Food was good but it was soooooo slow in coming. On not a crowded night, it took 10 minutes to get waited on, 30 minutes to get our food out. Also very expensive for sterile sports bar atmosphere. $ 33 for crab cakes.

Stopped in for a quick bite after checking in. Ordered the mahi tacos which came topped with slaw and cilantro crema and a side of seasoned red rice. The tacos were good although served on flour tortillas. The fish was not overcooked and had just enough toppings. The rice was better than expected and this is from someone who does not like rice. Service was pleasant and attentive.

The primary turn off is the gross smell of stale beer like some corner dive with 30 year old carpet. Average overpriced food that doesn’t wow. Had the 12oz NY strip that was more like 8oz for $ 35. Served over mashed potato soup. I won’t be back.

What can I say my hidden gem… I have been a regular weekday visitor the staff treats me like I was a Cheer cast member… they serve my Cosmos just the way I like them their happy our plates and wines a good and reasonable. Their Salmon and grilled pork chpo over corn bread is the favorite.

I’ve been at the Hilton four nights. I’ve had plus and minus experiences in the restaurant. Tonight after the conference wrapped, I had the crab cake sandwich. It was pretty good, but I don’t know if it is worth $ 17. For a bar, the items are a little pricey. Dinners are in the $ 30 range, but this isn’t a place for locals. The best deal us the breakfast buffet for $ 14.95 — eggs /omelets to order, bacon, sausage, french toast, juices, fruit, cereal, hot drinks.

Good crab cake sandwich and chicken quesadillas. Overall price point was competitive for airport hotel. Good service and ample space. Subtle selection of drinks. If your staying here, it’s a good option. Had both for $ 28

I am staying at the Aloft hotel next door and didn’t want to drive so I walked over to the Acqua restaurant at the Hilton. It looks really nice from the outside and at first glance it looks quite chic when you first walk in. I swear it was disgusting when I looked over at the hostess podium and there was a plate of food, a cell phone and it just looked really unprofessional and unsanitary at a restaurant. I also noticed a whole lot of dirty dishes and glasses on the bar that no one has bothered to clear away or at least put them in the back kitchen where it’s out of sight of the customers. You’d think if they are trying to portray a classy restaurant that they would know better. Secondly the waitstaff is inexperienced. My waitress came over and just stood there looking at me waiting for me to say something to her first. I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions. She didn’t even take my drink order. Whatever. btw the cheeseburger was the cheapest item on the menu at $ 15.00. There was this asian lady walking around looking very tacky. I can only assume she was the owner? I dunno. But a customer sitting at the next table had asked her for some mustard. The asian lady went up to her and said«excuse me?» The customer asked again for mustard. The asian lady walked over to the customer and knelt down so her head was level with the customer and just starred at her. I looked over and witnessed this very odd behavior as she just starred at the customer for about 7 – 10 seconds before the customer said once more«can I get some mustard». Then she understood and left to get it. But who does that? My burger came and of course there were onions in them. The burger is not worth $ 15.00, it’s not even worth $ 2.00. I ate half and then asked for the bill. The entire time I sat in the restaurant I told myself that if the plate of food was still sitting at the podium that I will take a picture of it and Unilocal it, but I honestly didn’t believe that plate of food would still be there when I left 45 minutes later, but yes it was still there when I left the restaurant and the picture of it is posted.

The crab cakes were excellent. Both as a burger and entrée with the sweet potato bacon hash.

I stopped here because of landing at BWI during rush hour. IMO, skip this place as the menu is generic and bland. Service was incredibly slow and I kept thinking«Maybe I’m still in an airport». Anyhow, I’m sure there are a ton of better places, but the parking and location were convenient.

The menu is limited, but it’s a hotel restaurant in a fairly sleepy community, so that would be expected. The service was fine. I ordered a greek salad and steak kabobs. It was just okay. My wife had the Mexican salad. The corn was uncooked, so that was odd. They forgot to put the tortilla strips on it as well. It was fine, and if you avoid chain restaurants as I do, it’s probably the best option in the area.

Not a whole lot of choices out here at the airport. Small menu, definitely catering to a captive audience of travelers staying at the aloft and Hilton. The salmon was shockingly good, really one if the best pieces of fish I have had I along time. The waitress was good to… only losing points due to the price… but it’s a hotel restaurant. If this place was a standalone front with better prices it would be a four. Not dining at its finest but it sure beats a small bag of m&ms

The Smoky Chicken Fusilli Pasta was a disappointment. Tasted like it was from a can and the chicken was tough. My wife and son each had Steak and Fries. That was very good. Enjoyed the crab mac & cheese. A bit pricey.

Crab cakes were awesome! All crab and no fillers, came with a corn relish that was fresh and really complimented it. For a hotel restaurant the food is pretty good. Maryland crab soup was pretty tasty too!

Service was a little slow, but the wait staff made up for it in friendliness. I had the expensive RibEye… it was very good. not awesome… but still very good. The local Heavy Seas brew was a pleasant surprise.

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon after searching for a non-chain, non fast food without success. At first we thought it was not open as there were no customers. This is explained away by Location«at the airport,» timing«airport hotel on Sunday» and they do a large breakfast draw. We started with the Maryland Clam Chowder then Fried Green Tomatoes which were yummy. We shared a Stacked Roasted Vegetable Sandwich which was very good. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in area.

Came here for date night… this is my second time. But first time that I seemed fit for a review. The first time was a call in ordered to be picked up. Let’s cut to juicey part. Both times I went, even just to pick the food… it was prime time Weekend Evening. Neither time was the place overly crowded. Im not sure if it’s always seat yourself… but it was on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Great décor… modern… clean! Service… mmmmm mmm could be better. Even the first time I was there, the staff was extremly chatty. And chatting very loud woth each other at the end of the bar. And that’s where my table was so I got the update on, how so and so’s feet hurt, and other one need her hair done, and somebody’s boyfriend was at her. Find somewhere to talk people. Other than that, we checked on in a timely matter… at first but the return check-ins were as timely. Food… they seem to have a pretty good menu. I ordered the Bone-in Pork Chop!!! — Yummo It was cooked perfectly. I usually dont order pork but it was great. My honey ordered the Steak and fries… it must have been great, he finished every last bit and was very quiet as he completed it. But it also took a very llllllllllllloooooooooooonnnnnnnnggggggg time. The server said because of the thick cut of the pork chop. Prices not bad! Although I didn’t get alcohol. **** Bathroom*** Nice & clean We will be back.

Ended up at Acqua’s bar area after we decided the smell in Ruby Tuesday’s was not going to go well with a leisurely happy hour. It’s fairly upscale for this area that’s filled with chains and dive bars. The Hilton must’ve had low occupancy on this weekday evening because the bar was filling up slowly but absolutely no one was enjoying dinner. It kinda made me feel bad that such a pretty restaurant was going to waste. Location, location, location is always an important factor, if not THE most, when opening up a nice restie. Anyway, the wine list impressed me so I ordered a glass of my fav vino, Viognier. Half-off appetizers was an awesome deal at Acqua because they had many more options of sophisticated fare than your average bar food. So I went for the beef kebabs, which were $ 4!!! Well, those $ 4 kebabs were tasty and presently nicely on a small plate. I was very impressed with how plump and tender they were for, once again, only $ 4?! My friend had the calamari, which he said was pretty good, and a glass of Merlot. All in all, the experience was pleasant and the crowd seemed older and upscale. All of the waiters and waitresses were friendly, eager to help us choose the right wine and nice looking. Great for business meetings or after work socializing.

**SEEPICS** I’ll admit, Acqua has come a loooooooooooong way since my August 15th *** review! It’s still a nice chill spot in a quiet part of the BWI Hotel District. It’s a good way to escape the hustle and bustle of airport traffic and 9-to-5 blues. I’m please that the bar menu has been updated and all is well. I highly recommend the Acqua Cheesesteak, Mini Corndogs(order a side of fries and make it a meal) and Toasted Club Sandwich(grilled chicken, turkey are theee best). I was ready to give up hope after finding out that they’re no longer listed on OpenTable. I needs my Dining Points, dammit! At any rate, I’m so glad I gave this place another chance — especially since I’m in walking distance.

Acqua Restaurant is located inside the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport off of West Nursery Road. We ducked in here for a late lunch today after some meetings in the area. Very laid back restaurant and bar — there were about 3 other tables of diners when we arrived — so we got a table and were waited on immediately. Prices on the menu are middle of the road — and most of the stuff is American style and seafood dishes — burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, crabcakes — and more. I ordered the Dockside Burger — medium well, with fries and a glass of water with lemon. The menu describes the burger thusly: «flame-broiled certified angus beef® with avocado, sautéed mushrooms and onions, bacon and cheese on a brioche roll.» The beef was excellent, still juicy and flavorful — and the combination of toppings made for a succulent and savory burger. The fries had a light coating of batter and were crisp, hot, and delicious — as all good fries should be! Service was good an attentive, although it did take a bit longer than I would have liked to get my water glass refilled on one occasion. I would definitely come back here again for a meal, or a drink in the evening!
