The only reason I come here is because it is close and I sometimes want a change from del taco… not only is this place dirty it’s slow!!! Like I said before I only come here if I have too everything I have ordered is made sloppy… I should have gone to del taco

I love everything about Taco Bell. Service is a little slow but I don’t care. I eat Taco Bell like 16 times out of the month. My favorite is a the nachos. I usually get the nachos and I love love the cinnamon twists. So warm and sweet. I usually come to this particular location and it’s not that bad.

I only patronize this location when I have business in Lancaster, but will wait until I’m back in Palmdale if I want Taco Bell. This time was a rare exception and it was the WORST experience yet. The cashier was dour at best. The service is obnoxiously slow — took over 15 minutes to receive my order. My three soft tacos were made as mini taco supremes. The manager on duty took my complaint but spoke like she had oatmeal in her mouth. It was then I discovered the cashier wasn’t paying attention and she rang my order up that way. They offered to let me keep the mistakes. I said no I want what I ordered. I don’t know why I expect this Taco Bell to live up to some kind of acceptable standard. It’s Taco Bell for crying out loud.

Avoid this Taco Bell. Have only gone a few times, but each time the order has been incorrect. There drive through speaker does not work properly so you can not understand them and they can’t understand you. I have not gone inside this Taco Bell, but the outside is extremely dirty and the building is deteriorating fast. It does not leave you with confidence that the inside food prep area will be clean. Stopped going after the fourth wrong order.

I went to this location tonight to grab dinner. I ordered 2 chicken gorditas and a fresco chicken soft taco. I couldn’t hear or understand anything the girl said over the speaker, so hoped she had my order right. It was like trying to hear someone whisper across a crowded room.
I got to the window, paid, got my food, and left. I should have checked my food before I left the window but I didn’t. Really I should have.
When I got home, I discovered that they got my taco right, but gave me two beef supreme gorditas instead of chicken. Ugh. I’m doing weight watchers and specifically chose my order for its low points values… so much for that plan. It wasn’t worth it to drive back across town to argue about it, so I just ate it and said the heck with it.
At least they charged me for what they gave me.
On the plus side, the girl at the window was friendly and polite and the food was ready quickly and seemed fresh enough.
