Called around for a couple quotes for my half cage squat rack with weight stack that was sticking midway up the cylinder rods and realigning of the weight stack pin holder. Robbie from ATP gave me the best quote among 4 other competitors. Went with him and at first he had a little trouble figuring out a solution but diagnosed a solution using a previous solution he had with another client. Took a few trips for him to get the work done but he kept in constant communication and didn’t rack any charges even though he had to make some adjustments on my equipment at home and at a machine shop. This is why he gets a 5 star. Trustworthy, communication skills, customer service, and professional. He also kept in mind of some products I may add to my gym that he would look out for.

My ancient Schwinn Evolution exercise bike blew out a bearing and a connecting arm. I called a few places to figure out how to best deal with it, including Robby at ATP.
Robby was great. He asked some questions on the phone, then told me he’d do some research and get back to me. He called back and said the repair was pretty straightforward and I could probably do it on my own, told me what tools and parts I’d need, where to get them, and gave some tips on how to proceed.
That right there told me he was an extremely honest and straightforward guy. But I needed a couple specialized tools I didn’t have and didn’t want to buy them for just a one time repair, so I had Robby come out for the service call.
Robby showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, and obviously very knowledgeable about exercise equipment. He fixed the bike perfectly, adjusted everything until it ran good as new. There were some spacers and washers missing but he had a big box of spares with him, just totally prepared.
After that he walked over and diagnosed our treadmill, tested it thoroughly, tightened the belt, and didn’t even ask for any extra compensation above what he had quoted for the bike repair!
Also his prices are very reasonable. 5 STARS all the way

Robby Allison came to my rescue and fixed my exercise equipment in my physical therapy gym and go me back up and running. One of my bikes works better now then it did when I bought it 6 years ago. Since he majored in exercise science, or Kinesiology, he has a real understanding of the purpose, the mechanics, and the necessity of the equipment. Robby was on time, fixed everything quickly, and he is able to come in at a moment’s notice. ATP staff are clean, courteous, and it is great to have a reliable company that is close by. It is important to keep the business running and ATP was professional with their quotes and paperwork too. I am so glad I met up with you Robby from all of us at Reischl Physical Therapy!
