One of the best restaurants in town!!! Food is always amazing and staff is always on point!!! This is aa Saturday night must!!! Try the calamari, you won’t be disappointed!

I’m telling you. This was one of the most amazing lunches I’ve had in years. The homemade pasta melts in ones mouth. The deep fried cheese cake was JUST right. It was absolutely delicious. The owners are friendly and very hands-​on. I WILL be returning. Thank you so much!

Very romantic setting, great service and wonderful food. We go there for our anniversary every year. You won’t be disappointed. Try the Jack Daniel’s tri tip, my husband swears by it.

Went for my wife’s birthday. Steak was perfectly prepared medium rare. Service was stellar! No complaints. They even brought an awesome dessert out for us after our meal for my wife’s birthday (fried cheese cake)! We had great time.

Stopped by Saturday night with the wife and a couple other friends. The Blvd was busy since the Bacon Blues and Brews was going on. Been here before and had a decent overall experience but this one totally negated that one.
Walked in and waited at the front to be helped. Multiple workers walked by the check in desk area and they never said a word. No greeting, no «may I help you you,» no «we’ll be with you in a minute.» For being in a business where you are serving others, thier customer service was pretty horrible. They need to have a staff meeting and learn the basics on how to act towards customers.
While we were waiting another couple walked in and the guy at the front looked right past me, greeted them, and then took them to a table. We left after that.
Will probably never step into this place again. Two big thumbs down GBG.

This place has delicious food! I went in and had samples of their dishes and I can’t believe how much I ate! It was so delicious, I couldn’t stop enjoying their food. I will definitely be back!

First time we have eaten here. So glad we did! What a pleasant bistro! We ordered cocktails, nicely done! We both ordered chicken with the yummy garlic mashed potatoes! I had the Carribean Chicken and my husband had the Sanchez Chicken. Both were perfectly cooked and tender. We were stuffed, but, couldn’t pass up dessert and coffee! Yummy Fried Cheesecake and amazing Crème Brulee! Great service, clean, nicely decorated, and good food! We will be back!

I hate giving bad reviews but. it was just not pleasant. I insisted on this restaurant because it was near LPAC and I read the reviews here in Unilocal,and it looked fine. When we got there, the staff was pleasant and warm. We were a group of 5, ordered our drinks (sodas), and our server got it wrong. We ordered early — I ordered Giannini Classic Clams and Shrimp with Rice and Steamed Vegetables. Our orders came an hour later, it was unbelievable. It wasn’t even that busy! I had to follow up several times because we were going to be late to LPAC. When our orders finally came, we ate in like 20 minutes, I was so hungry. We left the restaurant and enjoyed our night. Moved on. However, after an hour in the theatre, I started feeling sick. My stomach was feeling really strange. And two hours after, I was throwing up at the side of the freeway on our way back home. I hadn’t had anything else to eat after the clams from Giannini. I was so disappointed and embarrassed, knowing that I was the one who insisted on this restaurant.
So — my bottom-​line — 1 star for the friendly, but slow staff, good decoration, but unfortunately BAD CLAMS. If you guys decide to eat here, make sure you’re NOT very hungry. And do not order their clams. I don’t have a sensitive stomach or allergies, but for their clams to make me throw up, it means it’s pretty bad.
I hope they check their clams before they serve it.

No reservation but they made it work out for us wonderfully, great service, great food, awesome service, loved the decoration

Okay, so what’s one of the worst nights of the year to go out to dinner? You’re right, Valentine’s Day! But if you go to GBG, no worries. Sure, it was crowded, but you make reservations. I just want to commend Sharon, Nick, James and the staff for a wonderful evening in spite of the fact that this is a crazy night for restaurants! Were there glitches? Yes, minor ones, but they more than made up for them. What more can you ask? I was really impressed that they had a special menu (not uncommon for a holiday) but you could still order anything from their normal menu as well. And to top it all off, they were playing contemporary Christian music on their music system. Great food, great service and good music all made for a really nice Valentine’s Day dinner! Thanks GBG! We’ll be back! BTW, kids eat free on Sundays.

Lovely little restaurant on Lancaster Blvd. We went for our anniversary last year. Dinner was delicious. I’m a pasta fan and it was perfect. Ended the evening with one of the best Crème brûlée desserts that I’ve had.

I LOVE this place! Had their steak with bleu cheese crumbles and onion straws on top with the cajon vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes and it was so delicious!

So yummy! I havent ever been disappointed! The ribs were so yummy and so were the veggies. I loved the appetizers and the dipping sauce they came with as well. Service was great! It made me happy to spend date night in a quiet, beautiful establishment. Very nice!

My husband got the tri tip medium rare, and it was fabulous! It was perfectly seasoned and cooked! He gave me a few bits and it was so tasty! Not a huge fan of the balsamic salmon salad, it didn’t taste fresh, was drowning in the balsamic vinegar to hide the fishy taste that was not able to be hidden, I didn’t finish it. Our server was wonderful, he was engaging with our boys, asking great questions and an all around great server… this made up for the guy who asked us how many in our party, we told him 4, he then exhaled like he was irritated, grabbed some menus, put them on the table and said, «there you go», and kept walking. So thankful he wasn’t our server.
Because my husband’s tri-​tip was great and our server was great, I will give it a 3 star for now. I may try to come back again and try something else.

I came here for the first time last night for my boyfriends birthday dinner. Everything was great. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I loved the Christmas decorations. I enjoyed every bit of this place and we will be back.

First time trying this place. Came here for a date night on Oct 24^th during the BooLVD event happening on Lancaster Blvd. Arrived around 5:30pm. Someone greeted us promptly, said they’d return, but didn’t come back for about 5 – 7 minutes. We got sat in the very back by the kitchen and bathroom where people on Unilocal have complained is a «weird booth.» I would agree, it was weird, it was way too big for just 2 people, but oh well. Not many people in the restaurant at that time so I’m not sure why we were seated there. The décor was a pirate/​Halloween theme and although it was pretty neat, I thought it was a bit much for a restaurant. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive. Our food was hot & fresh, pretty reasonable pricing too. I would come back again, and will recommend this place to others.

Came here with a group of co-​workers for lunch. The location is in a nice location on Lancaster Blvd. Inside, the place is clean, nice décor, and spacious.
The service was awesome, considering it wasn’t busy, but I feel it would still be good because of our server.
The food tasted well. I had the shrimp scampi pasta which was very flavorful. Ordered the bruschetta and the bread drizzled with balsamic vinegar was really good. The topper to this meal was the dessert. The fried cheesecake was awesome. Not overly sweet and fried just right with cinnamon sugar coating.
The serving was a bit small, but I assume it’s because it was a lunch portion. I would like to try dinner to see how there portions are.
I would try GBG again next time possible.

Tonight my son Derek & I arrived for an early diiner. One of the owners Sharon: greeted us and asked what we would like to drink. He ordered ice tea, and I wanted a beer on tap. I’m not a big beer drinker, so she got me a couple 4oz samples off the tap after I mentioned Bud Light, and found a good beer on tap for me. We ordered Ribs, Salads, mashed potatoes, and fries. Everything was tasty, and fresh. Service was excellent. Food very fresh, and tasty. Complementary dessert! Loved food & service. Will be back!

First time going in tonight and we absolutely loved it! Everything from the décor to the food were very good. As soon as you walk in they have the place very well decorated and the booths and pretty and clean.
For the food we shared a calamari appetizer which has been one of the best we’ve had in Southern California. I had the apple caramel martini and it was very good. For our entrees we both had steak and fried shrimp. The steak had a good rub and was cooked beautifully. The shrimp were also delicious. It came with two sides, I got the fries and salad and their cilantro jalapeño dressing was amazing. With dinner we also ordered wine (we got chianti) but they have a good selection to choose from.
For dessert we tried the fried cheesecake and the fried ice cream. Hubs liked the ice cream, I really enjoyed the cheesecake.
Finally, service was amazing! Our server was Brian, he made his rounds and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back bringing along our friends and family. Can’t recommend this place enough! Kind of sad I just found this place until now!

I had been wanting to try this bistro and today for lunch was a perfect opportunity. Upon walking into the building I was surprised by the décor. There was quiet an eclectic array of decorations. The wood floor was gorgeous as well.
I had ordered a bacon cheese burger with garlic fries and a shock top beer. The food and beer were delicious. I didn’t like how thin the bun was but beggars can’t be choosers. It tasted great!
The reason I gave a 3 star is because through my time here I was never offered any follow up but maybe once, and my mom never got a refill on her beverage. The establishment wasn’t even busy so I was perplexed why we weren’t checked on a little more frequently. Businesses with twice the customer volume check up 2 or 3 times.
But all in all, a nice change of scenery to the Antelope Valley.
