Dainty Nails

Do not get your nails done here. Had my acrylics removed and the guy ran my nails down to the skin. That was 2 months ago. And my nails are scabbed and still trying to grow them ALL back. He continued to hurt me and just kept going on them. And to top it all off he kept my credit card, when I went back for it he had already placed in behind the desk tucked away on a lower shelf.

I’ve been coming to Bobby for my nails for over 15 years. He and his wife Cami make a great team! Relaxing atmosphere, awesome Pedicures and clean, quality services by all the techs!

This place is the worst. Came here with my mom who is from the area and thought we’d get a quick mani-​pedi and be on our way… boy, was I mistaken. It clearly says walk ins welcome, and I asked how long the wait was and the man said now. Then that changed to 5 min, which became 10 and then they walked us to the pedicure chairs where they left us sitting with our feet in the water for 20+ min as they attended to multiple people without appointments who came in after we did. Not only that, but I asked twice when someone was going to help us and was ignored, to which I asked for the manager and he said again «5 minutes». At this point I got a little upset and said «fine, but hurry» which apparently sparked their trashy clientele into a southern rage that was comically ridiculous. I was actually told «there are children here» (which made no sense since I never raised my voice or cursed…) and then some other woman yelled at me about having an Appointment– which no one else who was here had. My mom walked out, I followed. Not only are the staff here awful, but the customers are so Much worse. STAY AWAY!

Not impressed with the performance by James. Got French tips, paid the usual $ 36… Didn’t last me a week. Won’t be returning or referring again. Avoid this place, it’s a scam!!!

I have been going to this shop for over 19 years. I drive from Oviedo every two weeks… that is how devoted I am to this shop. I went to the owner for my nails for 16 years until he stopped doing nails. I now see Bobby who is a master. He takes great pride in his job and works so hard. I see his wife Cami for pedicures. She is special! All my sisters and nieces go here as well. Highly recommend. Like family.

Very clean operation. Professional and nice staff. Will definitely go back!

I am in florida for a photo shoot and was scared To get my nails fixed but had to and what a unexpected surprise. Best acrylic nails I have ever had!!!
In a mall, so it is not the easiest location to get in and out of.
