Don’t want to bore you with details so let me get to the point. Great place, excellent service, but most importantly… wait for it… Kay the sushi chef at the sushi bar, will rock your world. Truly a masterful chef with all the personality you need to make this an incredible experience. Try it and enjoy my friends. He is awesome!

Came here for happy hour; which I guess they do all day and it was pretty much empty. Our server was very attentive and the chefs always were prompt in making our sushi. Overall quality was good but there are better place out there. I’ll probably come back cause it’s convenient & prices were decent.

The women restroom is what’s keeping me from going back. Every time I’ve used their ladies room I feel like vomiting. The smell is horrible. They need to fix that plumbing issue! Sucks bc their food is actually pretty good!

Till this day one of my fav spots for sushi cant beat the price fuck all that all u can eat stick to the happyhour menu better ull pay a little more but not much but better off doing happy hour because the rolls on the happy hour menu are better but this sushi spot is really good kinda small but bomb

Service has been getting worse and worse. Been coming here for the AYCE and we were sitting at the bar with only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant and it took the two sushi chefs 45 minutes to make 3 rolls and 5 sushi orders. The chefs were looking at us like we were inconveniencing them. Sad because this place use to be good. If you looking for better sushi head to sprouts across the street.

Have been coming on and off for years, but this visit was very disappointing. The food was not good. The door was open and smoke was coming in. A bit unpleasant. I hope they get a new sushi chef in there, and the gyoza was burned. Sad.

The lunch specials are decent — too bad they’re not served on the weekends.
It’s Korean; not Japanese — though the «food» is Japanese. The staff is Korean.
I lived in Japan for several years — and there are good sushi places in SoCal! This is not one of them. Good for «East Asian» food; but definitely not Japanese — and I wouldn’t go here for the sushi.

Sushi was good. Fish seemed fresh and everything tastes good.
However, the seating area is dirty. Floors are filthy, menus are sticky and greasy and when I scooted in my chair at the table something under the chair made my hand sticky (ew!). It’s hard to be comfortable eating raw fish when you feel like you can’t touch anything on the table without getting dirty.
As other reviewers said, service is lacking. We had to ask repeatedly for things that should have already been on be table (napkins, chopsticks) and they served our food without ginger or wasabi until we asked for it. And we had to ask for water refills.

I used to ONLY go to Tsunami for their amazing rolls and sushi, Then i discovered this place ! G is the best by far and a much shorter drive. 5 stars all day !!! No better quality sushi around. Very friendly and talented staff !

I would have given one star but the food was good. It’s the service that was horrible. After confirming that they could serve ramen that wasn’t spicy they served my four year old ramen that was insanely spicy. The service was extremely slow and the waitress was way overworked. Never got a refill on my son’s pink lemonade. Never offered a second beer after finishing mine because the ramen was so spicy I had to use it to put the fire out. (I love spicy and it was hot for me)
Then to top it all off the waitress felt so bad for the horrible service that she offered my son ice cream (never mind the foul because this was at lunch) and we both said vanilla. She brings my son green tea ice cream. My four year old son. Green tea ice cream has 10x the amount of caffeine that green tea has and she served it to my son.
Just don’t do it. There are better places to eat.

honestly, this place was really good for a $ 21.99 All you can eat. with the new addition of happy hour all day everyday, and a jump price in All you can eat, was disappointing. The quality of the all you can eat dropped with the higher price. i don’t know if it was a bad day.

Been coming here for years. One of my favorite sushi spots! Excellent rolls and great happy hour prices. If you go on a Sunday it’s all day happy hour. My only knock on this place is that the service can be a bit hit or miss at times. Some of the «must try» items are the Ginzaya roll, beef yakitori, and lobster roll.

I wouldn’t say I was a regular but I come here enough. This is one of my favorite places for teriyaki and tempura. I know it’s a sushi bar but my personal taste is I’m not a fan. Nothing against this place. It’s Raw! I like my food cooked. Personal preference. One can never go wrong with the lunch specials. So much food and made to order. If you’re a sushi fan, happy hour all day Sunday. Did I mention that they have hot sake for $ 1.00 on Sunday too?
Decide to try it out Ina Saturday night with the hubby. Ordered the dinner combo. Teriyaki chicken and the tempura. Portion size. Way enough!

We loved everything we had i recommend all you can eat 21.99 but there is a catch you have to eat everything you ordered or you have to pay $ 1 per roll but you get to take it home.
We had sun set roll, crunch roll, avocado roll, 16 pcs of sushi, shrimp tempora. About $ 80 worth but we only paid $ 42 for two of us.
I recommend it they even have happy hour too that is worth it if you don’t want to eat too much.

Love the Salmon Box sushi with tuna. Nom! I got it on recommendation. They have decent, but not great, sushi deals.
I’ve had the Lobster Handroll (see the boards above the bar for details) twice now. The first time, it as great. They use crawfish and not lobster, though with all the other goodies you really cannot tell the difference. The second time, it had almost no crawfish and loads of rice (bit disappointing).
I’ve been a few times now. Will return when I’m local to the area and crave sushi, but not my go-​to place.
