All For Kids Pediatric Clinic

I’ve gone back and forth about writing this review, but after the conversation I had with the billing department about their doctor’s negligence, I’m done.
Started off great with our two year old seeing dr. Byram. (Love him but he’s always booked). Then we had a few visits with other doctors. The last two visits came with challenges such as antibiotics not being called in with Dr. Skelley (that same evening we had to pay to go to children’s after hours after paying for the appointment where his meds didn’t get called in.)
Then we brought our two year old back in because I thought he had strep again (he’d had it once already) and Dr. Westbrook might as well have been backing out of the room after two minutes. Said he was fine and his throat looked fine. Made me feel like a crazy parent for knowing what normal is for my child. I’m not a doctor and even I could see the damn white patches on the back of his throat. Ended up in the emergency room that night with 105.6 degree fever and an amazing mix of hand foot and mouth AND strep. The doctors at children’s were gobsmacked.
O but no worries, they will knock your door down to get what you owe them. Contest it all you want. We’ve always paid our bills. We’ve shelled out multiples of hundreds to this place in less than a year. It’s all about the money, not the child. The doctors are overbooked, and it affects the care that is given.
This place is incompetent at best. For your child’s sake, don’t come here. When doctors stop listening to the caretakers that see their children most, it’s time to stop. The child’s best interest is no longer being put first.

This is an amazing clinic. I have been in the healthcare business for over 25 years and these professionals get it right. All three of my children are seen here by Dr. Martin. She is without a doubt the best Pediatrician that I have seen. I am very grateful to have my children under her care with such outstanding clinical support staff.

My 1 year old goes to AFK. Dr. Skelley actually saw her in the hospital for her very first check up at birth. Dr. September Westbrooke is her full time pediatrician now because her schedule is more open for us. I loooooove this place. It is clean, everyone is friendly, organized, and it is absolutely never crowded like most drs offices. they have kept me informed about all of the developmental milestones (since this is my first child it is really helpful) My daughter hasn’t been ill ever, but i am 100% that if she ever gets sick that dr. Westbrooke will treat her with utmost care.

I have three children who all receive care at this clinic. We have seen many of the physicians, but Dr. Martin is our actual caregiver. I cannot stress how much I like this clinic. Everyone is friendly, the clinic itself is modernized and clean, and they are open for walk ins on Saturdays. They divide the waiting area into sick or well child areas with a special area for teens. I rarely wait long, but at least if I do, my kids love to play in the waiting are which provides tvs, toys, and books.
