What a great retail store… The team of associates are customer-​focused, know their product line, and offer great solutions. I visited the store for a bathroom item and ended up spending 2 hours there buying most of my Christmas presents with the help of staff and a great management team. So happy I discovered this store.

I shop at this location a lot and they are nice. They will greet you and actually talk to you, not all but most of them. I love BB&B ;-).

Surprisingly great customer service for such a large company. Rueben was so helpful and made sure I got a discount for a display. Recommend this specific location.

I received great customer service from this location. I have been searching for Navy blue curtains without success, until I called BB&B in Leesburg. Olivia took the time to research my options, and recommended I come in to place the order. I came in early this morning, Rubin assisted me and the order was made smoothly, with added benefits of free shipping direct to my home, and 20% discount (with coupons) off the purchase. Thank you!

Great selection of items. However, I’d only shop here if I were in a rush since it’s so cost prohibitive. Mostly, it’s a gallery of things that I need to make a note of and then go home and order from Amazon. Sorry to say, but this place is going the way of Border’s Books pretty soon. Sales staff seems pleasant, though.

Have been to this location a few times. I recently went looking for a particular Kate Spade pillow sham and didn’t see any. I asked an associate if she knew if they had any more. She looked in the back, didn’t find any. So she offered to ship it for free. I received it 4 days later.

Other BB&B stores have been favorites of mine for years. I don’t know if it’s just this location or if all branches have changed. The beyond part still exists and excites (some really nifty little gadgets and cutesy things for holidays), but bed and bath are very slim pickings at this store. I went looking for queen sized Egyptian cotton sheets — none. Went again looking for a new good quality comforter — maybe 8 – 10 low quality ones to choose from. Went again looking for a hand held vacuum with beater bars — none. What’s up? Next time, I’ll skip this place and go on to a large department store. Too bad because these stores used to be so much fun. Like I said, it may be just this location.

I have been to this location a few times and am disappointed with their customer service.
We were in the market for a KitchenAid stand mixer and the model that we liked was not available in the store. We wanted to order this online and generally, at other BB&B store, they will waive the shipping cost; but not at this location. The manager was adamant that she could not waive the shipping cost, so we just left and ordered the mixer at the store in Tysons (and no shipping cost). Yay!

This is a decent store– it’s always really neat and clean and they have a big selection of home items. Except for things like sheets… I feel like a regular department store would have a bigger selection.

Bed Bath and Beyond tends to have some unusual things I was looking for this Christmas season. We gave one of our daughter’s bedrooms a surprise makeover and needed to lift the new bed up a bit — and guess where we found the blocks specially designed to do that — yep BB&B! This store has all sorts of linens, curtains, appliances, and other assorted home items throughout. I also suggest before you check out to take some time to peruse the areas in front of the check out counters… they have some fun items like a boxed set of Pez dispensers with all the characters from the Wizard of Oz, the fun game Left Right and Center as well as a good selection of fun candies and treats for all.
While I don’t think their pricing is especially low compared to what I can find at TJ Maxx or Marshalls when it comes to bed linens etc., I do find the specialty items that I might not find easily at other stores. The staff this shopping season was a bit sparse, but still very helpful once you caught one!
