The best pizza in the United States. (as well as the other food selections) The prices are very reasonable as well. The staff very friendly and helpful

That we visit here weekly for pizza and we’ve never had a problem they are usually very fast unless they are very busy the is steak and cheese is very good. We basically stick to wings and pizza but everything is very fresh and the employees are very friendly very reasonable also for a pizza for the quality that you’re getting!

Friendly local service. Great pizza. Made fresh and served with a smile and a thank you. Perfect weeknight pick up! We’ll be back.

Place is awesome. One of the few Mom and Pop places in St. Marys who do a great job of producing a quality product consistently. Service is efficient and fast and the food is excellent. Do yourself a favor and eat here… I know I will.

Pizza is ok, it tastes like Dominoes pizza which is fine but if you want good pizza there’s better places in town. The subs were good and the breakfast sandwich was great. If I want subs I go here, but I won’t go here for pizza

Best pizza in town, by far. As if that wasn’t enough, their sandwiches are off the CHAIN. Great place where the college crowd and the locals mix and hangout.
Plus the booze is pretty cheap.

This place is the buzzard bomb.
We stopped in here twice based on the Unilocal rating.
They have the best beer selection around (which, keeping your bar low, isn’t saying much), means ya gotta stop here.
Order some food, it is two steps better than typical gas station food, two steps below most restaurants.

Loved the pepperoni & bacon pizza! We ordered a large and it was a 16 inch pizza! We couldn’t eat it all and I think it may have been even better cold the next day… YUM!
4 star since there is no delivery option and no dine in option (though it is a gas station and I wouldn’t want to eat there but some picnic tables in a grassy area would be nice)

I came here for a quick dinner during SMCM’s alumni weekend and holy pizza, this place rocked.
It’s a gas station conglomerate that serves delicious pizza and bbq pulled pork sandwiches with slaw on top. On top!!! I had their pineapple and ham pizza and it was hot, cheesy, and just enough of both pineapples and thin slices of ham that made it easy to eat. My boyfriend ordered the pulled bbq sandwich and it was a mix of sweet bbq and chilled slaw. I found myself torn between my dish and his. Maybe I was just really hungry from the MD humidity, but whatever it was, I had an awesome dinner.
In short? Definitely would eat here again.

This sandwich and pizza shop inside the station is a hidden gem when coming home from the college, back to hotels and all the «main stream» franchise eating places to pick from. Friendly staff, interesting spirit selection. A family favorite for the two times a year we are there! NO SEATING!

4 stars because this is my favorite pizza! Their pepperonis are huge, and their specialty pizzas are delicious. I would typically not try a cheeseburger pizza, but one day at lunch they were selling it by the slice! Such an awesome surprise. I thought I would take a bite and throw it out. I would give this small deli five stars if they only did pizza, but their sandwiches could use more flavor.

Do yourself a favor and try the No Name Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s a good thing that St. James is so great, because it’s one of the only places to grab food within 10 miles of St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
St. James is famous among students for their excellent pizza; the dough is tasty, the toppings are fresh, and its cheap. They also sell hot slices throughout the day. The deli sandwiches are also delicious and made to order. The chip and soda selection is pretty great, so grab some sides to your lunch/​dinner.
The breakfast sandwiches are the best around; you can choose from a variety of breads and cheeses, so everything is custom-​made, fresh, and hot hot hot.
The food is always done quickly. The employees are amazing and super nice. The owner is often working the cash register, and he’s a very cool guy. The liquor selection is also pretty great, but not as cheap as Cooks. Come here for a bigger craft beer selection.

I don’t like cheese steaks, but this cheese steak pizza is awesome!
Their subs are also very, very good. I can’t wait to go back.

The pizza is good with a thick, chewy crust (sorry thin crust lovers)…buffalo chicken pizza is the best I’ve had outside of the Buffalo, NY area. Subs and sandwiches are always good with plenty of fresh fillings and good quality meats.
Specials change daily. Sometimes I even stop in the mornings to get a made to order breakfast sandwich with real eggs that aren’t microwaved!
Good selection of carry out beers. Can get busy during the lunch hour so it is a good idea to call your order in ahead of time. Maybe they can expand into the now defunct St. James Pub and have a few tables.

Just moved away from St Mary’s and I can’t believe this is actually one of the places I miss — but it is! Love their pizza and subs. Super quick and the employees are super friendly too.
They should consider delivery and seating — not that I can take advantage of it!

The pizza here is awesome! Best I’ve had in Southern Maryland.

This is a place that my office does call in lunch to every so often. It is south on 235 from Gate 3 of the PAX River Naval Air base
They have a large menu with quite a bit to choose from. the subwandwiches are really big and are very good. The chili has been a bit of a disappointment both times that I have had it.
I definitely recommend calling your order in ahead of time to save yourself some time. They are typically pretty busy around lunch time.
