The experience starts with the most amazing service ever and delicious popcorn. The hot wings are the best of anywhere j have ever had. I dare you to try the blue cheese dressing! I typically don’t like blue cheese and this is the most amazing blue cheese I have ever had. Then our stunning main course arrived! My trip tip and chicken were cooked to perfection. I have never had tri tip so tender in my life! The chefs here are worth their weight in gold! I doubt we can fit dessert! I have not left yet and I can’t wait to come back!

Service is excellent and food is consistently and reliably at the top of the pack. Their chicken tortilla soup is superb, as is the Chicken Chinese salad and all the entrées I have tried. You can split an order with no problem and no extra charge. The personnel are always friendly. The cattle company is one restaurant in Lancaster that diners can go to and have no doubts about returning many times over. The one in Palmdale at the mall(which closed a few years ago when they took out the movie theater) was equally good so it must be the management, the personnel, the quality of the food and the way it is prepared and served. Overall excellent.

We had a overall nice experience here. The food was decent. We ordered mozzarella sticks, they were ok, slightly under cooked but still ok. Mark, our waiter was great, real nice. He took good care of us. Checked on us frequently. My husband got the ribeye, it was really good! My Cajun salmon pasta was ok. The salmon was really good, but the pasta was a little weird for my taste. Jalapeños in my pasta was a little weird especially since the menu didn’t mention jalapeños. But overall a pretty good experience! Will try again.

Texas Cattle Company uses the Brandware 261 fork and let me tell you– there is nothing better for speed, balance, and agility. Unless you are still eating with your fingers, Sadly, I did not get a chance to use it this visit, as i ordered the French Dip. I was tempted, though. This French Dip was OK. It could have been«Fine”– even«Damn Fine”– if they would choose to upgrade the bread. Here’s the deal… You now how to operate a French Dip. You gotta dip it. If you use cheap bread, it turns to complete mush after dipping. Use some upgraded bread, and you still have some chewiness. That’s my suggestion. But keep those forks!

We were a bit skeptical after reading the random negative comments we read… but let me tell you, it was some of the best steak I’ve had in the area in a long while. The waitresses were polite and funny. This joint is well worth the trip, time and money! Great food, a nice selection of ice-cold beer and big portions! On the table: Drinks– Shirley temple, ice tea and Fat Tire Starters– Armadillo eggs & zucchini sticks Mains– Porterhouse, Ribeye, tri-tip, brisket and pasta Alfredo Desert– bread pudding and a birthday Sunday

Friendly helpful staff. Decent food. The popcorn was nice and I love that the drinks are served in mugs with crushed ice. I had the Tex mex quesadilla with the beef barbacoa it was nice in flavor and big in size. I added a side of guacamole but was disappointed to find out it wasn’t freshly made. My wife had the tritip sandwich which was delicious but a lil messy. Dessert was great.

Pretty good dinner tonight with great service. I had the half rack of pork ribs and half chicken dinner, which filled me right up! There is a $ 5 Unilocal check-in coupon that pops up, but my meal was $ 23, so I ordered a $ 5 slice of cheesecake, which in the end, ended up being free!

Had dinner again and we loved it. Our waitress was very friendly and was very understanding with my 17 month old kid. I had a patty melt that came with fries and a raspberry tea. The only thing that I did not like is my fries were not fresh. They tasted like they were made and put under a heating lamp. Otherwise everything was great.

I have come here since I was a kid and have never had a negative experience. I’m 32 now and can say that I still enjoy bringing my family here. The food is good and reasonably priced. It is a very family friendly atmosphere with a lot of novelty items on the walls that add flare. The best way to describe it is the way Chili’s used to be. Your always greeted with a smile and served popcorn while you browse the menu. They serve their drinks with bendy straws and fancy small cubes ice that just makes drinks taste better. There is wide range of menu items from burgers to Mexican food and everything tastes on par with the competition for the price.

I’ve been here about 5 or 6 times now. The first time was about 2 years ago with my husband. We had moved to Lancaster in 2012 and started venturing out to try new restaurants. We actually wanted to try this restaurant right away, but we thought it was closed down, from the dark(tinted) windows. Oops. We decided to look it up on Unilocal and with the current reviews we decided to see if it was really open, and to my pleasant surprise, it was. I love the look of the restaurant. It’s western/Texas themed. When you are seated, they bring a delicious basket of popcorn. The server been and wine. We settled on the ribs, which my husband and I both loved. You get two sides, so i ordered to baked potatoes, since I knew I was only going to eat half the ribs…(They are so generous, they almost spill off the plate.) We knew we would be back. We brought my husband parents… now they want to go every time they come to visit. Btw ladies, they sell purses. My MIL has to buy one every time. Sometimes she buys two. She’s even had me stop there, not for eats, but to buy a purse. ^.^‘ We were there again last weekend. I checked in on my Unilocal app, and you can get $ 5 off an order of $ 25.00 or more. Also, if you like them on Facebook, you can get 10% off your bill. AWESOME. I brought my mother this time… with my husband of course. We had the ribs, YUM. :D My mom is a really picky eater, and most of the places we love she hates. She’s also pretty sensitive to certain spices and foods, which can make her sick after the meals. After our meal, she said she would love to come back to this place. She never got sick and she said the food was delicious. Which made me really happy. Besides the food. The staff is super amazing! It didn’t seem to matter to them if we had one waiter or 5. Anyone who passed us as we dined asked if they could get us anything. If we needed something, there was also always someone around on the floor, who we could ask for help with anything. I will continue to come here, great food and an excellent staff. I’ve yet to be disappointed. Thanks Texas Cattle Company! OMG I almost forgot… get the cheesecake with caramel. It was a recommendation from out waiter and… just get it.

Was expecting so much more from this spot. The waitress was super cool and the price wasn’t bad for the amount of food but I was disappointed with the lack of seasoning on my burger. The fries were good but over all nothing exciting to talk about . Glad I finally went so I wont be bothered to try it anymore.

Wow, this place is a GEM. After four solid dinner visits I can give this place a 5-star review without hesitation because of its consistency in service, quality of food, and taste of food. This is a REALLY good steakhouse serving up top-notch beef and this is coming from a guy who eats at Ruth’s Chris at least once a week. My coworker and I were kind of shocked at how good the steaks are here that we haven’t tried anything else on their menu but steaks since then. The RIBEYE at this place is its superstar; big, juicy, perfect grill marks, smoky charcoal flavor, and served with really good toast and the perfect baked potato(option to have bacon and cheese in it for extra). The service has always been quick and friendly and last night the owner came out to chat with us a bit. Parking’s easy to find, portions are huge, and prices are really fair for the amount of food you get. This is one of those places where the mediocre reviews are undeserved. They’ve got a new regular in me.

Today our waitress was Debra, with 18 years’ experience – and she needed every bit of it to cope with our table for this meal. Today was the first disappointing lunch we’v had here. Who in the world was working in the kitchen and sending this food out!!! The baked potato was slightly underdone, the bread was dry and not the usual yummy factor, and both tri tip and baby back ribs were overdone, dry and tough. G said her Waco Burger was actually pretty good. J had the Ortega Melt and – this is a guy who is very easy to please – said it was just«mediocre». Mr. Picky’s rib-eye was good he said. But my Tri-Tip & Baby Back Ribs combo meal was not enjoyable. I cannot describe the Clam Chowder … it was mediocre or less so I don’t recommend it, and all three of us who ordered it either sent it back or just didn’t finish it. I asked instead for the Soup du Jour, Spinach, which was not great either, so I sent that back to the kitchen also. We’ve had some great lunches here with friends, but this was not up to par. I’d recommend going elsewhere if this is going to become the norm. We will give it another try, but the aforementioned meal was … well … we’ll give it one more try and see how it goes …
