I’ve been here a few times. Busy when you expect it to be busy. Same as any other Starbucks for value and quality.
The staff, when it is slow, is very helpful and friendly. They will talk shop with you too about coffee and tea.

Wow! I just had the best cappuccino! I ordered a «half caf» white chocolate cappuccino, and I devoured it within 5 minutes! I am by no means a «coffee person», I usually order a hot chocolate when I come here with my husband. But, I may have found a new drink!
As I pulled up to the drive-​thru I asked the barista which drink had the least amount of caffeine between the mocha, the latte and the cappuccino (too much caffeine makes my heart pound and race). He told me that they all have the same amount, but they can make decaf or half caf… This was something I’d never thought of before… So I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did! It was 24 degrees outside when I ordered my drink and it did the trick warming me up in no time!
I am thankful for the little caf/​half caf lesson as well as the tasty warm beverage!
Great way to warm up on a frosty day!

Worst drive thru design EVER. The Lombard Street of drive thru’s. I have been to the drive thru several times, always a wait. Today line was ridic so I went inside. There were only two people in front of me but still waited longer than I should have. Staff average. Coffee average. I’ll go out of my way to find a different place for my cup o’ joe next time.

I am writing a review to hopefully glorify the baristas at this particular store. I have visited quite a few stores throughout the KC Metro, and without fail the customer service is always on point. Customer service is huge in my book! This store is perpetually busy, but don’t be deterred from the long lines (they’re always there regardless of time). The line always moves quickly. Yes, I have had a drink made wrong a few times, however, they’re always quick to fix the problem. I dislike returning drinks to be remade, but the staff always insist they do so as well as gift a free drink coupon for the next visit. This always impresses me. If you’re an individual with a developed taste for coffee or tasty pour overs then this is not your spot. If you’re a person who loves customizing their drink or any sugary-​mocha-​whatever then you’re in the right place.

My afternoon «office» where I make friends on a daily basis. Hesitate to recommend too much or I may have to vie for my favorite chair. Staff here is amazing… know everyone’s name, and ask if you are having «your usual.»
