I have to say. I have been here many times at all hours of the day. Even during an empty dining room — – this is the first time I have been seated and served within five minutes. Also — -with a minor hiccup — -my order was actually correct! Sean, my server deserves a bright star. And, wow, the manager on duty came out and said sorry for the hiccup. I was beginning to doubt they even had a Manager on duty!!! This was the first time in 8 Years I have been impressed here! Give them A try!

We stopped here yesterday because it was Christmas and everything else was closed. Not a bad experience at all… its IHOP, I mean the food is going to be slightly bland and the place will be packed, and that’s just what to expect. My boyfriend had the chicken fried steak and eggs and I had a hamburger and onion rings. Both plates were good… nothing amazingly wowed us, but again… IHOP. btw, I had never had their onion rings… actually pretty good. I recommend. The service was really good… Have no complaints at all. She was attentive but not intrusive. She took the order of a table of four and then turned around and took our order and never wrote anything down. This always makes me nervous. But everyone’s food came out okay with the exception of us not getting the side of sausage my boyfriend requested, but when brought to her attention, it was corrected quickly. The place was clean, food was okay, prices were good and the experience was what we expected.

Our server, George, was fantastic. Easy to talk to, made great recommendations, very prompt, and helpful. Food was great. Perfect place to take a family. We’ll definitely be back.

Went around 6:30pm on a Tuesday. Walked in the door. Stood at the front waiting on someone to seat us. It was not busy and there were several employees standing with their backs to us talking to each other. We stood there and talked a couple more minutes and then decided it was taking an extra long time to be noticed. Finally, after discussing what we should do, I counted slowly to myself to ten and there was one employee that turned around but he went to a table with their ticket. We just turned and started walking toward the doors when we heard the voice of a female employee say«Are ya’ll gonna leave… Ok, well See Ya!» with a very hateful attitude. That was not professional and I didn’t appreciate it. I assume their restaurant and their manager has enough money because he/she must have not trained them on the skills of customer relations.

I was craving breakfast, so I stopped in on my way out of town. The service was slow, the conversations between the staff were too loud for me, and too personal also. I had the chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns and toast. The food was fine, but why is the toast always cold at breakfast restaurants? Nothing great, nothing horrible.

My children wanted IHOP so we gave this location a try. Our server took our order without writing anything down and sure enough the over-medium eggs I ordered came scrambled. We waited for a half hour for our food to arrive and when it did our server dropped the food at our table never to be seen again. Once I tasted the food I knew why… It was ice cold. Ice cold. My scrambled eggs that I ordered over-medium were crusted and my top panache was hard. This was food that had been sitting in a window for at least 20 minutes. I wanted to let our server know but she was gone for good. I decided we’d just pay and leave and never return. It was slow and a week day but a manager needs to quit napping and take control over his or her pathetic staff.

I hated this place. At first it was nice. Our server was great. Then when we wanted to get to-go boxes and our separate tickets, the server was no where to be found. We sat there for ten minutes waiting on her. She walked past our table another four times, made eye contact with me and my friend, and didn’t seem like she was going to give us our service. The food was alright but it certainly was NOT worth the money I paid. Get this. Ok on one hand I know I should have kept better track of things. THEYRANMYCARDFOURTIMES. My bank charges 30 per swipe. I swear they must think«Ohhh darn it didn’t work the first time. LETSSWIPEITTHREEMORETIIIIMES!!!» No! If it declines one time, tell me! Don’t go *swipe swipe swipe swipe* Funny, you don’t look like Swiper the Fox! I ain’t Dora the Friggin Explorer! But please, Swiper, no multiple swiping! Geez loueez!!! Now I have to fork out nearly 100 bucks for a sh*tty 13 dollar meal that made me sick. So if you’re hungry… Either go someplace else or get ready to get screwed.

My friend’s mom picked up some breakfast to go — it was convenient and my friend was craving waffles. I ordered a veggie omelet with Swiss and egg whites, sausage, hash browns and OJ. Omelet was ehhhh, but it did suppress my hunger during the time. I found the hash browns to be really salty and I didn’t see any cheese in my omelet??? Oh well… I cannot comment on the establishment as the food was delivered to us at the house. We had tons of leftover food. Not sure whatever came about with it.

For three consecutie weeks we’ve bombarded this ihop with a party of some 500 hungry 20somethings after 9pm. Maybe not exactly 500, but in that neighborhood. The point is, despite our overwhelming numbers and noise the staff here gets it all right. Food gets out quickly, orders are accurate, bills aren’t mixed up and everything is handeled professionally and politely. Kudos to the crew and management here!

After going here for breakfast with my coworkers, I was gently reminded that I wasn’t in California anymore. Let me describe our colorful group: I’m Asian, there is one black guy, a white girl and a half black half white guy. Yes, we are a poster for Equal Opprotunity for the government. We were all standing next to each other(though not shoulder to shoulder) and my boss(the mix) asks for a table of four. The hostess says«oh, is your party here?» My boss looks confused«yeah, they’re all right here»(we were literally within 2 feet of each other) Hostess: «Oh…» *look of confusion” «ok…» I find ignorance funny as I tried not to laugh as we were seated. Apparently people of different skin colors cannot sit down together to enjoy a subpar variety of pancakes and other breakfast goods. The funny part was mid-meal when the waitress looks at us and says«You guys are in the military aren’t you?» «yes, we are. what gave it away?»(we knew what gave it away) «…the haircuts» Ok, I give it to her that she has a great sense of humor.
