You spend $ 2600 on a mattress which is guaranteed for 25 years. And, the mattress goes bad in 3 years.
Don’t expect anything from your «sleep investment» if you have even the slightest stain on the mattress. Understand that any stain invalidades the warranty no matter how valid your claim.
The mattress inspector will not touch the mattress (with sincere apologies) and the company will not do anything further except «offer you a discount» on a new mattress. Are you kidding? I got ³⁄₂₅ use out of that mattress which equates to $ 312.00, so I am saying goodbye to $ 2288.00 and you want me to do business with you again? Sign me… Wiser.
