Despite the one poor review; I received a great review of this company from a neighbor who has gorgeous awnings. With his assurances, I went ahead and called Made in the Shade. Frank came out, knew exactly what I needed, charged a reasonable price (as opposed the other company whose info I had picked up at the Fair), and the awnings were up within the timeframe given. The employees who put them up were professional and courteous. The awnings are perfect. I would definitely use this company again!

I literally just called this company to discuss hiring them for a job. The guy picked up the phone and mumbled something unintelligible– when I asked if it was Made in the Shade and how he was doing, he curtly replied «busy» and HUNG UP THE PHONE! what an asshole! I mean you guys think you can do business this way?!
