I went in a while ago when a buckle on my L.L.Bean back pack broke to see if he had more back pack buckles. While he didn’t have the part he was quick to call the L.L.Bean in Lebanon to ask if they could help me out. We hung up because they were busy and we were on hold. I was really impressed that he would call what is probably his biggest competition in the area to help me even if he didn’t get my business. I was in need of a water bottle so I bought one from him and so far it’s been bomb proof. If I could give them a 6 star review I would. Per Ethan W
