A great place for a quick bite to eat. Larkburger is a great fast food joint with quality food. Their burgers are juicy and tasty and their fries are too. This location does offer wine and beer. The service is quick, friendly and clean. Their milkshakes are a yummy treat too.

I dont really get this place. The menu is extremely limited. Dont count on any unusual or even fairly normal toppings(no guac, no green chilies… just lettuce, tomato, onion and a few cheese options). The menu is also VERY expensive for a fast food place. Its more expensive than most of the best burger joints in Denver that serve you. The fries are soft to saggy which doesnt work real well when they are that thin. I went three times — only because I had to meet other people who made the choice of where we were going. Finally, on the third time I learned that they thought it would be cool to redefine what med rare, med, well done… etc are — if you like med rare that equals med well there. why? they must be that cool. The buns are full of a synthetic buttery flavor that I am sure 1 in 10 people cant get enough of. But, me and my daughters found it gross. I donno… I just dont get it.

Overall great experience. Easy time ordering and food came out fairly fast and as ordered. Burger was cooked right, fries were a tad over done. Loved the edamame. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews of it being cold inside because it was a snowy day but as soon as I walked through the door I felt the heater on. I appreciated the gluten free bun and great service. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Really like Larkburger normally. This was a quick stop on the way to another outing with a friend. We almost walked right back out. It was the day after Thanksgiving, so they’d been closed the day before. They forgot that customers don’t like to freeze to death while eating. Apparently there was some mix up with heat and the sensor being in the kitchen? Our order came and the burgers were burnt to a crisp. We did send them back but were told even though we’d ordered medium that they lean towards more done because«most people» like that. If I wanted it well I would have ordered it well done. By the time the replacements got there our fries were gone(split one order), so I went to order a second. They screwed that up too. Ordered Parmesan fries, got plain. The guy kept coming back out from the kitchen. Seems many orders were wrong. Disappointed in this location.

Not a bad burger, a little small for my taste. The fries were ok, but I’m not a big fan of shoestring fries. My friend had the tuna burger and said it was good. Overall ok for me. The kids did like the shoestring fries and had to get them second servings.

This Larkburger is very small compared to other locations. The service is quick and the staff friendly, and the burgers made as usual but I think on this visit they had the heat turned off… it was not a comfortable experience eating our burgers in what felt like a fridge. Otherwise on a warmer day I’d imagine this restaurant would be adequate.

Pretty good but it was frigid when we went. That took away from the experience a bit. Food was still delicious, and it was relatively clean but when all your patrons are cinching up their hoodies(wasn’t just me, promise) it’s time to turn up the heat a touch… I definitely appreciated the young lady cleaning windows and such while we were there. And she seems to genuinely enjoy her job.

I enjoy taking the whole family here. Especially on Monday’s when kids eat free. I’ve eaten here three times now and have always had a pleasant experience. The food is good and the service has been friendly.

Excellent Chili tonight! The diced onions and cilantro paired with the sour cream creating a spicy yet subtle effect on the pallet. The chicken burger was the best yet. The bold jalapeño flavor struck a great cord as it balanced the chicken with flair. The fries were cooked perfect with just right amount of salt. A feast fit for both a king and commoner alike!

Took 20 – 25 minutes to get my burger. When I asked about it, the employee said it was because I ordered it well done. But, the woman in front of me also ordered hers well done and got it in less than 5 minutes. If you lose the order, just own up to it. No biggie. Just don’t lie to me or patronize me! Also the fries were super limp and had no flavor, even with the truffle and parm. My first visit to a Larkburger, and it will be my last!

The Skinny: overpriced, unbalanced burger with soggy fries(2) service: it’s counter service(3) value: expensive for what it is.(2). Although I can appreciate the call for a more sustainable way of producing fast food, Larkburger just doesn’t make the cut in terms of taste, texture and value. We ordered their truffle burger with truffle aioli and parmesan/truffle fries. The burger did not smell or taste of truffles. The bun really overwhelmed the burger patty itself. The meat is pretty skimpy for the price. It was all squished into the little box container leading to a real mess and a mushy moist disaster.(The burger was ordered medium) The fries had more of the truffle scent to them however upon eating them, did not have the umami flavor I expected. The first few fries were okay but became quickly soggy after that. This may have been due to the excessive amounts of parsley added to the dish which is really unnecessary and actually detrimental to the texture(ie, crispiness) of the dish. Overall, I’d like to say for $ 11.53 — this burger/fries combination is overpriced for what you get. 2 starred review.

The truffle fries are excellent and come in two sizes, small and standard. Standard size is large enough for 2(see my photo) The truffle burger was cooked to my specifications and was excellent, but had little truffle flavor. Instead get the Larkburger and save $ 1.

This place was AMAZING. I had the chicken burger and it was the best chicken burger I’ve ever had… Restaurant, fast food or otherwise. Bold flavors! This was our first time here and came on a whim with the hubby. He had the Angus burger and raved about that too. I don’t know what those 1 star people are talking about!

I love me some Larkburger. The burgers are messy and they’re probably not the healthiest option but you can’t deny that sometimes a tasty, delicious, juicy burger just hits the spot. I get either the truffle burger or the tuna burger both cooked medium. I ALWAYS get a side of the truffle fries though… These are easily my all time favorite fries. The main reason I’m choosing not to give 5 stars is because price point wise they are a bit pricey for being a semi– fast food joint and also because my experience with their service has only been so-so. I understand that at this particular location your interaction with staff really only last a few minutes but when they are rude it can really ruin a mood. The food however is definitely worth it and I highly recommend coming here when you get that craving for a burger!

We showed up to this Larkburger just shy of dinner time. We were immediately greeted by Wayne(«bigwig» with Larkburger), and Sean(VP-of Finance I believe with Larkburger) were about as excited as we were, that we were there! They immediately asked if I had been in before and expressed their excitement that I was there! After I got my Bards, Gluten free beer, I enjoyed conversing with Wayne, Sean, and the rest of the staff! They are passionate and genuine about what they do and the community that they serve! I skipped lunch so I had quite the appetite. Wayne recommended two smaller burgers to really get a feel for what they offer! So after a healthy serving of the amazing Angus chili(I had to make sure it was as good as I thought!) and the awesome quinoa salad, I opted to go with the Truffle Burger AND the Chicken Burger(small sizes) and a small serving of the truffle fries. Talk about a party in your mouth!!! Holy moly, they were perfectly prepared and I’m so glad the cashier recommended bacon on the chicken burger because it was the icing on the cake! Polished off nicely with a sampling of the strawberry AND Vanilla shake! Additionally, we are talking about a company that locally sources everything(literally) from the ice cream(Boulder), the wine(Infinite Monkey Theorem) to the potatoes(Somewhere else in Colorado!)!!! Seriously, the potatoes??? We are talking about Quality you can actually taste!!! Overall, Larkburger and the amazing staff GETSIT! They get the desire for quality, pricing, and options! Awesome Restaurant, closed the place down and didn’t want to leave!

I like Larkburger! There I said it! The food burger is very good for a fast casual burger, and the Tuna burger is much more then you would likely think it to be. The fries are always wonderful(duh), but the service really is above par. The location is also a little out of the way, so you are more likely to find a seat, and maybe even a little quieter of a dining experience. Also, the chili has always been one of my favorites(second only to homemade … honest)

I’m going to have to do something about my partner. He’s clearly lost his mind, because he doesn’t like Larkburger. This was my first visit. I’d stayed away as long as I had because of my partner’s scathing reviews, now I wonder what other pleasures he’s kept me from. I tried the ahi tuna burger, truffle fries, quinoa salad, and chili. Everything without exception was very good. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was surprised to learn how green the company is — almost everything they use is compostable or recyclable! I’m holding off on giving Larkburger five stars — and committing my partner — because I haven’t tried an actual LarkBURGER yet, and I don’t think I can call this the best burger place ever when I haven’t tried the burger yet. However, if their burgers are as good as the rest of their food, I’ll probably be changing my rating to five stars soon!

Four stars for the whole package here at Larkburger. You can tell by the staff’s attention to their customers that this place really cares about quality. Thanks to Wayne and the rest of the crew last night who so graciously re-cooked a fresh burger for me after the one I ordered was a little too rare for me. It was really my bad, because I was told that their«medium» is a hot pink center, which I don’t like, I like my burgers pretty medium-well, but I told them to cook it the way they would cook it. Which was just too rare for me. But many of you out there like it that way and Larkburger’s got you covered. I was told — by person after person after person waiting in line last night — that their ahi tuna is Da Bomb. Apparently it’s the best kept secret at Larkburger, which will no longer be such a secret after the twelve people who read my reviews will now know this. But I think Larkburger can handle the rush. Here’s what I ordered: regular Larkburger with American and truffle fries; I also got to try their chile, which is delicious(over a burger maybe?) and their salad with chickpeas which had real butter lettuce(you NEVER find that in fast casual!) seasoned with a zesty vinaigrette which I really enjoyed. Finale? Vanilla milk shake which puts most others to shame. Um, yea. Larkburger, keep on keeping up with the demand for your high-quality food. I think you’re on to something here!

I ate here yesterday. IMSTILLFULL. OMG! I have never been to a Larkburger, so I didn’t know what to expect, but let me assure you, this is not a standard burger joint. I was really surprised at the quality of ingredients. Even though only 3% of the population actually has a gluten intolerance issue, Everything is gluten free!!!(expect the bun, but you can ask for the gluten free stuff) The flavors are strong and just screams fresh. I must say the chili is amazing. I was talking to the manager/owner(not sure) and he was saying there were over 20 ingredients in the chili, and you could tell, it was so freaking good. I also tried three burgers(thus the still full the following day) The Chicken burger has a surprising kick to it, I’m not a fan of spice, but I really enjoyed it. The Ahi Tuna burger was a generous amount of tuna, it was fresh(not sure how that happens in Colorado lol) and perfectly cooked. It was like a sushi burger! Yum! The Truffle burger lived up to the name. I tasted a piece of lettuce on accident first and I immediately tasted the truffle.(paired beautifully with the truffle fries) To top it all off their ice cream is really good. Made from boulder ice cream apparently. Its nice to see an establishment support its state and use local resources rather than going to major retailer. Cant wait to go back!

Oh my gosh! Words don’t cover it. These Larkburgers, Truffle & Parmesan fries, and chocolate milkshakes hit the spot in grand style that’s hard to describe. The picture doesn’t even do it justice…
