Everything I have ordered has always been decent or better. They are also open until 2 AM, so sometimes the only option. Their online ordering interface is simple and you don’t have to talk to some head to get a pizza…

I believe in second chances for this reason! My family and I didn’t have a great experience the first time trying out Sarpinos. However, we just tried it again and it was great. The pizza was hot, fresh, and cheesy. The cheese sticks were crispy and seasoned perfect and not super greasy like some of their competitors. Also– I do think the original prices are a little expensive, but they do always have coupons on the website!

This place is weird. The pizza usually sucks. It’s mostly bread and sauce and not much in toppings, when they get the order right, which is rare. Almost every time they manage to forget something. One time our meat lover’s pizza was just a plain cheese pizza.
The thin nacho cheese lovers pizza is amazing though, I love it!
The calzones and sandwiches are awesome too.
I like how they deliver til 2−3am, that’s what first got my business.
The website for ordering online sucks, and is an entirely different site than the main one with information and menus etc. Why, guys?

This sarpinos location always seems to mess up the order. Take tonight fir instance. I ordered a dmall greek salad but it came missing the feta cheese and the sack hada half drank water bottle in it. So they were going to bring out a new salad. 1 ½ hours later i xall and they had taken the salad to an old address (even though they delivered my order to the new address tonight) and did not even call me to figure out what was going on. I took a credit on my bill. I do not want this salad anymore. So very difficult to deal with.

Really good pizza, but it took them a lot longer from what the time frame they gave us.

They constantly screw up my order, my food often arrives cold and missing one thing or another.
Their online system says they accept payment with credit cards, but when you try, it won’t accept them. You then have to call and give them the same credit card over the phone. So frustrating and not safe. Management still has not fixed issue and never apologized.
They send you coupons and fliers for «free food» then refuse to let you use them and charge you for the free items.
Even when you pay with cash, they still deny the discounts they offer online. Made an order tonight online using flier for free breadsticks. Order was $ 15+ and store called me saying they will add the breadsticks but my total would be $ 21. I cancelled the whole order.
I’M SO DONE with this corrupt place.

Staying at the Hyatt hotel and since it’s snowing tonight, I knew I needed to order in dinner. Pizza won’t normally be my first option given I’m not much of a pizza person but knew I had to go with it tonight. Sarpino’s was part of the list that the hotel handed out to me for deliveries and so I looked up the options and found good reviews about Sarpino’s and decided to call and order.
The guy who picked up the phone was fast yet polite and sounded like he enjoys what he does. He recommended the New York Deli pizza, basically for meat lovers so I got a personal pizza with 4 slices and was told it may take an hour and a half given the weather condition. I didn’t mind at all and was grateful they’re delivering despite the snow.
So my pizza arrives in an hour or even less. It was hot and it was absolute perfection. So glad I didn’t order from the normal fast food pizza branches! This was delicious and so worth it! It paired very well with my Cabernet Sauvignon!
If you’re ever in town and need a good pizza to stay in, this won’t disappoint! Worth the calories I tell you! Enjoy!

I have a few friends who either have, or do, work at Sarpino’s. However, this was my first time ordering. I was fairly impressed. Ordered a Primo Capicola and I must say, it was pretty damn delicious. The crust was cooked well, perfect amount of sauce that was sweet and tangy, chunks of garlic permeated the rest of the toppings (which I love a good garlicky pizza) and the cheese was perfect. I ate every single bite of my personal size pizza, even the pepperocini in the box, and I am not ashamed because it was THAT good. If you’re thinking about ordering from one of the big pizza chains, I suggest you try Sarpino’s instead. You get 15% off if you order online, and the prices are very comparable to the other guys. Best part, no delivery minimum or extra charge!
If you don’t want one of their specialty or gourmet pizzas, you can build your own (or have one of their sandwiches, pastas, calzones, wings, the list goes on!). They have an INSANE amount of sauce and topping choices. You could almost never eat the same thing twice if you didn’t want to.
The ONLY complaint I have is that it took over an hour for delivery. Now, I did order right around 11:30, so it is understandable. I probably hit the lunch rush. Regardless, I still would definitely order again.

Have to have a star for a review. 8 inch red hair baked into my pizza! Never again! Would like to have a decent delivery pizza besides Minsky’s this is not it. I wish it was but hair in food does not work

Just had this pizza delivered to my hotel. It was so hot and tasty, and so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised since pizza is almost never as good as from home. Didn’t get to it early enough so it got a little cold, but still good. The sign of true yumminess. Thanks for feeding me!

Very good pizza, but ultimately not user friendly. I’ve been in KC for an extended time and and have ordered delivery at least 10 times. Tonight will be the last time. I’ve had delivery issues before tonight, but I have now been told I owe an extra dollars for extra dressing. My delivery, for a tiny pizza and salad, and tip, was already almost $ 30, and now you’re going good to nick me $ 1.09 for two ounces of dressing? WTF? Fine, take your dollar, but say goodbye to the $ 300 I would have spent there in the next month.

Acceptable experience. I’d come back, but only if convenient. Fresh made to order oven-​toasted sandwich, chips, and soda for $ 6, in 5 min ±. Not sandwich shop speed… but not a sandwich shop.
Pros: cost/​value, delectable warm French roll, speed
Cons: too many veggies (subsequently oven roasted… Meh), requested thin mayo, sure seemed thick

After ordering from this place for a while tonight this pizza was under cooked. Easily remedied after putting back in the oven. I called to let the store know and not only was I given an apology but a credit to make the same order again. Chris was the manager and was very friendly and helpful. This Is what keeps me coming back for more!

Great pizza and fast free delivery. Ordered online and got an email when the order left for delivery. Delivery driver was professional and polite. We are Sarpino’s customers for life.

Very good for pizza delivery! I can’t say that they were fast but the delivery charge was free & the prices were right! My boyfriend and I ordered from here last week. We both got personal pizzas with at least 4 toppings each. We ordered online which offered a buy one get one 50% off deal! The delivery took about 60 minutes and the pizza was hot! This is our new go to pizza delivery spot! Better than any national chain. I would definitely recommend ordering online though if you’re going to eat here, it makes everything so much easier!

Ok, so we are cruising around ranchmart trying to find a place top eat that doesn’t serve absolute junk, yet has decently fast service. We come by Sarpino’s Italian, which smelled awfully good inside, and looked like the wait wouldn’t be too long (considering most pizza places who also deliver aren’t). We were the third in line, and our order consisted of two of their Italian calzones, a salad, and a bottle of water. Ordering wasn’t the issue. The man was very nice and asked everything you would expect (although the fact that they claimed to not have any water but bottled water was kind of frustrating). Next was the highlight (in a bad way) of my time at Sarpino’s. We sat down at a table around 1:30 and waited roughly twenty minutes until a very confused lady came to our table and asked us what we ordered. We told her and she said oh, than promptly walked away. We proceeded to wait another twenty minutes when I walked up to the counter and asked the person who seemed to be cooking things what the deal was. He said that they burnt the first round of bacon for the salad and were making a new one. So I sat back down and waited 10 more minutes until the guy gave us the food. Now I have to say, Sarpino’s makes a killer calzone. But too wait fifty minutes AFTER ordering is absurd for the quantity and quality of food we revived. I really wanted to enjoy eating there, but I was let down immensely by, well, this stuff ^^^^^

Gotta say… everything I’ve ever eaten here was fantastic! Seriously. I think its the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten it all over the US and in Italy! Earlier this week, I had a sandwich and salad… yum!
Highly recommended and everyone at this location has a great attitude. Can’t say that for the one in Shawnee!

Wish there were more stars to provide … This establishment definitely qualifies for an A++ rating. Easy ordering online, fast and quick delivery! They by far beat the estimated speed that was provided to me in the text message I received.
Delivery driver was extremely courteous! Oh and the best part … The pizza was absolutely scrumptious abc cooked to perfection! Don’t waste your time with the other pizza shops in the area, especially the chain stores. This one has it all! And it’s GREAT!

This cat takes my order, tells me my total, and asks me how I’ll be paying. I say, «cash.». As he starts to speak, I interrupt and ask, «Will you take 40 rolls of pennies?». Without a moment’s hesitation, George answers, «Yeah, I can do that for you.».
It was a joke on my part. I expected a clumsy and delayed response. Instead, it was the immediate and correct response. You can’t teach this in training. This is something that is built in from superior DNA. It was a wave of immediate common sense.

Another successful order! Everything was perfect! The Super Taco pizza and the Roma were both fantastic.
The new owner has really improved the quality of the product! I will definitely keep ordering from this location in the future.
