Poor quality and even worse customer service. Bought boots and wore during a two month break in period to get ready for a trip. During that time the fabric eyelet ripped and since the company we bought them from didn’t have them in stock so we had to go through Asolo NA to get the boots replaced. Begged them to help us out to get the boots replaced before we left on our trip(more than two weeks mind you) we leave without the boots and now left with a logical nightmare for our family. Followed up with them almost every day and never gave us an honest answer until the day we were leaving. Done with Asolo.

I have owned a pair of Asolo boots for 10 years and they served me very well. Recently, I had a problem with my boots — the sole was peeling off partly because I put them next to the fire to dry. I contacted Asolo to ask advice on what to do to repair them. In short, after a few exchanges of letters and pics, to my great surprise and joy they replaced them. Having the boots replaced was not my intent and I was not angling for this in the slightest. My only intent was to get my boot fixed and at my own cost. This is a company that does things right. No fuss, no hassle, no stress — Asolo has a customer and advocate for life in me!
