Would not go here. I got a gel manicure and it was all over my cuticles. Not to mention the guy messed up on my thumb so he continued to layer more and more coats of polish. This resulted in a gel manicure that was impossible to soak off with ease. Would never come here

LOVE this place. Ecco Nails & Spa is a clean salon and all of the technicians are friendly. My nails and toes are always well done, no matter the technician that does them. Refuse to go anywhere else.

I am from out of state and visiting my friend in the area and my friend took me here as a treat because I’ve never gotten my nails done before! Yeah I know, but I don’t think I need to have to experienced it before to know that I got bad service. We went in on a Friday 30 min before closing just for pedicures. The technicians were friendly and chatted with us. Overall the place seemed clean with nice lighting and a good relaxing atmosphere. I liked that it’s not one of those neon lighted sweat shop looking nail salons I’ve passed by before(but never been in) where it reeks of nail polish. I told my technician who’s this Hispanic woman maybe about 20 years old that I’ve never got a pedicure before. I don’t know if that caused her to do a half-ass job thinking I might not know the difference. Whatever the reason, she didn’t even use the cheese grater thing on my feet, only the pumice stone. That did nothing for the callouses built up on my heels. This is all fine whatever, except when she was trimming my cuticles, she ended up cutting too close to my big toe. When she went to paint my nails and sprayed my toes with alcohol, my big toe STUN like hell. Two days later, I was taking a shower and casually stretched/pressed my toes on the shower floor. Shower water/shampoo got on the cut and my big toe stun like hell again. I couldn’t even stand on it afterwards and had to make sure I didn’t put pressure on my toe. Again, never got a pedicure before, but pretty sure I’m not supposed to get cut that bad where it’s still not healed 2 days later. The massage chair I was sitting in didn’t even work right(no vibrations) and the technician gave a weak foot massage, as well. She kinda just ground her knuckle into the bottom of my foot a few times, no kneading whatsoever. I didn’t particularly feel pampered out of the whole experience. The pedicure wasn’t cheap either. I wouldn’t recommend you come here just because I got a crappy pedicure. Hope my friend doesn’t see this, don’t mean to be ungrateful but the honest Unilocal reviews must be written!

Worst pedicure of my life. Don’t go here! They are so unfriendly, no one offered me anything to drink even after I kept saying how I wish I remembered to bring my bottle of water in from the car. They asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and I just wanted the basic spa pedicure and she looked like she was pissed off that I didn’t upgrade to a premium one. During my entire pedicure the tech said nothing to me, no friendly conversation. She was talking about her daughter to another tech and I said oh I have a son her age and she just stared at me like I was interrupting her conversation. So rude. Oh and she never gave a foot massage and she messed up my polish twice white putting my flip flops on and then got upset like it was my fault that she had to go back and fix it.

Don’t do it!!! Keep driving and go to Koi nails near super target. Had to come here since I only had an hour and half for mani/pedi and will regret it for awhile

Don’t answer your phone during my pedi. Don’t tell me how you have to leave at 7 pm. Don’t try to guess my age after you talked about your sister-in-law who is 50 but looks 27. BTW– my feet feel no smother now because he kept breaking to answer ur phone.

Lin is the best technician. The manager says one thing and does another. All in all, clean and friendly.

My sister and I checked this place out over the weekend for the first time. I had a great experience, with the manager of this spa doing my nails. My sister had a terrible experience. Her tech rushed through her pedicure and manicure, was sloppy, and did not listen to my sister when she made multiple requests to change it. She ended up paying full price becuase the tech eagerly stood at the checkout while she paid and there was not a good opportunity to speak to the manager alone. We called the following day and spoke to the manager who apologized and offered a refund or redo. Because she was leaving town, we opted for the refund. When my sister stopped by, the manager said he could fix her nails. When she stated she had to leave town, he offered her a less than 50% refund stating the rest was«services» he could not refund. He even told me while he was doing my nails he was unable to find good techs and most of them were brand new with no experience. I would have gone back but due to his unwillingness to take responsibility for the poor staff, I will not go back-there are plenty of local nail salons I will try instead.

Tried this for the first time for a gel manicure. The décor was nice and seems to be an organized staff. The price was good, and my gel nails look great a week later. Very happy. Will be back.

I have never enjoyed a nail salon as much as this one. From the moment you walk in you can tell that it is not your normal neighborhood nail salon. This salon is beautifully decorated, there is always calming music playing, and it’s HUGE! But that isn’t even the best part. Their customer service goes above an beyond. The manager, Hugh, knows his customers by name. My nails always look wonderful and their waxing artist always does a great job. Do yourself a favor and make this your regular nail salon, I did!
