Great food. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE IN PINELLAS COUNTY. I stopped going for 2 years the service was so bad. I tried again recently. first time ok. Second time horrible. I was a restaurant manager for 10 years, this is a direct result of horrible management and horrible training. I Will never return. Bartenders are more concerned with counting their tips and ignore you.

Went here with my family. The service was awesome. The food was amazing. It’s a cute fancy southern restaurant. Will definitely be coming here again. Prices are worth it. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and it was so tender and yummy!

Unbelievably good meal, drinks, and company this evening (May 23). Sweet Chili Calamari for appetizers, Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon & Shrimp on fire-​roasted corn and peppers. Two double Chivas Regals on the Rocks and my bride beside me with many others from the community. GREAT selection for our mystery dining experience this month.

This restaurant is definitely the place to go. My husband and I love the delicious food, friendly service, cleanliness of restaurant, and warm atmosphere. I did have to laugh at the review about the chewed fingernail. It definitely looks like a piece of lemon in the water glass. What some people will do for a free meal! I highly recommend this restaurant!

How many stars for a CHEWED OFF FINGERNAIL in my wife’s water!!! DISGUSTING, our skin is still crawling and her stomach is still turning.
DISGUSTING!!! We were just ending our meal and my wife took a sip of her water and sucked a chewed up fingernail through her straw!
We of course notified our waitress Ashley as my wife was holding back vomit and the waitress got the manager. Manager Donna took the fingernail for further inspection and stated that she would have to «send it off to their liability department for further review.»
My wife looked at her and said, «you know damn well that’s a fingernail, whether or not you’re allowed to admit it.»
Donna did apologize and took care of our bill. Fabulous, but the health department needs to go out and do something to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
I don’t ever want to go back, neither does my wife. But this place needs a THOROUGH health department inspection. This place has employees chewing off their fingernails and tossing them into the ice container. Calling the health department tomorrow.

Really great location! Not all Long Horns are as good as this one. I get the 24oz Cowboy Ribeye… its amazing. every time :)

The Parmesan Crusted Chicken has no better word to describe it but «orgasmic.» Always a nice atmosphere in this restaurant, quiet and clean. Best filet I’ve had.

I love longhorn. I don’t get to come here very often but I can say that I have NEVER been let down. I always get the Parmesan crusted chicken and it is never less than perfect, the blue crab bites were awesome, And justin and Damon are wonderful at the bar. I will be back again and again.

Dined many times. Always get the perfect steak and perfect food. Never leave hungry and always leave happy. I was here recently and a gentleman Sam took care of my family. I wish I could give 6 stars because I have worked in restaurants for a decade and know good service and good food. I will continue to come back.

Used to be good but if you advertise as a steakhouse, and if you order medium steak it should not come out fully pink, and I understand if it’s once but, if it happens every time, and if the manager can’t make it up, something should be done, although eventually after many visits the desert was free, and same with the main course, if it happens every time, it should be made up, definitely not recommended

Had a wonderful birthday dinner! Out steaks were cooked perfect, and had a great waiter named BRIAN C!!! He was professioal, kind with a hint of humor, just what we love! Brian is an asset to Longhorn !!! THANK YOU

Great lunch specials $ 7 is a great deal! Soup and salad! Yummmm! Not very busy at lunch so got seated right away,

My wife was hungry for a steak and baked potato. I wasn’t sure yet but I’ve always had good luck with Longhorn so why not, especially since it’s pretty close to home.
She ordered filet medium with baked potato and was happy to see they had mussels as it is the season. Ironically enough, I saw that on the menu at lunch but decided on Grouper instead.
The filet was cooked perfectly, very tender, and seasoned perfectly. Baked potato was also very good.
The mussels were amazing. Very well cooked, seasoned, and tasted wonderfully! But what usually makes it is the broth. And it was awesome! It is often too salty, or too bland. This was perfect! Full of onions, garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings.
Of course, we had to have the lava cake for desert, and this is what cost them one star. It tasted great, but there wasn’t a lot of lava, and when you got to it, it didn’t flow because it was so thick.
The service was awesome! Older woman with infinity tattoo on her wrist, and she couldn’t have been more friendly and polite. I couldn’t imagine being a waiter again at my age, let alone hers, and doing it so well… impressive!
Great experience. We’ll be back.

I don’t understand the low review. This Longhorn is one of the best. Excellent service. Tried 30 Oz porterhouse for two it was fantastic. Normally we get cowboy rib eye and Flo filet this is the best of both worlds. Manager came by to be sure all is well, nice touch.

oh my goodness how did I not know this place is here. You have to come and sit at the bar this chicks been here for 11 years and I got to tell you she leaves the margarita shaker and you’re going to need somebody to drive you home the ribeye medium rare was delicious we got the lobster which was as beautiful as butter and the yams probably have 1,000,000 cal because they were so delicious do I care no sourdough bread was delicious I’m loving this place trying really hard not to steal the margarita glass

After waiting 10minutes on hold, a manager tells us they don’t take reservations, as we are a party of 10, but in the same breath,“just to let you know we have a party of 9 that is coming in then & you will have to wait until they are done eating if you want to sit together.” Explain this to me again? You don’t take reservations but you are holding a section for another party? Yah, somebody’s gonna have to dumb this down & explain this to me.
And uhhhhh, a steak restaurant that can only accommodate one «large» party? Not the best first impression.
Conversely calling a competitor within 2 minutes produced a much faster reservation. 2 stars as we have never been there for their food.
Disappointed.

I get take out from here while visiting family. Ashley is always there to pick up the phone and greet me with professionalism and poise no matter what. She nails my order, everything is included, and on time. Not to mention the prime rib is incredible.

Thank god my recent visit here was a good one and I am now back to enjoying one of my favorite chain restaurants.
went on a Thursday afternoon 430ish in time for prime time. their version of happy hour.
Had a primetime margarita, cactus flower, was really good. Could actually taste the tequila and not just sugary juice. Was $ 5 during happy hour too.
For an appetizer I had the sweet corn fritters ($ 3 for happy hour) which were good, moist, yummy, and had 2 left to take home.
For dinner I had the 6oz filet with broccoli and baked potato $ 19.99. Perfectly cooked and came with salad and warm bread.
Service was spot on by Alec J and I never felt rushed or ignored.

We rarely go out for lunch, seeing we both work and don’t have schedules that are conducive. We both had New Year’s Day off so with gift card in hand, we took advantage of it.
We were pleasantly surprised at Longhorns lunch menu. Many affordable choices here. I chose the soup and burger combo. French Onion soup with the 6oz black and blue burger, both we’re very good and cooked to order. $ 8.99
My Bride’s lunch was Lobster and Shrimp chowder and a Caesar salad $ 6.99. She found the chowder lacking in lobster yet was very flavorful. Her salad had to be sent back due to a heavy amount of dressing drowning it.
All in all lunch was a great value of which we’ll take advantage of again!

I was so impressed with my initial experience at Longhorn that I decided to take my girl out on a date. She’s from Omaha, she knows steak and isn’t afraid to call BS on sub-​standard meat.
The experience at LH was just as good as I remembered it. The steak was cooked to our exacting specifications. Don’t be a hater and drop the $ 2 for tableside steak sauce, it will not disappoint. Course timing was excellent and it hit the sweetspot between not being rushed and where’s my food.
Total tab was $ 71, including tip, for some serious filet’s and a generous pour of wine. Really can’t go wrong with this quality of cuisine for that price. LH certainly has my personal recommendation!
