Excellent service. Our tech Paul cleans up after himself each time. Gail takes the information and has even saved us money by educating us about our machine. We expected to have to replace our stackable washer dryer, but Gail and Paul said that the machines we had were workhorses and barring rust issues, would continue to work efficiently. Professionals with a sense of humor. Old fashioned service.

These people are what true customer service is about. My dryer went out and I thought he’d fix on his first visit. So I was a little annoyed when he had to come back. I wasn’t about to take anymore time off. They didn’t expect me to. They accommodated me and came back when it was convenient for me. The price was very fair but more than that these guys were a pleasure to work with. I will never call anyone else for my repairs!

I did not call this store first. It seemed too far. The other two closer to our home didn’t bother to return my call. I figured because I was asking for a tune up on my washer and dryer it wasn’t worth their time. Then I spoke to Gail and she is awesome. It was close to closing time but she was patient and so knowledgeable. Paul came over the next day. My husband was impressed with the professionalism of the store and Paul. You guys are the best!
