Don’t pay any attention to the negative review. There are more than one Mr. Mini Blind franchises. If you call this one on Hardwick in Lakewood you will get the same excellent service that the others have « Unilocaled» about. Steve is excellent at explaining the options (in my case, shutters) and helping with color selection. You couldn’t get a better installation if Charlie installs (the owner). I’m sure any other installers are just as good. They are the real deal, don’t slip in in cheap products on the sly and are highly recommended. I’m a contractor myself if that makes any difference. No relation to Mr. Mini Blind or any of the personnel.

We purchased shutters that were installed a month ago. They look and work okay. After the shutters, we ordered one small blind. We were told it would be ready In 3 – 4 days. Two weeks later and several inquiries with promises to call back, I called the salesman. Once he got involved they were installed in a couple days. ALL is well. Just an internal communication problem that got fixed. I have used them before without concerns and will use them again.

We just got our shutters installed about 2 weeks ago. I can say this experience was great! A man by the name of Steve came and did the initial quote. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He brought all the samples and demonstrated/​explained our best options. After a few weeks we got them installed, they look great!. I would recommend Mr. Miniblind.

Absolutely most unprofessional and worst business of all time. Originally quoted as taking 1 week for the blinds to be made and they barely made them within 3 weeks. Then they messed up the installation time and once they finally arrived they forgot pieces and had to drive back to their warehouse and took them an additional couple hours to get the pieces they needed. Took far more hours than needed. The completed job was okay once done but way too much hassle.
