So you get 6 tastes for $ 10, and it’s complimentary if you buy. Except I ended up getting like 10 tastes and my favorite bottle is only $ 12…I love this place. I don’t like wine very much, but I do have a weakness for sweet wines and if you let them know that, they have something called a sweet flight. I tried a Chardonnay, raspberry, blackberry, cranberry, passion fruit, pineapple, mulled hot wine, and a few others. Again, they say you get six tastes. I’m very fond of the cranberry wine from Pasek Cellars, and my family always buys a case or so every summer to have around the holidays. It’s got a very strong cranberry taste but it’s not too acid and just the right amount of tart. It’s kind of like those sugared cranberries that people make around Christmas! Super great deal, and you will always get a very attentive employee helping you. The only reason why I get a little frustrated at times is that their wine quantities are inconsistent and changes every year, so if you like something that isn’t always present, stock up!

Was spending the afternoon wine tasting and this was on my top list having read the reviews. When I arrived it felt like I was disturbing the lady behind the counter. She slapped the tasting menu on the counter and told me the tasting price. When I said that I preferred reds she looked around, said none that were open and if I would like to come back in 15 mins. I did not come back and had great experiences at other wineries.

I brought my sister here to do some wine-tasting for her birthday. It was her first time, but not mine, and we both enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We wandered in and were greeted immediately. The three girls working there were so friendly and smiley. I noticed they were very attentive with each and every person who stopped by and they were super knowledgeable about their wine. My absolute favorites were their fruit wines, which are their speciality. I fell in LOVE with the Passion Fruit one. It smells like guava and is sooo delicious. We came home with a few bottles :) I also loved the Blackberry and Raspberry! They are actually a two-in-one winery with wine from Pasek Cellars and Willow Crest. Willow Crest specialize in reds and whites & Pasek Cellars in fruit wines. Thank you for an amazing experience, Sara!

Very disappointing. The wine was as good as can be expected for moderately priced wine but the woman running the tasting treated us as if we were stealing her wine. Extremely unfriendly, hostile, and condescending. We are regular winery visitors and I would say her attitude made the bottom two.

We enjoyed the wine tasting and even bought a few bottles to take with us. Was a good selection and the service was great. We hope to make it back sometime.

I ducked in here on a whim while walking around Leavenworth, and turned out to be one of my most favorite stops! Wine tasting is $ 5/person. They waive that fee if you buy ANY bottle of wine. Their cheapest bottle of wine(at the time of this review) is the Cranberry, which is $ 10/bottle. There were 2 of us, so snuggling up to the bar was a no-brainer — heck, even if we hated everything we tried, we could buy a bottle of the Cranberry and give it away. I wish I had gotten the name of the gal who lead our tasting. She was FANTASTIC. I drink red wine, and only red wine. I will not taste anything white, or pink. YOUCAN’T MAKEME. So instead of getting huffy at me(as many have before when I tell them I only want to taste the reds), she took it in stride, and even got me an extra nip of a merlot that was not on their tasting list. The wines here are EXTREMELY reasonably priced, and the $ 12 cab I tasted here was much better than the $ 32 cab I tasted at the place right next door. Right now they have a Blackberry wine which is ajsdhlasjdkahs good. They were even making slushies out of it and letting us taste that concoction. MYGOODNESS. We ended up with 2 bottles for gifts, 3 bottles of the blackberry to hoard for ourselves, and one bottle of the Merlot that I got to taste as a bonus. I think after tax those 6 bottles(10% discount for buying 6!) ended up being about $ 80. This place looks a lot less fancy than some its neighbors, but don’t judge a book by its cover. If you’re in Leavenworth looking for some high-quality vino at very reasonable prices, come here first!

This was one of the 5 tasting rooms I visited on a recent trip to Leavenworth. I love how the town has become such a fun food and wine destination! A real step up from when I was a kid and it was mostly souvenirs and pretzels. Anyhow, Pasek was my 2nd stop, and was the least warm and fun of the bunch. I think I walked in on a slow period and an employee conversation that had just started, because I definitely felt like I was intruding. The employee conducting the tasting wasn’t receptive to chat, which is one of my favorite parts of wine tasting. I like talking about the wine, the winery, the store, it’s all part of the experience. While I got that conversation and connection elsewhere in town, it definitely wasn’t happening here. I did buy a bottle of the Cranberry wine because it was unique and I figured would taste great with champagne for a wicked brunch. But I kind of wished I hadn’t spent my money in there, just because I was very put off by the attitude here. Kind of wanted to just bail during the middle of the chilly tasting – «Sorry, I didn’t mean to intrude.» The wine was good and representative of the region. Just come with a friend or a group. Otherwise you might not have the best time.

The Pacek experience is so nice and friendly, easy to learn about their wines without feeling like you know nothing. I love the cranberry the best, but you need to get the passion fruit wine and make sure and ask for the sangria recipe that goes with it. It’s my favorite sangria anywhere.

Super cute wine shop in Leavenworth. We came in to browse and the manager was gracious enough to let us in after she has already closed. Great selection of locally produced wines, ports, and fruit wines. Now I am not a huge fan of ports or desert wines for that matter, but after tasting their raspberry port and coffee port I was a believer! — Raspberry port: incredible aroma of fresh raspberries before the wine hits your pallet. — Coffee Port: Complex scent and notes of coffee & vanilla with a caramel finish. Since I loath oak Chardonnay, I was stoked to taste their steel barrel(the only way to drink Chardonnay in my book) version. It was everything I had hoped it would be and so much more! Fruity on the nose, crisp and not too dry, absolutely delicious. I can just picture having a glass on a sunny afternoon. Very reasonable prices, great service and discounts on case purchases. I am a fan already.

Love the overall approach to wine tasting: not pretentious and snooty and never pusy with the sale as the place down the street. Great ambiance and décor and best of all – prices are super affordable! Tasting is only $ 2 for six wines and is a STEAL! Plus it’s waived with purchase. I scored a Cab Franc for $ 16 that drank like a $ 20+ and they’re giving away the 2008 Tulip Valley Red at only $ 10 with a 20% case discount. ASKFORTHEMILITARYDISCOUNT!

«Paul likes to chug, Chug Paul Chug» That’s what the Canadian guy next to us did. He was just slamming down wine, glass after glass. It was like, «Dude, slow down. it’s wine not bier!» We did enjoy several different wines, and as usual I took bullets of red wine for my girlfriend. It was extremely well priced: $ 10 a bottle and definitely a place we will go back to for future purchases.

Every year for the Leavenworth Christmas season I always make it a point to stop at this place and load up on wines for the coming year. Wonderful tasting room which waives tasting fee with minimum purchase. Excellent customer service, we had Jeanine(the manager). I totally love love love this place and it makes shopping on Front Street so much more fun when you have a buzz going. You don’t mind how crowded it is so much. They can ship your wine too. I usually come out with a box of bottles. They have a lot of fruit wines(I’m more of a Riesling fan– sweet wine) but they have both reds and whites. Christmas isn’t complete without going here. I’ve been meaning to write a Unilocal review forever. They also have a tasting room at «Conway Skagit Barn» –just west of I-5 exit 221. Have not been to it yet but may be more convenient if you’re around that area. 360−445−4048. They say they’re also on Facebook. Have fun~

$ 2 tastings and we each had about 10 generous pours. Very informative and friendly staff. Wines are extremely well priced and very tasty. We tried a few whites, reds, some fruit and ports — definitely the most unique wines that we tasted today. Even had some great chocolate covered almonds from the local chocolatier on hand.

Great wine tasting venue. Within a few seconds of entering the winery we were greeted warmly, shown a spot at the tasting bar, and given a full glass of wine to try. Our hostess was quick and attentive, and gave us several free samples of whites, reds, and fruit wines. This tasting room boasts wine from 2 vineyards, traditional reds & whites from Willow Crest and 100% fruit wines from Pasek in Mt. Vernon. We were really impressed with the fruit wines. Having never sampled a fruit wine before, I think I’m a believer! I mean, Kenny Chesney always sings about the magic of strawberry wine, but by gosh, I never knew how right he was! Our fave was the blackberry, but couples around us were also raving about the pineapple and guava flavors. We ended up walking away with a Riesling by Willow Crest and a Blackberry by Pasek and a handy dandy 6-bottle wine tote for $ 22.00 total… in addition to a happy buzz to carry us through the afternoon!

Mmm… more fermented grape juice! Yay! I loved this place from the moment the hostess gave my lady and I both healthy pours, so as to finish the remainder of the first wine to be tasted. I liked her style, and the wine from both Willow Crest and Pasek proved just as good. Sweet wines where in high abundance after the WC tastings were done and Pasek took over. I enjoyed the different styles of fruit wines, but loved the WC reisling. Or at least I think that was the one I liked — after stopping by many wine tastings, things were a bit fuzzy at the moment! But it was a wonderful little stop before dinner and the prices of each bottle were very reasonable. I’d most certainly stop by again!

This tasting room is located street level now. I am not a fan of sweet wines, and I find what Pasek has to offer is too sweet. Although the cranberry wine tastes just like cranberry juice! I have purchased that in the past and we add seltzer to make it a spritzer and it is good like that. Willow Crest has some very good wine and the prices are reasonable. For instance the Rockin L Blanc for only $ 10 is a steal! We bought a couple bottles of it to enjoy on a sunny day, it is very good. The Merlot is quite nice as well… and we don’t typically buy Merlot. The gal is very friendly here and is quite knowledgeable.

This is the place you go AFTER you eat. There is two levels, downstairs has gone through a couple of wineries and the last one was a german type I think and it was ok. Upstairs is a whole different story. Upstairs is a conacopia of wines by 2 different wineries, pasek cellars and willow crest. I can’t get out of this place without buying several bottles and getting extremely intoxicated. Pasek Cellars has great fruit wines and many of them(look at review of the tasting room in Mount Vernon). Willow Crest also has some solid wines at a great value. Definately venture down to the end of the strip and experience the tasting room. hint: the nicer you are the more the pours!

Mmmmmm wine! I loved this place, the ladies working the tasting bar were great! She was more then generous with the«tasting» of the different wines. I think we ended up having at least 7 or 8 tastings and the glasses were nearly half full! Needless to say we were feeling pretty good! They had us taste the raspberry wine with chocolate! It was so damn good! Not very sweet, just right! I ended up buying 2 bottles! But at $ 10 a bottle who could pass it up! I also loved the«Rocking Red» a great red table wine from prosser and only $ 12 I had to get some of that as well! They offer a 15% discount if you buy 6 bottles and between those of us tasting she let us have the discount even if we didn’t buy 6! Great place… I will definately go back for more!

This tasting room is at the end of Front Street and there’s actually two ‘tables’ I prefer going upstairs and tasting, the ladies are friendly, there’s more wines to taste and they have cute wine centric gifts to buy. They offer a very diverse tasting from different wineries around the area, if you ever end up at this end of Front Street please make it a point to stop in and taste you made discover a new favorite wine like I did, the Willow crest 2003 Syrah and for $ 12 a bottle I couldn’t pass it up.
