You might be asking yourself, «What sets Logan’s apart from any other steak house in town?» The answer is, absolutely nothing. You are in for a treat if you love mediocre service and the same damn steak you’ve been eating for your whole life. What’s better than a crunchy evening, stepping on peanut shells and waiting for your waiter to bring you that oh so familiar, bland tasting steak your palette knows so well? How about a bill that runs you up to $ 30 for 2 people. Now that’s what I call a good ol’ fashioned American rip off.

Generally speaking, any roadhouse restaurant would have to send a SWAT team out from the kitchen to abduct my wife, force me to watch the Matthew Broderick«Godzilla» movie, and spit in my food in order to disappoint. I like this one, too. The grilled chicken roadhouse salad was terrific. Eat here soon.

This is one of my parents’ favorite places in Lexington. It’s one of two Logan’s in Lexington. I love the awesome lunch specials. Sometimes you have to ask about the lunch specials, but that’s common in many restaurants. Outside they’ll have banners displaying the specials, but then when you get the menu, those specials are nowhere to be found. Don’t you hate that?! I do think that the service and food have improved over the years. I was just there yesterday and I ordered the vegetable/side plate. It came with my choice of four side menu items, but it’s limited to only one side salad. I ordered a side salad, mac and cheese, mushroom skewer, and a baked potato, all as my sides… I know, carb overload and lacking of protein, don’t judge. My parents ordered the two meals for $ 14.99 lunch special, which was two lunch options from the specific menu, that we had to ask for. The service was great and there was even a man in a chef’s shirt who stopped by our table to ask if everything was ok. I would’ve assumed that he was a manager had he not been decked out in the chef’s getup. Either way, it was an added touch to the already great service. The shelled peanuts and rolls are added touches too. All in all, it’s a roadhouse, similar to Texas Roadhouse. I love both, regardless if they are franchises or not.

Do Not Eat Here!!! It is so dirty it’s scary! They let their staff eat at a table at the bar & return to serving without washing their hands after licking their fingers!!! Yuck!!! The ladies room is discussing. Found a hair in my food

The food was wonderful, the service however was awful! We had to ask for bread. Someone in our party asked for extra dressing, the waitress brought out a completely different dressing than what was being eaten. When asked about it the waitress replied«oh we are out of the other dressing». She didn’t even ask what other dressing she wanted, she just took it upon herself to bring something out. It took 15 minutes to get our check and another 10 for her to bring back our cards. The waitress was also extremely rude, being short with requests etc.’

By far the best place to go for parties! I’ve gone with groups of 6& more to other restaurants before and have had a hard time getting a table. Not a problem at Logan’s. It only takes a few minutes to get a table no matter how large my group has been in the past. And it’s always great food, the one time I had a complaint about my steak the waitress offered up a solution immediately, and then the manager made sure it was right. That’s just great service. We visited tonight, and as always service was great and food was great, live those rolls!

This is a great place for nearly any occasion. Some of the best steaks that I have ever had, and heavenly rolls. As appetizers they give you rolls and a bucket of peanuts. They have a fun policy of allowing you to throw the shells onto the floor for easy disposal. For this reason I WOULDNOTADVISETHISRESTAURANTTOANYONEWITHPEANUTALLERGIES. Unfortunately our server was quadruple-staffed, but he tried his hardest. Overall great restaurant for parties, groups, and kids. :)

Every time I come here I have terrible service, my food is cold, or both. I ate here last night along with 7 other people(warning: do not come in big groups). Our waitress was right off the bat annoyed with us and did not bring us bread and when we asked, she was rude… After all we are at a restaurant! My vegetable platter was chilled, I guess it had sat while waiting for the steaks that my party bought. Needless to say the medium rare steak was cooked medium well, and the medium well steak was like beef jerky. After we were through, we proceeded to lay the tip on the table and like never before, the waitress was waiting right behind us. Then she grabbed it and counted it right in front of us! I will certainly stick to Texas Roadhouse!

Pretty much average service nothing great nothing bad. All I have to say is that they have scaled down their portions by a ton over the years which is probably a good thing. But all I wanted was a huge chicken fried steak.

Great place to eat if you’re wanting some good steak. Nick the manager is Top Notch! He always goes far and above the call of duty. The food is AMAZING, always cooked to perfection.

Logan’s isn’t exceptional, but it is a solid steak house option. My wife likes to clip the buy 1 get 1 entrée deals when they appear in the paper. I will say the one on Broadway typically has much better service. The one by Fayette Mall is sketchy on the service.

Ok Just a clone of Texas Roadhouse. Steaks were ok. Grilled shrimp were very good.

We go here a lot because my wife loves their bread. Their stakes and ribs are good and the service is usually prompt and friendly. The noise is a little loud but its to be expected from a place that has peanuts on the table and peanut shells on the floor(that’s where you throw the shells after getting the peanuts out). Its fun and very Roadhousy.
