I have to chime in in the negative. We signed a contract to have some work done last fall and wrote them a check for 50% of the proposed cost. Over a course of several months, JB made and broke a number of appointments to start the work. They never showed up or called. We had to call them to ask what happened. Our patience exhausted, we decided to find a more responsive vendor. JB has not refunded our 50% deposit and doesn’t return our calls. We have little choice but to seek legal council.
I would recommend anyone considering JB look for a more reputable and responsive company.

If you are looking for service after the installation, JB Brickworks is NOT your best choice. We had JB install a patio and walkway over 10 years ago. We now need some maintenance. Left several messages, finally after over 30 days Sam came out to gather information for an estimate. After yet another 45 days no estimate. Called and asked to speak with Gina or Sam «They’re on the phone but will call you back». No call. I’ll never refer another client to them.

We are incredibly happy with JB Brickworks and their service. We had a near impossible project with some very difficult stone that was already part of our fireplace. JBB found very creative ways to make the project successful and beautiful. I highly recommend them.

JB Brickworks successfully repaired our large pool deck which had been installed by a paver company that is no longer in business. We were impressed with JB Brickworks’ ability to identify the problem of the collapsing deck. The problem areas were structurally fortified, and the pavers were relaid in the proper manner. We were very pleased with the short time frame in which the work was completed.
Our pool deck now looks great! We highly recommend JB Brickworks for your paver needs.

Update — Had a problem with our gas starter for our fire pit not working after the winter. They sent over someone who took care of it within a few days. They are the greatest and have the best customer service. Looking forward to our second summer with our beautiful patio. Thanks Gina and Brent.

We had a great experience with Gina and Brent. The work on our large back patio is beautiful. They blended the new patio with the existing brickwork and came up with a beautiful design. We had a slight issue with water pooling in the center of the patio after very heavy rain. They came out and actually redid a significant portion to improve the drainage. We now have no problems.
The back patio and front walk are two of the nicest area of our entire home. They also coordinated with the landscape company and we did not have to manage any part of the project — they took care of it all. I highly recommend these guys.
