I love Quiznos subs. I used to eat there often when they had the two in Taylor. Since I live so close to Taylor. But there’s not one nearby anymore so I don’t get to. But today I had a Dr appt in Livonia and came early so I could stop and have lunch somewhere. So I searched my Restaurant finder and found a Quiznos about a mile down the rd from where I was.-Livonia.When i came in and the the two young women that were in there working were very nice and friendly. And did a great job making my soup and sandwich. That’s exactly the kind of customer service you want when you go somewhere. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

This one and the one on Plymouth Rd. are owned by the same guy. Quiznos has upped their game lately. It appears that they have simplified their menu and got rid of items that almost nobody ever orders. This place is lightyears ahead of Subway which is a few doors down. Come here instead! Shorter wait, better food, similar price!

Very poor service. My sandwich was cold and not toasted. The woman just skipped the toaster. I asked her to just heat it in the microwave. She did but must have used the lowest setting since my sandwich was now barely warmer than room temperature. I suspect it was intentional as there was no other customers in the store to distract her. This was my first and last visit.

As sub shops go, this is really great quality and fantastic tasting food. Yeah I know its a chain, and yeah I know there is a Subway only a few doors down(odd huh?) and yeah I know their prices are a little higher… but I am telling you that it is worth it. My only problem was that there were many different promotions going on(ie sammies, bullets, torpedo’s…whats up with all that), which can leave someone wondering what the best deal really is. The workers were very helpful in deciphering all the promo’s and explaining the other options. I just ordered the reg sized prime rib dip sandwich, and it was very tasty, tender and like I had mentioned, fresh… unlike what you might find at a place that feeds you bread with a little processed meat/cheese, what was on my sandwich was chunks of flavorful beef. The place was clean, and comfortable. I would have no problem going back.
