When we checked in the manager offered to upgrade to a suite. She said there were some baseball teams staying with them and the top floor would be much quieter. She was right. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, but not enough protein for my paleo diet. Very friendly staff.

I stayed in a block of 8 rooms for 2 weeks. If you enjoy staying in mismanaged hotels, this is the place for you. During our stay, we were treated like crap when we reported issues. We had rooms with non-working appliances and freezes that froze all of our food. They did nothing about it. The AC would not go below 75 in half the rooms and we were treated like idiots when we complained. They could not understand why we needed it lower than that in the middle of a Texas summer. They blamed it on a «sensor». I have stayed in hotels with sensors before and clearly your sensor is broken. The room keys had to be changed out daily for no reason at all. The staff just laughed it off because that is business as usual. I knew after working a 15 hour say, I would have to head downstairs to get a new key. Fun! The rooms were half decent but for as new as this hotel seems to be, not well-maintained. Housekeeping did not clean my room on 3 separate ocasssions. The front desk did not seem to care. It took us contacting the GM to get anything done. Even then, it was half-hearted. There are hundreds of hotels in the Clear Lake Area. Trust me; this is one to avoid.

The rooms are less than clean and extremely over priced. For what you pay in this hotel, you can get a much nicer room at even a motel 6. I had an issue with the management which i cannot disclose for they threatened to overcharge my credit card and said they would harass me if i left a negative review anywhere. I highly recommend to look elsewhere

They refused service because I was a cash guest. Even if I left a cash deposit they still said no. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel and and service was OK, but I had a big beef with their«High Speed Internet». High Speed B.S. is more like it. Speed Tests were around .35 mbps on average and never topped .5 mbps. Forget WiFi, I’m talking jacked into the wall. Best I could do to get decent speeds was to unplug the jack in the computer of the business center downstairs. Then I was able to get 1 mbps. I worked there two nights ago and it was freezing in the business center. The guy at the front desk tried to adjust the temperature 3 different times and couldn’t get the air to stop coming in. So I’m working from my room tonight. Jacked in, horrible speeds. Called the front desk, who transferred me to their IT guy. He agreed with me that it was set very low per guest, and that the max I was going to see was .5. It’s the limit they impose per room. I rely on an internet connection for work. Unfortunately I now have eat up my data plan and tether my phone because this is just not cutting it. They must have the cheapest cable line split up amongst 100 rooms…
