Tony was recommended to my wife by another satisfied customer. The guy does an amazing job. He was spot on with the color and gloss we picked given the fact that he had to match the casing around our windows. As far as time concerns, he told us it would take about 5 – 7 weeks which is not too bad, but I guess if you have no patience then I guess he is not for you. It took him closer to the 7 weeks to get us our shutters which worked out fine because we where not in a hurry. The shutters where completely custom, hence that’s why it takes time. He must be doing something right if he has a lot of customers.

Poor Service!
A guy named Tony worked for me. The quality and price of the shutters were reasonable. However, Tony was very unprofessional and rude. He will hardly return my calls. He keeps rescheduling and won’t put the shutters on the day he promised. He would say things like his machine broke so he can’t come, he has a lot of other customers, he can’t help if shutters are not ready in time, and things like that.
I would never go with this company.
