This is ridiculously bad customer service– I walked in 35 minutes before close a woman sits on her cell the place has only 2 customers and I’m turned away for a quick eyebrow wax. The girl who finally made eye contact asked me what I wanted and after speaking to the rude woman sitting on her cell told me «no, I sorry we close soon.» Seriously! Eyebrow waxing takes less than 8 minutes. This is the2nd time I drove out here opposite of my destination and they just don’t feel like working anymore. I tip well and everything and have been there before but the past 2x turned away — I won’t be back.

Worst service ever!!! There’s a guy with a bad attitude and treats customer bad. I saw how he yelled to a customer asking her to leave. I’m sorry but if we pay for a service we can ask for a better job unless you are doing a free service. Too bad !! Never going again!

This nail salon is horrible. The customer service is extremely bad. They also give their customers nail infections because they do not keep their equipment clean. Then when you go back to them and ask for a refund; they only want to give you part of it. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge for them as well. I will never go to this nail salon ever again.
