Customer service from management was ridiculous. Very rude and was not concerned about taking care of the customer. I will never go back to this store.

His name is Clark he answered the phone with a smirky «HELLOOOOOO» like he ran the place he was rude. We asked if he could help us he said well it depends on what you need! We bought rhinestones that had the same barcode but we’re different colors and we need to find the same color rhinestones for my sisters wedding. He said we are just going to said to have to get our butts in here and look for the rhinestones your self how can a companies like this have such a rude employee I can guarantee sales will drop and I don’t think there is anyone that can get us to come back there. If he stays there then no one will be a happy customer when they leave there. I hope someone from corporate can read this and give this employee some better training to change him! I never want anyone to lose their job but if you can get him the training he needs to become a better employee then that would help out your store and his job!

Tons of cute stuff, but the staff is horrible. I go here often and have never been greeted by staff or asked if I need help. Usually I don’t mind this, because normally I know what I need and where it is, but had I needed help I wouldn’t even feel comfortable asking. It seems they go out of their way to not have any interaction with customers. I love this store but the management really needs to step their game up or I feel this place will go out of business. I have never been to a store, especially a Christian based store, where the staff has been so rude

Horrible customer service!
We waited in line for 30 mins to check out with lines of just a couple people deep. A manager type, older gentlemen, gave us and our children death stares while waiting instead of jumping on a register to help the very slow employees.
News flash: it’s the most wonderful time of the year as well as the busiest shopping season; better step up your game Hobby Lobby! Smile– it won’t hurt you.
For a Jesus loving company you are giving other Christians a bad wrap.

I really like what this store offers for event planning. The employees here are horrible. They all talk together in groups in the store so getting assistance is impossible. The cashiers are beyond rude. I would rather shop somewhere else for a more positive experience.

I really love the idea of this store. There are so many neat items and it’s all organized and catagorized beautifully. I just hate the prices! It’s a bit pricey but if you need a themed item RIGHT away and don’t have time to create or search for it elsewhere this is the place to go. We found some really effin cool door pulls for our nautical themed bathroom. Really nice quality and heavy duty — I’ll post a photo later. I would likely return but not without a coupon or sale. Some of the items were just priced super wacky for example something I thought should be $ 20 was like $ 50 and something that looked like it was worth $ 50 was priced $ 20. Maybe I’m outta the crafting game… Nice addition to Leesburg though.
