Training people, customer in front of me waited so log to get served he took off. No warm soup available, no green tea available. Waited behind an employee to fill my drink. while they discussed, in and out burger? Everything was being refilled why I was there, nothing was stocked. Sub once received was good, no problems there. Product quality high, customer service not so much. Google maps didnt quite take me to the restaurant either.

I’m giving this subway one star(wish I could give them a –5 stars) due to the fact it made me sick. I had a chicken teriyaki foot long for lunch yesterday and I’m still sick today. I will nvr return to this subway again

Was planning to get a 6 inch combo & bottled water instead of the fountain drink. Shocked to see that my total included the cost for water instead of the $ 6.00 for the combo. Did the survey and mentioned this and haven’t received s response by phone or email. Seems odd since Subway is advertising«healthy» food items in commercials. I’m simply not a soda drinker… Might have to check out Togo’s for my sandwiches

I am not rating this place on it’s food. You either like Subway, or your don’t and think that you are eating yoga mat. This is purely based on the service. If I could have given this location 0 stars, I would have. It was always a bad experience walking in there. Mostly because of bums that smell like piss. I could get past that. It is in downtown LB next to the metro and a Walmart. I understand what I am getting into when I am in that area. The reason I even go to this one is because I workout at the gold’s gym and on Saturdays I like their breakfast sandwiches after my workout. Ok. The real problem. The people who work there are just terrible. I literally watched as someone cut me in line to ask the girl working if she could sell her pills. Obviously the employee kicked this person out. right? NO, she yelled at her for coming in asking for drugs and told her to go outside and wait for her. That was the last time I went in… until last weekend. I just really didn’t want to try and find parking for the subway on Atlantic. I went in and 3 workers were on break. Waited 5 minutes before the only employee working came over to help me. During that time I got to hear a great story about one of the employees sexual escapades from the night before. So there was that. I tried contacting the owner of this location just so he/she knew what was going on. No response. Probably does good enough business because of the metro.

This is THEEEWORST Subway I’ve ever been to! I walked in at 11:30. They close at 12. I didn’t want anything major, just a tuna sandwich. They we’re already cleaning up considering it was close to closing but I had just gotten off work, I live up stairs in City Place Apts and just wanted a quick dinner. I even apologized to the staff for coming in at such a late hour. The guy who initially started helping me seemed somewhat rushed but it wasn’t a big deal because he seemed nice and like he actually wanted to help. During my sandwich making process, a woman(presumably the manager) took over. This woman. She LITERALLYTOSSED my sandwich on the bar where the toppings were, from the oven. I was a bit taken aback, but didn’t say anything. The whole time, she’s asking me really fast, what I wanted on it, rushing me through the process. As I’m telling her, she’s LITERALLYTHROWING my toppings on. Threw the Spinach, threw the onions… At this point I’m starting to get slightly annoyed. Still said nothing. Then I ask for Chipotle Mayo. She squirts a HUGEBLOB, RIGHT in the middle of my sandwich. At this point, I had to stop her. I was so close to going off. I told her how INSANELY sloppy it was. I calm myself down and tell her to continue. I ask for oil and vinegar and she put on, I’m not over exaggerating, 2 drops of vinegar, 1 drop of oil. I watched it come out. After I paid, I checked the time. It was 11:42. She had AMPLE time to make my sandwich correctly but was in such a hurry to close, she didn’t care. I told her although I know I came in at 11:30 and they close at 12, they aren’t closed now and she needs to take more care when handling food for people. I come upstairs to eat my sandwich and somehow, she had rolled it up so that the top of the bread was closed together and the bottom portion was closed together. I didn’t notice this until after I bit into the second half and there was ZERO tuna. ZERO! So I basically got a tuna sandwich with half tuna and half vegetables. I will NEVER come back to this place and that lady needs to be reprimanded. Nothing is probably going to happen though. I’m just posting here so someone else can know not to waste your time and money here. I’m going back tomorrow to ask to speak to a manager.

The gentleman named Arthur could not of been a bigger douche bag. He spoke negatively to the other employees and did not acknowledge my request for my sandwich. Just rude and disrespectful. I felt as though I was inconvenience to eat at subway. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day but his attitude was inappropriate for customer service.

This goes without saying, but being in City Place, this is the most ghetto Subway I’ve ever seen. *Homeless people are usually outside bugging everyone for money on the way in *Small eating area which is usually full of people with screaming kids who are running around *Usually understaffed, so if there are already 2 people in line it’s going to take about 15 – 20 minutes to get your sandwich, especially if these people have the aforementioned kids that are climbing up on the counter and putting their faces and hands all over the glass… ew… *Quality of sandwiches is just«meh»… not great, not bad either.

Don’t expect any mind-blowing revelations, now; we’re talking Subway. I don’t really eat fast food, but Subway is a little different, in my mind. At least you get to see your sandwich being made. So, while any chain/franchise store is an exercise in consistency, I want to give this location a shout-out. Only minus one star because it’s another victim of location.(City Place … Sigh.) I frequent this store because 1: it is conveniently located between my house and my job, and 2: I am not the greatest manager of my personal time. These elements combine, and by the time I’ve taken care of my cats, run with the dog, showered, gone to class/yoga/whatever errands the day demands, sometimes my stomach makes odd noises and I realize I haven’t eaten. Usually right when I’m getting ready for work; and working in a restaurant, you can’t go in starving, or you will automatically resent life. Next stop: Subway at City Place! This location is small, just a few high-top tables to the left and some regular ones in the middle. When there’s a line of more than 3 people out from the counter, you are getting to know anyone sitting at those tables, as you’ll be squeezed in-between and up-against them. However, I’ve never had to wait long here. I’m always instantly, cheerfully greeted by one or more employees. I have never experienced such a pleasant Subway staff, truly. It’s not always people I recognize, either, so I imagine they are this friendly to all customers. It appears clean. I have yet to see trash on the floor, and often see an employee sweeping, wiping the drink area, etc. I’m usually here in the afternoon, but have come for the breakfast deal before a morning shift a few times. Not impressed at all by their breakfast sandwiches, but the deal for coffee and a sandwich for less than $ 4, made fast, ain’t bad. Stopped in once after 930pm and the scene was too sketchy to do that again. Overall: great staff, clean store. And a MUCH better option than eating something from Walmart McDonald’s.(Ewww.) You deserve better. Let this Subway provide it.

$ 5 foot long… This place is excellent when you’re looking for a sandwich and more. I love how I’ve been there 3 times in the year that I’ve lived within walking distance and it kills my Subway expectations every time. Sure, the sandwiches are just like every other subway and the service isn’t too bad. My favorite part is the homeless people who wander in and ask me for my change while I’m eating. I also really enjoy those same people who wait outside and ask for my leftovers. Maybe I’m heartless but I don’t care to have people asking me for money DURING my meal. The Subway itself is fine. It’s clean and the service doesn’t bother me other than the lines. I walk by this place at least once a week and if management would do something about the transients who hang out right outside, I would go back.

After going in previously and seeing the line not moving, I opted for the place a few feet away. I really don’t like waiting forever for some subway. Last night however the place was closed and I had no other options around so I went in and of course stood in that long line of 4 people(long when it’s not moving). The place seemed clean. Miguel was my last encounter and he was hot! I think I’ll go back just for the eye candy… unless I’m too hungry for that slow service.
