Southwest Salad — missing half the ingedients, only has lettuce, chicken, and tortilla chips. Also, was given the wrong dressing. Purchased the same item two days earlier and wasn’t given any dressing at all. Something isn’t going right at this location.

Nothing more then crappy slow service should be excpected from this store. And I’ve lived in the region for over 8 years and it’s been the same way ever since… They mine as well give us the food for free…

I can’t believe how how little attention to detail they have here. I just went through the drive through to order my breakfast items. For some reason my card was declined so I told the man I would park and come in to pay. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me the order was overwritten so the person behind me could go. I immediately parked and came in. The manager then told me that they didn’t know I wanted my food, threw it away, and the breakfast items I wanted were no longer available. Last time I’ll ever go there.

Their drive thru is ridiculous. We wanted a fillet-​o-​fish with lettuce and tomato, they charged us extra for those and when we got home the sandwich was plain. Also, we asked for a sweet tea and when we tried it, it was more water than sweet tea. I can’t believe they want $ 15/​h while they can’t take a correct order!

Get in where you fit in! Living in this area my whole life, I have never been disrespected by a service worker like this until today. The cashier was terribly rude, I asked for the manager, she replied, «I am the manager.» Enough said. It was my first time in a Mc a D’s in months, just for a $ 1 Big Mac, after the Broncos play special. Normally, when I pass a Mc a D’s and see cars in line, I say, who the fuck are these people? Don’t they read the internet and know about the terrible chemicals and preservatives this place puts in their food? Aren’t they aware that chemicals is why their food is so cheap? Not only does the food suck, so does their service, go figure.

Terrible drive-​thru service. Ordered 2 happy meals, 1 nugget and 1 chsburger, but received 2 nugget ones. When taking the food out of the happy meal bucket at home, I found 2 crumpled up receipts from earlier today underneath my child’s food. Gross. My grilled chicken sandwich was also cold and missing mayo. Super gross. My supposed-to-be-fast-&-convenient lunch stop only proved to be a waste of time.

Was pretty happy to hear they were doing breakfast all day long. But when kids were craving McDonalds — I thought — let’s do it, cause «Breakfast All Day Long,» — I’m in! Going through the drive through I discovered — no it’s not serving breakfast all day long — it’s serving a couple things from their breakfast menu all day long — Super disappointed

Newly renovated (summer 2013), nice clean look. Does not seem to be as many seats as before. The soda machines, napkins etc are now off in one corner, not as conveniently located for refills or extra napkins as in the old design. Could also use more trash cans, they are only by the doors. When I bring my little kids I like to clean as we are eating to keep on top of things, so have to walk to the door to dump the trash.
Nice that they add more TVs’ with news, (I am a news junkie). And they have some computer games for kids, but no play area (kind of a bummer since my kids like the play areas).
Bottom line it is a McDonald’s so you know what you are getting, no surprise here.
