It takes forever to get ready your order
And there were not many people in line
I rather drive 10 more minutes to the one in Novi than wait 30 min for my food

Slowest Taco Bell ever. Doesn’t matter if you go inside or through the drive thru, it takes forever. They need more help in there or something.

I’ve lived next to this Taco Bell forever and there food is never prepared properly. The drink machines somehow are always down? And recently the pop machines don’t have Syrup so it taste like carbonated water. They need to totally redo this taco bell for the better… cmon.

As much as I used to hate this location, I now love it. Sure, the drive thru layout is not great, but more than the new internal layout, I really appreciate the employee effort. Happy, fun, attentive to detail — these are all things that I never would have thought would have applied to Taco Bell employees.
Way to go! This is now my favorite local Taco Bell.

Employees are not sensitive to customer orders we ordered vegetarian menu for carry out and we found chicken and this is not first time at this location never going back there again.
