I have seen Dr Allison Richardson for a couple of years. I have received friendly faces and quick service. Today I called because of an infection and got and appointment to see the APN. Was pretty sure I just needed antibiotics. Was in and out of the office within 45 minutes, which is very reasonable for a busy clinic. I would highly recommend this office their hours are convenient 7 – 7 & Sat am.

I really wanted to make this practice work as I don’t like the process of finding a new physician. I’ve been going here since moving to Little Rock 3 years ago. I am a very healthy person so I don’t often see a doctor. Without going into long detail, I will sum this up by saying very long waits, no answers to health concerns and no follow up. Overweight, unhappy unhealthy looking staff. I have asked my husband on several occasions why I am going to see health professionals that look extremely unhealthy. Did I mention long waits? Very long waits. They recently bumped my appointment and failed to notify me. I have to take a lot of initiative if I want answers. Not personalized care at all. Not interested in preventative or whole body health.

Long wait, seemingly sick nurse, and ambivalent doctor in my opinion. I waited 45 minutes to see Dr Watson who basically referred me out to three other specialists. I had to keep repeating myslef and in my opinion I would not recommend him at all. He didn’t seem to care and seemed liked his mind was already out the door. I do have a lot of medical needs, none of which are new, and had been this clinic before. I won’t be back.

Dr. Watson is the best family doctor I have ever visited. He takes the time to sit with his patients and discuss their concerns. He takes the fear out of illness by explaining how it works and what to expect. To top it off, he is a nice man with great «bed side manner».
The nursing staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Administrative staff is friendly and efficient. Wait times are short. There is a pharmacy in the lobby that is family owned and very nice.
