Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m not really a fan of chipotle, my kids like it, but this location they’re very nice. They try hard and it’s very clean, and they get you in and out quickly!

I’m not sure what has happened to this place. The food is still great but the customer service is ridiculous. When I came in, the place was empty and employees were scarce. One girl behind the counter, one guy in the back, and a couple of employees apparently on break sitting at tables with people. The girls behind the counter finishes the entire order for the guy in front of me and yells «cashier.» No one comes. She yells «cashier» another couple of times and the last time rather loudly. The cashier finally gets up from the table she is sitting at and does not look amused as she rings up the customer in front of me. This place used to be hopping with great customer service. Are they just understaffed?

So good! Not sure why the men’s has a combination door lock on the door and the women’s doesn’t.

I always love chipotle never had a problem with them. Come between 10 to 11 am no line and food is fresh!

This chipotle never fails to disappoint in the stale chip category. The three times I have been here, I have ordered chips and they have been stale. Today I was the only person in line and 6 employees in the kitchen were goofing off on snap chat with an employee’s cell phone. When j ate my meal, it wasn’t hot-​about room temperature. Also, if you have any sort of dairy allergy, don’t ask for lettuce. My server put her hand into the cheese and then the same hand directly into the lettuce to serve me, thus contaminating the lettuce.

THIS CHIPTOLE SUCKSSS! they barely give you any rice meat or any other toppings you ask for. I got a bowl and I paid 8 $ for it and didn’t get the amount worth 8 $, if you ask for more they give you a pinch more. Don’t suggest coming to this chiptole. My experiences at other ones are much better. Don’t come to this one, workers are rude about serving you to.

Best Mexican food ever! So lucky to live nearby because i’m so addicted! Lol

I’m just pretty pissed off that my order that I placed online wasn’t ready. It should have been ready by 2:15 and it is now230 but they gave me my food for free so it makes up for it

About the same as most Chipotles… loud, stupid music, tasty but small portions.

I’ve been eating chipotle since it opened and never had any severe problems until I tried the online chipotle ordering app off my phone. First attempt I arrived and my order wasn’t done yet at the arrival time which was 25 minutes in advance for pick up.
On top of that my girlfriends bowl had no guacamole and cheese, when she’s allergic to dairy. Couldn’t eat it, and couldn’t go back. I called and spoke to the manager in which she said to say my name to the register employee the next time I came in.
Today I ordered off the chipotle app again and I order at 6:18 and it said to arrive at 6:45. I come in and my food is ready and I told the register employee about the previous mishap which was followed by blank stares and a feeling that they thought I was trying to get a free burrito, not a single apology, nor any form of sympathy.
I get home with my order and the food is cold. Very cold. Probably because they made it at 6:20 and was sitting there for 25 minutes when the food apps earliest arrival time was 6:45. I would think they would make it in a more convenient time according to the arrival time. And to top it all off my girlfriends order specified light lettuce, and they gave her a salad. Is this a humerus joke? I’m not enthused and I will not be returning.

I only go to this location when at work but Went in this afternoon to this location as we passed by and decided to go in. The place was clean and the staff were great. I agree with others that it’s a gamble that depends on who scoop your food is what determines your bowl size. But usually this location ppl are pretty cool. I asked for a little more of certain ingredients and they didn’t give me a dirty look like other chipotle does nor threaten to charge for the extra. And the cashier was super nice. I think the 3 front server + cashier were Juliana (Jules), lily, and Jerry ?? If I got the wrong name, I apologize but it was the crew working on Tuesday 4÷14÷15 evening around 5 pm. Thank you!

I always love the grilled veggie salad from Chipotle. For me their generous portion of guacamole is A) important for a vegan/​vegetarian and B) totally makes the salad! I love that you can say how much or little of each item you want too. Its so good I used salsa for dressing and once its all mixed up… mmmmm. Yummy. Great place for a grilled veggie salad and healthy does of avocado.

I go to a lot of chipotles but this one if by far my favorite. It is always clean, the staff is quick and efficient. The staff is very nice all the time and they all have great personalities. This one is has easy parking and a lot of space for dining inside and out. Thank you Jose for providing great customer service.

I like Chipotle haven’t been in awhile since my mom decided she was over it. Anyway the burrito bowl is good only thing that is disappointing is the amount of meat you get. Even rice for that matter I get it meat is expensive but if you really want to taste the chicken at this specific location then get double chicken. $ 13 dollars for a drink and a bowl not sure it’s worth it. But I will have again because the food is more than decent. Gives me that feeling like I’m not having fast food.

There are three things that make one of the many local Chipotle locations in Orange County a great Chipotle location: The speed of the line, the portion sizes, and the friendliness of the staff… This Lake Forest location off El Toro and Arbor Way has all three! One of the best Chipotle Mexican Grills in the area.
I frequent many Chipotles and this crew does it right. It’s an exceptionally clean restaurant with a huge outside dining area perfect for a small business or family lunch outing; I usually get a burrito or salad but opted to get soft chicken tacos this time around and they were huge, delicious and made to my specific liking… A fantastic store!

I love the employees at this location! They’re always so happy and friendly, even when the line is out the door and people are reaching their nasty arms over the glass, everyone behind the counter still remains happy and smiling! I come here at least once a week and I’m never disappointed. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been here more times than I can count and I’ve never been disappointed. I have gotten everything on the menu and have never had a complaint. This place should only have 5 star reviews!

So today I ordered a chicken bowl. When it was my turn to order, I stated to the Chipotle laborer «chicken bowl with white rice to go». So, he obviously understood the to «bowl» and «to go» part. He then asks what type of rice. I then again stated… white rice. As he is rushing, putting a very small skimpy amount of rice into the bowl, he abruptly says «beans», «beans». I tell him black beans while taking note of the tiny amount of rice he tossed in the bowl. Before he even gets to the beans, he says… with broken english and muffled.meat. I could not understand him and asked what he said. He replied meat. I then told him that I had already stated chicken at the beginning… «chicken bowl with white rice to go». With his cocky attitude, he said «I didn’t hear you.» Well obviously he did, or else he would not have known it was a bowl with white rice to go.
Next part, the girl takes the bowl and starts to do her own rush type service, asking what salsa. As I’m starting to tell her mild and green, she is already saying «sour cream, guacamole, cheese» and repeating herself. I have to ignore her and take control of the conversation stating «mild, green, a little bit of corn and cheese».
Honestly, as other Unilocalers have stated, the service is awful.
On another note, as I watched them preparing other orders for the customers in front of me, I noticed a serious skimpiness to each order.

The absolute best location in the area. Staff is always super friendly! Probably my favorite part, other than the food of course. Manager makes a very tasty patron margarita! Maybe it’s the fact that my husband and I come here so often that they remember our order every single time, but customer service like that can’t be beat!
We always always always eat outside because the weather is awesome and it’s kept very clean. Don’t have one negative thing to say about this location. All around awesome! Gonna miss the staff when we move!

It’s Chipotle so they’re somewhat keeping up the chain standards.
This location however tends to really skimp on portions of things depending on who is working.
You may end up with a lot of rice, little beans, and little meat, one day.
Then little rice, lots of beans, and meh with meat portions, another day.
It’s really a gamble that you can risk taking.
