Let’s be honest Little Caesars isn’t a pizza place that you’re going to rush too. The pizza is what it is. Good value and gets the job done. I’ve only been here around lunchtime. Can’t beat the $ 5 lunch value. As another poster pointed out the employees are young and seem immature. Can’t complain about the physical look of the building. It’s clean and modernized(compared to some Little Caesars).

Little Caesars is the place to go if you want pizza at the last minute and don’t feel like waiting for pizza to be made. Although I never really order anything else besides hot-n-ready’s — maybe bread sticks once in a blue moon, I’ve experienced nothing but good customer service. There might have been 1 time(OUTOFMANY, I CANASSUREYOU) that I needed to wait for pizza to be made when I walked in. I chose to give 5 stars solely based on the pizza. Why is it so good and taste better at this location than the others? I’m not sure why, but I am so disappointed when I get pizza at the other franchises. The only other time LC is amazing is when your downtown at a sports event. However when I go here, I know that I am getting a good hot-n-ready, not a crappy piece of cardboard you get at the other locations.

Can’t believe I’m actually writing a review for a Little Caesar’s Pizza — a place you think would be cookie-cutter consistency, as Mr. Ilitch designed it to be. Called and placed a special order(3 of the 5 items were hot and ready items to begin with, but the other two were special and I wanted them all to come out together). They forgot the 2 non-«Hot and Ready» items, and 2 of the 3HNR pizzas were overcooked beyond recognition as a Little Caesar’s Pizza(mediocre at the absolute best — no margin for error!). Waitstaff and management could not explain what happened and all seemed to be hiding from dealing with me. Garbage service — garbage pizza. Better off getting a U-bake from Costco.

Little Caesars is Little Caesars — go from one place to another, they’re all the same. I stopped here and picked up a few pizzas on the way to a birthday party. Michigan just squeeked by Akron minutes prior, so it looked like everybody had the same idea, as there was a line all the way to the door. The line went quick and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and good… It’s a $ 5 pizza, how can you go wrong???

Such a sorry excuse for a Little Caesars. Regardless of the fact that the chain does not exactly serve the best slice on the planet as is, the pies at this particular store take the so-called cake. Semi conveniently located to our stomping grounds, this LC would be a solid choice for a quick pick up. In fact, for a while this was our go to store until things consistently went south. The young, unprofessional staff needs(re) training, and should spend more time working and less time hanging out with phone– or physically present friends and coworkers. Perhaps if they would be less busy entertaining themselves they would have the time and ability to listen and get your order right. I think I have gotten more pizzas for free here than I have actually purchased. Every time an order is messed up or a quality issue arises they are quick to offer a new meal at no cost. Now, for the truly amazing cherry on top: on more than one occasion my free re-order is ALSO wrong. Wow. Really. Fast forward after a year and a half of boycotting the joint, I spent quite some time in the ER across the road today. Fuq it, we thought. I’m not cooking, let’s pick up a pizza. I am annoyed to report nothing has changed. Uninterested staff, wrong order(pepperoni instead of mushroom, yeah they kinda sound alike don’t they?) and the actual dough on the cheese bread and pizza was messed up. It was tough, dry, overcooked and nasty. Thanks 5 mile & Levan Little Caesars for confirming once again why I drive out of my way to visit the Northville store.
