Cebella’s Pizza

Amazing pizza, but a very frustrating delivery policy.
The pizza: LOVE IT! Was our go-​to pizza shop when we needed a pie. The Chicago style can’t be beat. A great way to feed a family, whatever toppings you want to put inside.
Delivery: We apparently live on the «fringe» of their delivery zone. Been ordering pizzas from them since 2007 when we bought the house and have had the same conversation every time i order w/​delivery. I give my address, they say «we don’t deliver there», i say «you’ve delivered here numerous times in the past», they say «let me ask my manager», then come back with «OK, what can i get you?». Last time i tried to order w/​delivery we played the same game… except this time the manager agreed and said they don’t deliver there. Google Maps shows us a whopping 3.7 miles/​7 minutes away, yet i got a no-​go on delivery. I had friends over helping me roof the garage, so i had some serious mouths to feed. I decided i had enough and took my $ 70 pizza order over to Buddy’s on Plymouth Rd.
Again, pizza is amazing and i would love it if they would work out the kinks in their delivery/​no delivery policy. That being said, i don’t have time to have the same conversation (one that takes longer than actually ordering) each time about how they don’t deliver to my home.

I’ve lived in the Livonia area for a little over a year now. I decided to try Cebellas when I first moved to the area and wasn’t impressed. I don’t know why but when I decided to give it another go tonight, it was completely different than the first time I had it! It was great! No complaints, except if you like Cajun crust, make sure you ask for it lightly seasoned (unless you like extremely spicy things) because the Cajun crust was a little over powering. I will definitely be back again!

This place is amazing. I work nearby and visit nearly every week. Lunch specials are great. Toasted subs are great, for what you get the price is right. The pizza is super as well, deep dish & Chicago style. They also have a few cool perks to take advantage of. If you place an online order you get $ 1 off your meal. Also if you register and sign in for 10 visits you get a free large 2 topping pizza.

Got some slices for lunch the other day & really wasn’t impressed at all. They were fresh & still tasted funky.

Not a hater. I ordered a thin crust. I’ve never had one and would NEVER EVER order it again. It was flat and the toppings were overcooked which apparently happens on thin crust. So I’m going to try a regular type crust and compare it to my 2 faves-​, 2 guys and cottage.
The garlic cheese bread was yuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmyyyyyy. Enjoyed it more than the pizza.
The lettuce in the salad had big bits of the yellow core– something not encountered at my other 2 faves. The tomato was yummy. Wish the offered cucumber. I ordered extra ranch for the salad and the put it in with the pizza.
Will try again just to see what a regular crust pizza tastes like.

Recently moved into this neighborhood and was looking for our new Go-​To pizza place. I think we found it with Cebella’s. The crust tastes great every time. we love the BBQ chicken pizza, which is always great. We had some traditional pizzas as well and have not had a bad one yet.
The employees always seem happy and the delivery guys are very friendly & gracious. It’s a great place!

Their pizza is consistently tasty, but I keep coming back for their amazing cheese bread. Perfectly cheesy. Perfectly cooked. Dipped in either Ranch or red, I’m in heaven.
I can recommend their broasted chicken too. White meat was cooked through but still juicy, and the breading was thin and well seasoned.
Mom and Pop shop. They take pride in their work. Pizza toppings and cheese are plentiful. Flavored crusts are available. Round traditional is my favorite type, but they also offer square deep dish and Chicago-​style deep dish (which I’ve heard is good). Plus sandwiches, salads, various deep fried sides.

After seeing the Unilocal reviews, I was super excited to order. Seeing as they had online ordering, I took my time. I ordered at 5pm and arrived at the store at around 520. Wasn’t ready. Ok fair enough. Saw four customers come in, wait and leave. No apologies or anything. Nice customer service. When I finally left the store it was 552. I could have made my own pie from scratch. Well let’s talk about the pie. Meh. Secret is in the sauce? What that it tastes like tomato paste with absolutely no oregano, basil or even a hint of garlic? My nana could make a better sauce without taste buds. The pie was mediocre at best. Wish I would have cancelled my order and went a few doors down to Pizza Hut. Oh and let’s talk about the small Greek salad I ordered. Five dollars for less than a half salad you could get at panera. The feta I do t even know what crazy feta was on this salad but it was the size of an olive and tasted nothing like the salty cheesyness of feta. This place sucks. I think what really got me was the absolute crap of customer service. I will be going to buddy’s or even Pizza Hut. Shoot, little Caesars has better sauce than this place.

Best pizza around for independent take out in the area. Beats all the big chains by far. Trying the broasted chicken tonight

Wow. This is pizza the way God meant pizza to be. Fast, friendly service — try this place and you likely won’t (be allowed, in case you share this with your wife) to go anywhere else. Truly couldn’t imagine it any better.

All their food is good, from the broasted chicken to speciality pizzas and salads…
I have been ordering from them for over three years, and usually have delivered.
I’m happy to pay $ 3 for delivery and $ 3-​$ 5 tip depending on weather, however since December 15, my last deliver order they changed their delivery area.
Really wanted one of their pies last night, after working 10+ hours in a mentally draining job, I did want to leave home so after placing my order online, it took about 20 minutes for «Jeff» to call me and tell me I was out of their delivery area, really.
What changed in less than a month, oh that’s right their delivery area is smaller now, did realize it when I ordered and honestly the online system should have determined this and not accepted my order. I might order again in the future, and pick myself, then again I have other quality pizza joints near me that are just as good as Cebella’s… oh and wish they still have fish on their menu, it was great!

Awesome pizza!!! Unilocal brought us in and even having it built up we weren’t disappointed! From the nice people there to the last bite, this was incredible! The widowmaker was a great choice but judging by the sauce and toppings you can’t go wrong with any choice. They know what they’re doing here.

This place is awesome! We had their Chicago style pizza, and it was amazing! Defiantly worth the price!

We spent one night in the city of Livonia and were in a Pizza mood. We chose Cebella’s because of the great Unilocal reviews.
We initially had planned to eat there, but it turns out its more of a take out/​delivery type of pizza place — no real seating. No issue, while waiting for our pizza to cook we ended up walking across the street (they call it the party store I guess) to grab a 6 pack of beer, and just had a pizza/​beer night at the hotel.
The pizza is really good, we got it customized with a Garlic crust. If I lived in Livonia eating a Cebella’s pizza would probably be a weekly tradition.

Last year I was on a massive pizza kick from this place. It is in close proximity to our home, their pricing is good and quality of product is refreshing. Our staple order has been a large BLT pizza, 2L and salad. They have specials for this type of order, so be sure to ask. Cinnamon sticks may even be included if I’m not mistaken.
They have some sort of frequent customer club thing, so make sure you sign up. I really like the crust here, it is chewy (in a good way) and the cheese is goooood. Different than usual, cheap cheese. It actually has some tang, saltiness and bite to it.
I mentioned the BLT earlier. Though I have been a fan of these type of pies for years, I think this place makes the best ones. Crispy bacon, cold and crisp lettuce and tomatoes that actually taste like tomato. Its a winner-​winner BLT dinner!
I got my stepdaughter addicted, my niece all the way from Brownstown asks for it when she comes over and my husband. Well. He is sick of it. I think I may have overdone this one in terms of frequency!

The sauce is great and the cheese is REAL. This pizza is worth it!

The best pizza, ever! Everything about their pizza is amazing. I’ve never once been disappointed! All of their food is fabulous. I never order from any other pizza place.

This pizza place is amazing! Deep dish tastes so good and they have broasted chicken that is like heaven in your mouth. I could eat here everyday.

My wife and I finally tried this place tonight and are sad we took so long to do it. We got a Small Chicago style pizza with Italian sausage and jalapenos and a side of garlic cheese bread. The aroma of garlic took over the car on the way home making the drive seem like it took forever. Once we got home we popped open the box and were presented with more than what we were expecting — a delicious pizza that might last us 2 full meals. We have loved our Jet’s 8 corner pizzas but our experience tonight has made Cebella’s our new front runner for favorite pizza to take home.
