I ordered the food to go. It smelled sooo good I could hardly wait to eat it. The chicken falls right off the bone! My daughter loved the Mac n cheese. It’s not the normal boxed Mac n cheese, they actually make it from scratch.

It’s too pricey for the quality of the food! The chicken in the salads was raw and the salads were not good. We order a sandwich and the chicken was raw as well. The only thing that was good was the enchiladas. We were expecting more, we are not coming back!

4th time at Clucker’s ordering lunch carryout and all 4 times I have loved everything I have gotten. Chicken Quesadillas, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Tortilla Soup, and Chicken Kabobs. All delicious. Will definitely continue to come back and keep trying new things. Great addition to the area!

I give this place 5 golden stars and 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. We got the bbq chicken sandwich and the turkey burger with sweet potato fries and homemade chips. They brought us really fresh coleslaw, tomatoes and lettuce to put on our sandwiches with grilled onions that were sweet and cooked to perfection. The chicken sandwich was«solid» according to my boyfriend(9.5÷10) while my turkey burger was juicy but charred to perfection on the outside. We aren’t much food people but man were we excited about this find.

This place is amazing! Very caring owner who walks around a lot to make sure everything is good. I have tried 5 – 6 different meals here and they are all delicious !! Delivery to our house has been prompt and the order ahead feature on– line for pick up has also worked well. Huge variety of entrees — sandwiches, salads, kabobs, enchiladas, tacos and more, so I never tire of going there! Sides and cookies are also excellent! Very nice décor and comfortable place to eat inside as well.

Stop reading this and just go. I had a Cajun crispy chicken sandwich and, if I lived close or worked nearby I would eat here DAILY. I can’t wait to try all of the different charcoal chickens, too. The sandwich was massive, and the chicken was so damn good I threw away the bun(they need to get a better bun, badly) and just dipped it directly into the various sauces, which are both mind blowing. Again. Go. Now. ASAP. Quit your job if you have to. Send your tip to me, I deserve it. Ps: go steal some chick-fil-a sauces and try them on the sandwich, I bet that’s pretty great

Yum Yum Yum! Who knew that I would be able to find edible fried chicken in Lake County? The food here is amazing. I ordered the chicken sandwich, with rice and beans. They put their special sauce on the side. Be careful the sauce is extremely salty. The presentation of the food was phenomenal. This is one step above fast food, but still the same cost of fast food. I knocked off one star because they do not have honey mustard.

I’d like to give it zero stars seeing I never got my food. Came in here to grab a quick bite before a concert. Place was having some charity event of which it wasn’t prepared for. Two girls behind the counter had no clue as to what they were doing, and took ten minutes just to take my order. Finally got my order taken and given a number to sit down. Place started getting busy and after about 45 minutes I hear a staff member tell someone that the orders are going to take an hour and a half. I then got up and asked that employee when he thought id be getting my food and he replied there’s no way I’d be getting my food by 7pm. I got there at 5:45 and decided to immediately ask for my money back. Back to cash register girl who didn’t know how to run the register. Not sure if she actually credited my card back or not. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Update: I was contacted by the owner of this establishment, and I have to say I’m impressed by his commitment to his business. With many sincere apologies and a gift card delivered to my home, I will give them another chance. If the food is good, I will be upgrading my rating to a 5 star. I’ve never experienced such attention to redeem a mistake in my life. Any other time I would have written a place off for something like this, but I will be definitely giving them another shot soon.

Please put the kids menu online! Please train the people who answer the phone and DOUBLE check that the order is correct before you send the delivery guy out. Bit pricey. I go back because the food is that good.

We put in a carry out order here when we found out that was not an option at another fairly new local taco joint. If you like your rotisserie chicken fall off the bone moist this is your place. We ordered the Rooster — 1.5 whole-chickens, 3 sides with tortillas and coleslaw included. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Smaller than what you get at Costco(and more expensive) but more flavorful. Our problem was with the sides. The coleslaw has peanuts in it so beware food allergy friends. It also lacked a sweet or tangy note, but we tend to prefer a little horseradish in ours. The three sides we ordered: garlic mashed red potatoes, roasted potatoes with rosemary, and roasted veggies. All three were ok. My youngest said the mashed potatoes weren’t as creamy and garlicky as mine so he is my favorite child tonight. The veggies and roasted veggies were fine, nothing to write more about. But the portions were tiny. Again, the family noticed the containers were small, and when they notice something like that I take note. The sauces were also ok — BBQ(our fav is the Trader Joe’s Sriracha BBQ), Clucker’s(which the child declared as too sweet and nasty) sauce, and a remoulade. We have two tortillas and some chicken leftover someone will get for a snack of chicken quesadillas tomorrow. Will we go back? Not sure.

This was one of the most surprising dining experiences I’ve had in awhile. After Casa Bonita across the street refused to seat us unless we ate outside(it was just my wife and I on a late Friday afternoon,) we caught the mouth-watering aroma from this restaurant. We ordered the Mother Hen which was delicious, including the fabulous sides. The service was terrific and the ambiance was great! Many great places to eat in Libertyville, and this is one of them(Casa Bonita definitely is not.)

Went last night to this place for three first time. The service was fast, friendly and seemed like an extensive and decision menu. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich under recommendation of the cashier. I ordered that with a side of crinkle cut fries. The food came out quickly. The good: The chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. It was quite crispy and I ate the entire thing. What needs to improve: the chicken was fabulous however I could see in no way why it was considered Cajun. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be something spicy like sauce or a rub but was was in no way Cajun. The fries were disgusting. I believe they were undercooked. I ate a few and couldn’t eat the rest. I will give this place another try for the chicken aline but will probably try a different side. On another note their front entrance should be a double door to prevent the cold air from wafting in. I sat at a table near the front and froze everything the door opened.

We’ve only had Clucker’s delivered so I can’t speak to the restaurant experience, but the food is outstanding. The Brick chicken is better than the chicken I smoke on my big green egg! All of their food is super fresh and tasty. We were getting tired of delivery from the same old options, so it is nice to have a new place with great food, a robust menu with lots of options, and terrific service. I highly recommend Clucker’s.

I expected more since we have catered in from Cluckers on Sheridan. The fresh made potato chips, roasted veggies and brick chicken tasted great but I thought the chicken portion was average at best. The person who answered the phone was clearly not familiar with the menu. Our kids order of Mac n Cheese with Chicken became, just Mac n Cheese. Three kids could not eat two orders of Macaroni and Cheese. They rated it worse than the school cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese. I tried some and was unimpressed with the cheese sauce. It tasted like it came from a can. My son’s cheeseburger hamburger was described as bland and dry. If I can’t make the kids happy, I doubt we will dine again.

A good solid place to get good chicken. The chicken is fresh and moist. The burgers and fried chicken sandwich are huge. 2350 salad is a great salad for low carb eaters minus the salad dressing. My wife loves the enchiladas. Staff is always friendly and management is phenomenal. They are always nice and courteous and aim to please customers so that you keep coming back. As long as Cluckers is in Libertyville I will be a frequent customer. Hope your here to stay.

The ambience was good, the workers were kind attentive but the food was just so so. Mac and cheese fell flat. The coop is on fire sauce, even though I was warned when ordering them, weren’t spicy and the wings were dry. My husband thought his wrap was okay, but didn’t care for their choice of tortilla.

My company introduced me to Clucker’s when they had used them to cater lunches. I am in sales and will often bring in food for clients for presentations over the lunch hour and Clucker’s is far and away THEBEST option for this. It’s not your typical boxed lunch from one of the big chains. This is a family owned restaurant that serves fall-off the bone rotisserie chicken, fantastic sandwiches /wraps /salads. You feel like you are eating something freshly cooked rather than processed food. After having eaten so many catered lunches, I was pumped to find they opened one in Libertyville! I had a chance to go there for dinner the other day and was even more impressed when I dined-in. The restaurant is in a great location off Milwaukee Ave and the ambiance is fantastic. Besides the food being fantastic, the ambiance is great as you know you are eating in a family-owned business where the staff treats you as part of their family.

Went here for the first time yesterday and tried out the third BBQ/Grill restaurant in this location. Food was very good and had overly generous portions(don’t come unless hungry or wanting leftovers). I had the chicken enchiladas and found it to be almost as good as another local Mexican restaurant. Kids loved the Brisket sandwich. Not an inexpensive lunch but very good food.

My wife is a big fan of Cluckers in Highwood — and I was very happy to have this place open up in downtown Libertyville. The food was solid — great taste, nice presentation/plating and good value. My wife had the chicken tacos — where the shells were just prepped. I had the chicken skewers that had a nice subtle flavor of the charcoal and balsamic. The chicken was very moist. We both split the tasty cole slaw. They offer beef/meat selections as well — where I am looking forward to trying them during our next visit. The place was clean, bright and inviting. The staff was very strong and friendly. I appreciated the personal touch with the manager stopping by to make sure all was good on a busy Sunday night. I was very impressed to see a staff member take the extra time to make sure a sight-impaired customer was taken care of very well. Easy parking in the back — with a backdoor entrance to avoid the busy Milwaukee Ave. Strong recommend checking this place out!
