im such a genius!

Yes, I am writing a review of McDonald’s. As in other reviews I’ve written, this is only for this location. (Except for their Iced Coffee, of which I am now a complete addict and need an intervention. I buy that constantly and have almost a Pavlovian response when I see any Golden Arches.) There are many other McDonald’s in the LBC that are so stocked up on crazy that I won’t even brave their drive-​thru.
The staff at this location is really helpful. Keep in mind, it is located right at a juncture of the Blue Line train that goes to Downtown LA and the local bus system. I’m not being snobby, but mass transit can foster a little extra ‘fun’ that makes for a very colorful dynamic. It’s part of Long Beach’s local flavor. It’s not good or bad, just true. Having said that, the crew that works there has to deal with all kinds of people, and they do so with grace and a smile. Not too sure I could always do the same.
They always get my order correct, and the location is usually pretty clean.
And I don’t care what anyone says, McDonald’s french fries are one of the world’s tastiest guilty pleasures.

I’m a super easy guy. I don’t make special requests often. I made a «special» request the other day. I asked the drive-​thru gal to use my coffee cup rather than one of their disposable cups. Totally ignored me after I asked the speaker/​drive-​thru person, «Hey I’ve got my own coffee cup here in the car. Can you guys put my coffee in my cup, rather than using your cup?» She said, «Sure.»
